I recently purchased merchandise online to be sent to the UPS store. I had a package stolen from me from this vendor and didn't want to risk the same thing, since they were gracious enough to replace the item. I contacted the vendor when I hadn't received tracking information to be told that it was already delivered to this UPS store. I contacted the UPS store to be told that they received the package on the 14th by USPS and not to send my packages to them by USPS. I calmly explained that o paid $9.99 and shipping fees and expected that the package would be delivered by UPS. I was told that I would need to pay a $10 fee to retrieve my package. When I inquired i was told because I don't have a PO Box. I asked to speak to the manager to see if he would waive the fee. I was told he was at lunch and would contact me later. They contacted me later and stated that I would have to pay the $10 fee. I contacted the vendor and they stated that UPS was supposed to deliver the item I am pissed. I don't think I should have to pay the fee. What the vendor stated is that UPS probably contracted out to the post office for final delivery and I am the one being screwed read more

Don't go here. Never a line, but they swear they be busy. I first asked him if I could send a package thru UPS to a prison facility. He said yes. Turns out, he was wrong.This the same dude I first bought the package from,, he is the one I just seen to pick my package back up from, not only did I show him the original receipt with label, he still asks me for an id.like he wasn't the one I first made this transaction with. Like yea I just found a random receipt on the street and I knew it didn't get delivered so I came to get it. Derp. Keep in mind I called before I got here for my returned package, and I even tell him like dude u were the one who did this transaction and he just shrugs his shoulders. With the tracking, it tells you who when and where and what, whoever I spoke to on the phone acted like I was lying or something, rude ASF. My package got here yesterday and if I didn't call in today about it, they wouldn't have called me today either, mind you there's nobody in there rn, so they definitely could have been making those returned packages calls. Adam and Slyvester always help when I'm looking for clear sheets or letter envelopes. I've never had an issues coming here always in and out quickly. Came here to print a premade UPS label to drop a package off. I didn't even touch the computer but they charged me $2. I get charging me for printing but to charge me $2/hr for computer usage when I didn't even touch the computer is ridiculous. Basically, I'm paying for the workers to use their own computer! Tsk tsk. The young man that opens the store is always there on time, he's quiet and gets down to business right away, opening the store, and taking care of customers, quickly and promptly! Even it's two registers going at once Occasionally to cut down on wait times. Just dropped of an Amazon return here. The employee (a soft sweet voiced young African American boy) had trouble taping the customer grey plastic envelope that was ahead of me, so he just tossed it half open over onto the back counter and said, "I don't even care." Then when I stepped up next and said, "I too have a Amazon return" he glanced back and said, "our back counter is really full". Umm, ok. So I said, "sorry" but now not sure why I felt the need to apologize for that. I tried to lighten the mood while he was printing my receipt and said, " ya know I planned it this way right?" He didn't think I was funny and just scoffed. Not sure yet if I will stop going here or sit around and wait until their counter is full again to process my return. read more

Tonight I went to pick up a package at the UPS store in SPRINGSTOWNE center. I received excellent service during my visit. The associate who waited on me was named Adam. He made my visit so comfortable. He was very personable with excellent customer service. I left the store in such a great mood because he was funny and uplifting as well. I get my packages sent here so they aren't stolen. It's always a busy store which is fine but always seems like just 1 of the 2 guys there and only one is helping customers, the guy with the longer hair. Even 8 people deep in line today and the other guy sits there at the computer. It's possible he is doing something super important but atleast acknowledge customers, maybe stop what your doing for 10 minutes and help the customers standing right in front of you. read more

DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT TRUST THEM. Horrible HORRIBLE establishment! This UPS store is absolutely horrible. I received an email yesterday saying that my package was delivered, then later on that night it told me it was being sent back because I did not pick up by the expiration date. Mind you, this location barely held my package for less than 12 HOURS. And I've been going back and forth with UPS telling me that THIS STORE sent it back because I didn't pick up the same day. THATS STUPID. How are they gonna give me a date to pick it up by and for it to be sent back the same day. The lady at the counter had the nerve to blame wht she saw on the package. At a time where packages getting stolen are at its highest, I thought I could trust this location. I thought it would be easier, safer and just overall more convenient! BUT NOPE, THIS IS HORRIBLE. I've been told by several people to NOT do business with this location, but of course. I wanted to give theSAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO THE BENICIA LOCATION. This location is trash. I've found this UPS Store not bad at all. Customer service was great; however, I can see why others may find the service offensive. They aren't an upbeat staff that's for sure, but personally I'm not there to be entertained nor to be treated as someone special. I had no problem what so ever. I dropped off my U-Verse equipment to be returned. They took care of the boxing and shipping. I also got a proof of receipt just in case. What more can I ask from them? The process was a breeze. Prior to this visit, I've dropped off UPS package to be shipped. Same result! I got my receipt with tracking number and I was on my way. Good stuff! read more

Fraud business went to pick up package that I had sent to pick up for a safe pick up I thought. Went to pick up a few hours after delivered. At first was told it hadn't arrived but advised email said arrived @11:32 am. Finally she shut up to listen to me and told me it had arrived but since I used the store for delivery I had to now pay $10 to release my package. I told I'm not paying you when it was s option when placing order to send it said nothing about extra fee. Told her to keep it and walked out. Got home called UPS store corporate office. I was advised that some locations can charge , BUT NOT THAT ONE ... do to it's a access point shipping location. Customer service rep called the store and instructed them to release me package with no charge due to not authorized to charge for pickup. DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS !!!!! read more

The person charged me $3.50 because she not know how to follow my instruction then she wants me to show her what needs to do. Print out only should be around. 08 per print paper. I go to this place cuz it's the closest UPS store to my place. There are three women and man working in this place. The guy is so respectful and always helpful and very quick but man the women. The older one would NEVER have an eye contact with customers. Always head down and like they don't like to look at the people's face, but yet not as bad as the young new employee!!!! The girl has a bitter face and super ignorant. I walked to the store today, I saw an elderly gentleman with a hospital tag on his wrist and a long tube attached to him standing by the counter with his walker. When I was walking to the counter I heard him saying three times that " where is the stamp?" And finally the young IGNORANT girl as soon as she saw my surprised face decided to open her mouth and of course not bothering to look at the poor man face with a very low voice " she's back there, will help you"!!!!!its not like she has good and bad days. She's always too bitter and like someone is making her to do a customer service job. I called once to ask a question about my package I felt she would beat the phone on my head. To UPS corporate: why would you hire ignorant disrespectful people? Why not to hire more like that guy, respectful and happy?????
