Nick is the man!! He knocked out graphics on a fleet truck for me in record time, so I didn't have to uber a second time in one day. 5 stars for Amber as well. She always gets us scheduled and in on short notice. read more

I have been very pleased with FastSigns quick responses, professionalism and top notch service. I hired them from a referral from a friend that's used them for years. They built me an awesome monument sign and building signage for my new Rio Vista Executive RV & Boat Storage facility in Rio Vista, CA. See photos - attached. I have engaged them on now several other projects to do various signage across this project and for my other developments. I am honestly confused and worried about some of these 1 star reviews. I hired Walt @ Fast Signs and he is awesome, I have photos to prove I am a customer. Are these 1 stars from competitors? I don't know but I can say I will spend upwards of $100k with Fast Signs American Canyon this year and next year; and I have no reason to look elsewhere. Thanks guys! read more

Every time there are new employees that are not well trained and don't know what to do.

This store does is not fast nor does it make signs. After 4 weeks from requesting a quote there has been no response to repeated attempts. If you want a Fastsign don't go to this store. Not a good company. read more

Walt is incredibly good at his job! Personal service, quick and honest pricing. He went the extra mile multiple times for my shop and I truly appreciate his expertise and caring. He called me to let me know my website was down! What business do you know that treats you as a friend?! Walt saved the day. I wholeheartedly recommend this business. read more

I went with these guys instead of the fastsigns san rafael that was 8 miles away from me, why you ask?.. coz the other place lost my CC info and didnt process/ forgot about my order, instead of apologizing and trying to do a service recovery they ignored me again, so I went and brought my business to American Canyon, Tessa was great with following up with orders and quick to get orders out, automated check put makes it simple and quick, would definitely do business with these guys again, awesome service and great pricing! read more

Wanted to like them and give them another shot but they just don't care. Have purchased from here before and the product was just, ehh. I requested a quote on the 17th waited 2 days and nothing. On the 19 I called and spoke with a lady who said I would get a quote Monday. NOTHING! Well see if they even bother but for now, moving on another company. read more

I have worked with this FastSigns location for several years now, and I am always impressed by their helpful team and their high-level of service delivery. One example of how they have gone above and beyond for us... I recently ordered a replacement piece for a banner stand. We weren't sure the manufacturer would be able to replace the piece, but Kelly made the calls and made it happen. The replacement part was delivered to my doorstep within two days. On top of that Kelly called when she saw the delivery had been made just to make sure everything was as I expected. This kind of personal and high-touch service has made me a loyal fan of this store. read more

Fastsigns lives up to their name! Last night around 8pm I received word that my routine vinyl printer wouldn't be able to print the necessary logos I needed for my drivers' race car and naturally at that hour no one was open so this morning I called up Fastsigns and spoke to Erika. Erika performed outstanding customer service and was able to print the 4 requested logos within just 2 hours before we had to hit the road to Washington. If you want a professional experience, fast turn-around and friendly atmosphere...head over to fastsigns for all of your promotional needs! read more

My needs for signage are very demanding. I work in healthcare and in hospitality where customer expectations are HIGH but budgets are not . I got turned on to Fastsigns (the shop in American Canyon) about 4 years ago. They've done me right over and over and over. Walt will come out to my place of business any time I need, and Karen can interpret all my scribbles on rough drafts I send in by e-mail. I've never ever had to set foot in their store. They take care of everything remotely and with amazing accuracy. I'm happy to pay their modest invoices. You will be delighted at the value! read more

I had some brochures made up with Fastsigns in American Canyon. I worked with both Walt and Kelly, who were very responsive, quite helpful and really know their business. I prefer to do most things either online or via the telephone, in this regard Fastsigns was just about perfect. They have a great web interface and always call right back after you submit a web order. In my case, I hadn't done the brochure artwork correctly, Kelly called me back and walked me through everything, giving me tips on how to improve. The price was crazy inexpensive, about HALF of what Kinko's wanted. But the proof is in the pudding, and that's where the five stars kick in. The brochures were perfect! As a photographer, color is very important to me, I spend a lot of time obsessing over making sure that everything is spot on. When I send my work out for printing, the chief concern is that the color isn't going to be right. Fastsigns was DEAD on in color and in exposure, the brochure was beautiful and really helped me sell my services. On top of all of that, the shipment arrived early. Thanks to Walt and especially Kelly for such a great experience! read more

I would like to give them ZERO star and they should change their name to SLOWEST SIGN. Almost 3 weeks to estimate the sign. Finally I got an email with funny 4pics and over 2 thousand dollars estimate. Sorry I am no longer staying with your business.=(( read more

I just picked up our banners for our schools senior night (a total of 11 - 30x20 banners) and they came out soooo good! Customer service was top notch. I emailed them a few days before our event and not only were they able to get them done in time they had them done a day early. I couldn't be happier with the quality and price either. I will definitely be using Fastsigns in the future! read more
