I do not recommend renewing or enrolling in TSA PreCheck here. The employee who helped me was extremely rude and seemed unfamiliar with the renewal process. According to the TSA website, you can renew your TSA PreCheck up to 6 months before expiration. Even though I was within that timeframe, she repeatedly told me I was "too early" and should come back closer to my expiration date. I explained that I'm traveling next month and wanted to avoid any issues, but instead of helping, she suggested I just travel with my marriage certificate. Nobody wants to carry unnecessary documents while traveling when this could simply be handled correctly the first time. On top of that, she claimed my Known Traveler Number account didn't exist. I had to repeatedly ask her to enter the full account number correctly before my information finally appeared. After that, she continued the interaction with an obvious bad attitude, huffing and puffing the entire time because she clearly did not want to help. The owner was not helpful either. If I hadn't been persistent and informed about the TSA renewal policy myself, I honestly don't think this would have been completed properly. Very disappointing customer service experience. Save your time and money and go elsewhere! read more

My family of four went to get the TSA precheck done. My wife and two teens had an appointment for this time slot, I had made one for another day. I asked if he could process me too and he simply and straightforwardly asked if I had filled and submitted my info online and I said yes I had. He said okay then you'll be last. Great! I was a little worried about his demeanor but through simple friendly engagement he seemed to loosen up a bit and then a lot! He's got people coming for this service just about every 10-15 minutes so I can understand his need to be efficient and accurate in order to serve all of us. And he was all of that, we just were trying to make all of our time there more light and enjoyable and he responded well. He provided exactly the service that was advertised and expected and the pricing was a bit lower than other nearby locations so a good value too. Simply submit your info at the TSA website https://tsaenrollmentbyidemia.tsa.dhs.gov/ and book your appointment and you'll be in and out of there in less than 15 minutes! Easy peasy. read more

Have had issue with this person just being rude to certain people especially African Americans. Now this is a black owned business which is why it's disturbing to me. I've witnessed the different treatment with my own eyes. So I go in with an appointment mind you it "says come in early at least 10 minutes" on line I'm coming to get a twic card. He sees me and say do you have an appointment? I said yes and told him the time. I was 20 minutes early he says well there two ahead of you and need to wait outside I will see you then. I said ok but I just sat in a chair I was not about to go outside and sit in the hot sun in my car. So next the two people come and they are together but they have wrong day it's the following day so I go and give my information everything is set until it is time to pay for the card. The card is $124 but if you have a hazmat endorsement it's only $93 I explained which he saw on my valid real I'd drivers license I have he would not give me my discount which is illegal come to find out. He tells me oh you have to do it online when you made your appointment for the discount. Lie. You can unless you are renewing and I was not I was getting a new twic card so they have to give discount where your getting card from on computer. So all he had to do was click a button on computer. In these days and time are we that desperate for $30? It's ok because karma is real. I say all that to say this do not go to this scam artist go get your twic from the other place on Arnold drive in Martinez. Oh yes and complaints will be filed with TSA this cat don't need to be working with people's documents playing these type of games. read more

Do not do business with! The man working here that I assume is owner is horrible...Condescending and rude! I came in for appointment and he's talking down to customers in front of me for not knowing they needed an appointment. I got there 5 minutes before my appointment and he had me sitting for 20 minutes while he helped walked ins. Then when he finally helps me I tell him I have the documents for the reduced rate. He said " no, that's for when you pay online" , I told him there is no option to pay online and on the site it says present documents in person. That's when he started cutting me off and making up lies that had no facts to support. To not follow a government site should be a crime and down right shady business. Brought in a rush fed ex delivery for overnight. Did not get to destination. Owner told me that 'I gave it to the driver'. But- fed ex has no info on this. He basically said it's not his problem. So I did some research on YELP to find the best place to mail out three heavy boxes and a sandtray to a friend who lived in AZ. She was starting a new private practice and I wanted to make sure all these items reached her safely. I especially wanted the sandtray to be packed with care! I called them to see if they would do a notary service, and they said they would. I arrived and a lady was in the office and said the lady was right outside on the phone that did notaries. I waited about 15-20 minutes, during which the lady inside walked out and talked to the lady on the phone, who just waved her away. So I left and went to UPS and did it immediately. I love the efficiency of this DHL outlet. After researching several locations wherein I could trust my family's precious documents to send out overseas, THIS place consistently answered the phones for questions BY the owner himself AND it felt safe that he has had an ongoing relationship with DHL for 20+ years! This small efficient, friendly place in an ordinary building is hooked into DHL, FedEx, and UPS so it'll ship it the way you want. It will sell you a shipping box of the right size, and Styrofoam packing peanuts, or rent a mailbox to you, or notarize papers. A huge green plus is that it accepts those Styrofoam peanuts and shipping braces so you don't feel guilty about throwing them in the blue trash can and have them in the landfill forever. read more

Having relocated from Martinez to Canada, I've had a few items given to me from my parents' estate that I needed to have shipped to me in Canada over the last couple years.
