USPS Priority was $69.10. WHAT ON EARTH made this price up!?!! After telling her I thought that was high she asked what my question was?! Horrible service by the owner. Came here twice to get a live scan for a used car dealership I'm trying to open in Vallejo. She always looked confused and agitated that she couldn't find the code for dmv occupational licensing when it's on the dmv paper itself by the state of California I printed out. What threw me off is how she yells at her employees in front of me and the rest of the customers in line. As a business owner that shouldn't be a way to represent a franchise company to people. No customer service skills and you portray yourself as who you truly are as a person. My gf came a week later for a live scan because she is my business partner and the owner gave her the same attitude and was agitated and confused about the dmv occupational licensing paper when clearly the code is right in the paper for her to look it up in the system. My gf had to tell her to look me up by my name because she processed my live scan a week ago. She told my gf, "I'm not supposed to do it but I'll do it for this time". No need to guilt trip a person just to cover up your mistakes. Lady, it is your job to know what your doing. If your running a franchise business you need to learn how to properly talk to your customers and also treat your employees with respect. All we hear is you yelling. I see why my friend quit your job three years back she was your notary person. You need to change your attitude and how you talk to people. Your not higher than anybody. I myself don't treat my employees in that any type of way. I can take this to corporate and file a complaint how incompetent you are and how I witnessed and many customers and an employee who worked at that location witnessed how you run this franchise business. If you don't change your attitude and your ways I might and many others will. Never coming here for a notary or a live scan. Such a horrible experience! read more

I've been a loyal customer of UPS Store #1129 since 2009 and will continue until December 2024. The team there has consistently been exceptional to me. Occasionally, I've had over-sized shipments that the store, usually doesn't accept, but I've always been prompt in responding and picking them up. The team's genuine care for their customers is truly commendable. I've recently moved out of state and will no longer need their services, but I'll miss the wonderful team at UPS Store #1129. I enteted the store after calling t be sure they had a notary. 30$ illegal. When I entered there we 3 young men sitting around a table intent on their phones. None of them acknowledged me. I stood there a minute then said I was there for a notary service. One looked up and said "She'll be out in a minute, then went ack to his seat. I waited about 5 minutes. They were still on their phones. I asked if she knew I was the there. They all looked at each other Did you tell her? they asked each other. Obviously no one had. One finally got up, going to the door of a back room, yelling at someone like they wanted fries and a coke. He went back to the table. Video games? No one came out, so I left. It was later told to me $30 per signature is illegal anyway read more

I needed a huge order printed for the company I work for , and quickly. Since I am working from home I decided to go to this location to get them printed. The lady manager called me to inform me that it was a large order on card stock and that they might not have enough card stock to support (it was 900 pages to be printed) . She informed me that she and her team would need more time to go out and locate more card stock. She kept me in the loop, and communicated quickly. When I arrived to picked up my order, she and her team assisted me in packing and getting my order shipped out. She was amazing and I cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond!!! I have a mailbox here and never had any issues with anyone, never lost a package neither mails, arun and nhi and the rest of the crew are always helpful and giving me an A+ service. When i did my live scan here it was really smooth, i had my form ready and it only took me like 10mins, they are so efficient. Also did their notary service since it is a one stop shop and everything went smoothly! I love this UPS store also compare to other locations their prices are way lower. I have come to this location on several occasions for printing, I have always been given great service. Last week I needed to fit in a live scan service during my lunch break, came to this store and was helped by Aruna. She was great and made the process an easy one. I noticed this store also offers notary services, I thought the price was fair compared to other places around the area. The store was extremely busy, but even amidst the chaos everyone was helped diligently. As someone who has worked in customer service I know firsthand it isn't always easy dealing with customers. This UPS store on Sonoma Blvd provides incredible customer service, efficiently, with a smile (under the mask) and no matter how busy and hectic it gets it is handled with grace and even humor. My husband and I had a lot of technical documents to be notarized and then shipped with tracking and Aruna took care of every detail. I was so impressed with the customer service I received and teamwork that I witnessed at the UPS store. I came in with three very odd shaped and difficult to wrap packages and was so grateful that they were willing to take on the challenge of getting them ready to ship. Arun was outstanding as was her team. They got my friend and I chairs so that we would be comfortable while waiting and then did an absolutely fantastic job bubble wrapping, creating boxes for unusually shaped item. It took a long time and from my chair, I could hear Arun and her assistant huffing and puffing in the back to make this happen. They seriously did the best possible job. In the meantime, the front of the house was kept moving efficiently by another teammate. Why this place has only three stars, I cannot understand. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with my experience in this store. read more

Originally I gave this store a poor rating but I went back today to ship a package and it went so much better. The manager asked me how did things go with the eBay shipping I made on my last visit. She apologized that things were not going so smoothly for me last time and that's very appreciated. I've been going there for years and I will continue to do so. I would rate this zero stars if I had the option. I took a bag of personal documents to get shredded and asked the lady if she would place the paper into the locked box while I was there so that I could see all these personal documents put where it needs to be and she said, "Well we have one in the back and we will take our time putting it away." Terrible response to reassure a customer. There was only one other customer inside and three employees who were standing and not busy. She was rude with terrible customer service. Visited this store hoping to have document notarized for my son's UC campus apartment lease as a guarantor. I needed her to read a checklist but Notary personnel did not already want to accept it. Notary staff was rude, impatient and was constantly raising her voice. I tried to work with her but she kept on raising her voice to the point where I literally had to ask, many times, lower her voice and tell her to calm down. She finally agreed to read the list I provided so she can understand my dilemma. I tried to understand her limitation of what she can do. For the most part, the regular staffs were professional, except the lady who Notarizes. My only suggestion for her is that she should show more compassion who is new at this process, show patience by listening to their needs and try to put herself in that person's shoe before judging, and be mature by not escalating an argument and help find a solution and work together to get things done. read more

Yes at times there can be a line and you have to be patient but it's not because the staff are not processing packages as fast as they can. She and all the employees went out of their way to help me providing me with the packing materials and help packing the box as well as advice on how to keep it all safe.
