I'm disappointed by the one star reviews I see here. I have been coming here for four years. I have always experienced efficient service. Yes at times there can be a line and you have to be patient but it's not because the staff are not processing packages as fast as they can. You know sometimes the customers are confused and need more help. read more

Customer service beyond and above. I had a bulky heavy item that I needed to prepare for shipping. Aruna was so helpful to me advising me how to pack and the best way to ship my item. She and all the employees went out of their way to help me providing me with the packing materials and help packing the box as well as advice on how to keep it all safe. It was much appreciated! read more

I visited the store to have a framed photograph shipped to NM for a 70th birthday gift. They didn't have the right sized box in stock NOR any interest or willingness to solution with me. This is a UPS store, with the company image of being able to ship anything. All they did was shrug their shoulders and mutter, "sorry." This isn't an odd shaped art piece, nor a crazy piece of furniture. It's a standard sized art frame, large, yes, but standard... Still baffled why they didn't look up options and tell me when the proper sized box would be available. Shipping art can be around $100 - and they just shrugged my business off. Surprising. read more

I come to this UPS store on a daily basis to send out packages and they always treat me with respect and are very kind and helpful. Everyone there is super helpful and always on top of stuff. I look forward to seeing these ladies and gents daily! Love this place!!!! read more

I came into UPS today and was very pleased with the customer service I received. The employees that work their provided AMAZING customer service. Najo was able to inform me and help me figure out where my mail was suppose to go, Aruna was very friendly and made sure that everything I was sending was correct and Imani was able to show me which envelopes I would need to send the mail. 3 wonderful ladies working there! Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Great staff great experience ! read more

Came in here to get stuff Notarized and the notarized lady was rude as fuck omg she was like I cant do this and blah blah blah and other bullshit read more

Saturday, 1 PM, drum roll.... You would think they would be staffed to handle the expected traffic. But no, just one worker (who worked as fast as she could). Saturday is probable worse because lots of people take the opportunity to handle more complex transactions since they don't have to work. I waited over 20 minutes to drop an envelope (I wanted a receipt). By the time it was my turn, one other staffer came in. There were about 8 people behind me by then. read more

The staff here remembers my name whenever I come in and immediately grab my packages before I even have to ask, which to me is awesome. They also are always friendly, accommodating and helpful. read more

My first time visiting this UPS store and was extremely pleased with the helpful, courteous service I received and the considerably lower price than 3 other places I contacted to have a document scanned. read more

The UPS store in Vallejo has great customer service I would refer all my family to this one here I come here to to my faxing copying notary and buy my supplies. read more

This is the worst UPS customer service wise. Right when you walk in, the workers roll their eyes and stare at you and grunt. When I tried doing a live scan, they had so much attitude and were rude so I left. Never will I be going to this ups for my business, very unprofessional. read more

I started using this UPS location (store #1129) last year when I moved to Vallejo. I have to say that I have been very happy with the service. They recognize me immediately and make sure I get all the help I need with paperwork or I haven't packed the box well enough. They jump right in to make sure it will be shipped properly. I really appreciate that particularly since they are a VERY busy store. Arun is great and always asks how she can help me. read more

I have been using this UPS store for 5 years. Im always satisfied with the service. Arun is really helpful and nice!!

I really love this UPS store very convenient and the staff is awesome. Every time I come into the store the staff is extremely helpful and polite especially the Indian lady she always goes above and beyond helping me with all my needs. read more

The Indian lady that works here is rude and unprofessional. I came here for a notary and she seems so unpatient with her customers. Avoid at all costs. Go elsewhere for notary service! read more

I have been to this location several times and although it is usually very busy there, I have always been treated courteously, professionally and in a friendly manner by Arun. I sincerely believe any negative review of this establishment has to do more with the temperament of the particular customer than the staff there. I highly recommend this location. read more

I like this place, I always get lovely great from Arun, she always ready for help . She got a great knowledge,as I seen her helping and educating her coworkers how to help customers. She is one of the best . Thank you read more

The two girls behind the counter acted like brats, were flirting with a customer shamelessly, practically throwing themselves at him and talking dirty with him. They ignored all the other customers who came in. Don't waste your time going here. read more

Arun was very nice and gave us fast and excellent customer service on both our visits.

My initial review was not that favorable (2 stars). They really turned things around, here. I'm always greeted with warm, friendly and genuine customer service. Arun is the star of this place - she's efficient, competent, and seems to be no nonsense...who is these days? Especially in a busy store like this one. I recommend knowing something about your needs, when it's your turn at the register so the line behind you isn't held up... When the staff gets to know you, they can almost predict what you'll need and triage the line of customers when the store is super busy (especially holiday season). Always good parking available. The Dollar Tree and Planet Fitness is nearby. As well as a pawn shop, ethic beauty supply store, several clothing stores and restaurants, mobile phone stores and a Bank of America. I'm a satisfied customer. read more

Arun is very cooperative good customer service . I like going there . She help me with Amazon return label and did pack for me.Generally I'm impressed with store service. read more

Melinda, the manager, goes through the motions, but doesn't seem to care about service. I'll be going to American Canyon UPS from now on. Vallejo makes too many mistakes. read more

After 2 promised deliveries a UPS driver checked the status and let us know that our California King mattress was still in the warehouse. UPS did not attempt to get our mattress on a truck to come to us. The driver stopped in front of our house because my husband was standing outside with a sign with our address on it. He suggested we drive to Richmond to pick it up and changed it from delivery to pick up. So at 5:30 pm we took of for the Richmond store. But there is some good in this, and I am very sorry that I did not get his name, the gentleman that was working that evening (09/13/2018) left on his lunch time, drove to the warehouse and got our mattress. He then loaded it into our car. I cannot tell you how much we appreciated this, a huge thank you to him. read more

Everytime I come into the store, the employees greet me with a smile and a "hello". They are very helpful and always professional. My only qualm is that the location is in a shopping center known for break-ins. read more

I gave the owner a chance to respond and almost a week has passed. I went in to hop on the computer and print out 20 sheets from an Excel file. Nothing fancy. Black and White letters and numbers. I took them up to the counter and she rang up 12.45 !! What??? For 20 pieces of paper? I argued with her a bit and she was obstinate on the pricing. I mentioned Office Depot and she shook her head and said 0.50 each. Well, that would have been a discount!!! Turned out she charged me for 25 sheets and not 20 and 0.35 and not the 0.29 she claimed. I think I am more upset that the owner did not respond to my complaint. Nice young man works there though. read more

Store service overall is 3.5-4 star however I wanna call out the attention of the Indian lady working here. She is mean to her co-worker and gossips about them once they are not there. She's rude and always want to get at people's business. She makes the other lady do the work and start talking on her phone or another customer. One time I went here she was on the computer running an errand for a customer who is not even on the store. Once they told her she has to let me use the pc she started going off. She's mean, KNOW IT ALL and RUDE. She's annoying as hell. Avoid her at all cost. As for the other two ladies, kudos for putting up with a coworker like her. read more

The notary lady is amazing, they know exactly what they are doing and made the process simple and easy to understand. Definitely recommend ! The employees are hard working and try to make sure everyone is satisfied. read more

It was next day air and driver was about to leave they did fast processing and was glad I found this place . read more

DO NOT GO HERE. They are terrible. Not only do they not know how to do their job they will also give you the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I shipped an envelope with simple paperwork. It took them 45 minutes to figure out how to do that. Not only was my experience horrible when I shipped my documents but I later received them a month later- not in the paid envelope I originally sent but in a torn, dirty envelope sent directly from their office- NOT from the sender I sent my package to. They somehow received my package and then re sent it to me. The condition of these documents were torn and disgusting. They are private documents that no one at their office should of even opened. I am appalled at this offices way of doing business. I suggest going to the other two locations if you need anything. read more

It was tough finding a notary public over the holidays - good to know that several of the employees here can do this.

My gift of dishes arrived with half of them broken!! I packed them in dish foam protectors; bubble wrap; newspaper and paper shavings. For extra UPS put my box in a larger box with popcorn. I Had To Ask for "fragile" stickers And the UPS lady just thumped the package to the floor and pushed it forward in jerks to a pick up point. My daughter was so disappointed As Am I. Be warned. read more
