So it's my local UPS store, nothing really amazing or bad about it, for that matter, lol! I like how they have a self scan machine, for Amazon returns, so it does save me time for standing in line. It's your run of the mill UPS store, lol really nothing special to say about it. read more

I arrived 5 minutes early for my 10 am appointment, upon pulling into the parking lot I noticed there were a few women in the parking lot, they were all hugging and happy to see each other, which I didn't think much of at the time but when I got inside these 3 women were standing with the notary. It's now two minutes before my appointment and I walk up to the counter, hoping that maybe there's another notary there, and he tells me I'm going to have to wait until after these ladies are done. I asked if he could maybe charge me now so I wouldn't have to wait to do that afterwords (I've never done this before, I don't know how it works and I am recently disabled with a back injury that makes it hard for me to walk and painful to be upright in general, I use a cane to walk and I also had my two young boys with me, they are 5 and 7 and, well, if you know you know) the gentleman at the counter informed me that that's not how it works and only the notary can charge me after it's done. So I stood there, in agonizing pain, while these three women chatted it up like they were out to brunch on a Sunday afternoon. No sense of urgency, no consideration for the fact that I was waiting ( yes I made that known, but don't get me wrong, I was very nice.)... I want to make it clear that I am not upset that they couldn't charge me before hand, and it doesn't bother me that the ladies were having a conversation, none of this is their fault. I'm upset because less than 5 minutes before my appointment, they went ahead and allowed someone else to take my spot. These women were able to walk in two minutes ahead of me and take priority simply because it takes me longer to get across the parking lot than them, or because I wasn't more than five minutes early for my appointment. My APPOINTMENT!! I scheduled this time for good reason, and all they had to do was tell the walk-ins that they had a 10 o'clock appointment and if no one was there in the next 2-3 minutes then they could take the appointment slot. These women had a whole BOOK to sign/notarize, I literally had ONE page! Moral of the story- do not bother making an appointment here, they don't care. read more

I recently purchased merchandise online to be sent to the UPS store. I had a package stolen from me from this vendor and didn't want to risk the same thing, since they were gracious enough to replace the item. I contacted the vendor when I hadn't received tracking information to be told that it was already delivered to this UPS store. I contacted the UPS store to be told that they received the package on the 14th by USPS and not to send my packages to them by USPS. I calmly explained that o paid $9.99 and shipping fees and expected that the package would be delivered by UPS. I was told that I would need to pay a $10 fee to retrieve my package. When I inquired i was told because I don't have a PO Box. I asked to speak to the manager to see if he would waive the fee. I was told he was at lunch and would contact me later. They contacted me later and stated that I would have to pay the $10 fee. I contacted the vendor and they stated that UPS was supposed to deliver the item I am pissed. I don't think I should have to pay the fee. What the vendor stated is that UPS probably contracted out to the post office for final delivery and I am the one being screwed read more

Easiest drop-off I've made in a while. Fast, friendly, and efficient. Staff was readily available to help when I walked in.

Don't go here. Never a line, but they swear they be busy. I first asked him if I could send a package thru UPS to a prison facility. He said yes. Turns out, he was wrong. This the same dude I first bought the package from,, he is the one I just seen to pick my package back up from, not only did I show him the original receipt with label, he still asks me for an id.like he wasn't the one I first made this transaction with. Like yea I just found a random receipt on the street and I knew it didn't get delivered so I came to get it. Derp. Keep in mind I called before I got here for my returned package, and I even tell him like dude u were the one who did this transaction and he just shrugs his shoulders. With the tracking, it tells you who when and where and what, whoever I spoke to on the phone acted like I was lying or something, rude ASF. My package got here yesterday and if I didn't call in today about it, they wouldn't have called me today either, mind you there's nobody in there rn, so they definitely could have been making those returned packages calls. All in all I wasted $25. Cause he said they could deliver this package, and they couldn't. read more

The UPS Store - I paid $25 to get this delivered cause the worker told me they can deliver it, and he was lying, they couldn't. - Shipping Centers Near Me - Vallejo, California

I come here all the time for my Amazon returns. Service is always quick -- transactions are usually done in less than a minute especially if there's no line. I usually come across the same two workers when I swing by and they're nice and swift with their job. I hope they're not sick of my face because I'm going to keep coming here when I have things to return! read more

Terrible service. The store is supposed to open at 8:30am. The employee shows up at 8:50am, reeking of weed. Is it that hard to show up to work on time? Is it that hard to have respect for customers? I guess it is, and this is part of the reason why Vallejo is in the state it is. Avoid this location at all costs. This would be a zero star review if allowed. read more

I come here weekly to ship out packages and I'm always welcomed with a smile! Let me tell you Brandon is an amazing notary who always helps me get my docs in order. Adam and Slyvester always help when I'm looking for clear sheets or letter envelopes. I've never had an issues coming here always in and out quickly. Also if you have a lot of docs that need notary you can schedule appts online to make it easier. By far my fav UPS store in Vallejo read more

Awesome staff! Had gotten a notary done and the staff was very knowledgeable! Thank you!

Came here to print a premade UPS label to drop a package off. I didn't even touch the computer but they charged me $2. I get charging me for printing but to charge me $2/hr for computer usage when I didn't even touch the computer is ridiculous. Basically, I'm paying for the workers to use their own computer! Tsk tsk. And what's worse, when she was on the computer to go on the store's email to get the label, she had an annoyed look on her face. Never coming back here to print. EVER! read more

The UPS Store - Just wanted to print a UPS label. Got charged $2 for them to use their computer to do so. - Shipping Centers Near Me - Vallejo, California

Great customer service! Totally different than the Benicia location! The young man that opens the store is always there on time, he's quiet and gets down to business right away, opening the store, and taking care of customers, quickly and promptly! Even it's two registers going at once Occasionally to cut down on wait times. This holiday season there are long lines, of course, and I like to see a little sense of urgency for the customer which he gives I will definitely be back !! read more

If you need to ship a package or envelope, this is a good place. However, if you need anything else, beware off their prices. I had to print a label and they charged me $5 for one page I mailed to them. Unfortunately I couldn't go back home to print it and still make the cutoff time. read more

Service is always quick and the employees are very helpful! Never have I been dissatisfied with handling business here!

Horrible service and employees do not care about customers. I wrote an email to the owner because the manager who should not be a manager Brandon was rude and not empathetic. They change the pricing and do not charge consistently or accordingly. I would advise go anywhere else but here. The owner didn't even bother resolving my issue. read more

Just dropped of an Amazon return here. The employee (a soft sweet voiced young African American boy) had trouble taping the customer grey plastic envelope that was ahead of me, so he just tossed it half open over onto the back counter and said, "I don't even care." Then when I stepped up next and said, "I too have a Amazon return" he glanced back and said, "our back counter is really full". Umm, ok. So I said, "sorry" but now not sure why I felt the need to apologize for that. I tried to lighten the mood while he was printing my receipt and said, " ya know I planned it this way right?" He didn't think I was funny and just scoffed. Not sure yet if I will stop going here or sit around and wait until their counter is full again to process my return. read more

Went today at 11 when they opened and had to stand outside for 15 minutes because the manager, grace, got there late. She also didn't wear a mask the entire time I was there. Not very professional or considerate of your customers. read more

Service in this place is horrible! Young guy working register really doesn't like his job. Very rude and quick tempered. I don't understand how they could hire people like this. Tonight I went to pick up a package at the UPS store in SPRINGSTOWNE center. I received excellent service during my visit. The associate who waited on me was named Adam. He made my visit so comfortable. He was very personable with excellent customer service. I left the store in such a great mood because he was funny and uplifting as well. There should be more employees like Adam in this world. I will definitely return to this location for all my UPS needs. read more

I get my packages sent here so they aren't stolen. It's always a busy store which is fine but always seems like just 1 of the 2 guys there and only one is helping customers, the guy with the longer hair. Even 8 people deep in line today and the other guy sits there at the computer. It's possible he is doing something super important but atleast acknowledge customers, maybe stop what your doing for 10 minutes and help the customers standing right in front of you. read more

I just needed to drop off a package. Store sign says open at 1030am. It was almost 11 with a line getting longer by the minute. I left as there was no sign of an employee. DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT TRUST THEM. Horrible HORRIBLE establishment! This UPS store is absolutely horrible. I received an email yesterday saying that my package was delivered, then later on that night it told me it was being sent back because I did not pick up by the expiration date. Mind you, this location barely held my package for less than 12 HOURS. And I've been going back and forth with UPS telling me that THIS STORE sent it back because I didn't pick up the same day. THATS STUPID. How are they gonna give me a date to pick it up by and for it to be sent back the same day. The lady at the counter had the nerve to blame wht she saw on the package. At a time where packages getting stolen are at its highest, I thought I could trust this location. I thought it would be easier, safer and just overall more convenient! BUT NOPE, THIS IS HORRIBLE. I've been told by several people to NOT do business with this location, but of course. I wanted to give theSAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO THE BENICIA LOCATION. This location is trash. And please, business owner if you want to comment on this and try to make things right - please do so. I would LOVE to see what you have to say about this HUGE inconvenience. Feel free to contact me, I have time to talk because this is bullsh/t. read more

I've found this UPS Store not bad at all. Customer service was great; however, I can see why others may find the service offensive. They aren't an upbeat staff that's for sure, but personally I'm not there to be entertained nor to be treated as someone special. I had no problem what so ever. I dropped off my U-Verse equipment to be returned. They took care of the boxing and shipping. I also got a proof of receipt just in case. What more can I ask from them? The process was a breeze. Prior to this visit, I've dropped off UPS package to be shipped. Same result! I got my receipt with tracking number and I was on my way. Good stuff! read more

They do deliver , but customer service is lacking. CA "G" is rude, you could tell he don't like his job.

Store sign and online says they open at 10:30a. I got here at 10:20a just so I can be in early . I realized the lights and everything was locked so I assumed no one has gotten there yet . It is now 10:53a and there is no sight of anyone at the store with a crazy long line . My package got rerouted here and it is my only day off to pick it up . Fraud business went to pick up package that I had sent to pick up for a safe pick up I thought. Went to pick up a few hours after delivered. At first was told it hadn't arrived but advised email said arrived @11:32 am. Finally she shut up to listen to me and told me it had arrived but since I used the store for delivery I had to now pay $10 to release my package. I told I'm not paying you when it was s option when placing order to send it said nothing about extra fee. Told her to keep it and walked out. Got home called UPS store corporate office. I was advised that some locations can charge , BUT NOT THAT ONE ... do to it's a access point shipping location.
