Their ability to process the USPS material is almost grossly limited compared to a real post office. So you may think their hours are more convenient than your local post office. BUT. The number of package pickups at the UPS locations is lame. Thanks to Amazon and other pressures on the USPS, they now process mail 24/7. Yes weekends, holidays, rain, shine... So if you managed to sneak your mail at the post office minutes before their closing time, most likely the mail will be picked up and sent for processing. You go to the UPS store and forget it. Your package will be stalled in transit at the store. For days. That would be Sundays, holidays. There won't be after hours pick up. And your mail will be stuck in the UPS store until the postal service arrives for their extremely limited number of pickups. But wait. The UPS store will most likely charge you more than a post office for the same service. Just go to a real post office.

I chose $5 because I only needed to print a PDF in color. I logged into my Gmail, opened the file, and selected print. The print settings were initially not showing what I needed, so I asked an employee for help with printing in color. Instead of coming over to assist, she called instructions to me from behind the counter and told me to "scroll down and you'll see it." That information was not accurate, and I still had to figure it out myself. Once I finally found the correct setting and tried to print, the computer and printer did not seem to be connecting. I asked for help again and was told the printout would come from a different printer. I went to the printer she pointed out, but nothing came out. When I asked again, she finally came over, but by then the computer had logged me out. She then asked me to email the PDF to the store. I sent it, but they repeatedly told me the email was not arriving. I even asked them to verify that I had the correct email address, and they confirmed that I did. I waited around 10 more minutes, but no one followed up with me. Instead, they continued helping other customers and basically ignored the issue. What bothered me most was the lack of effort. When I first asked for help, the store was not busy. This probably would have taken less than five minutes if someone had simply come over and helped me from the beginning. Instead, I spent time loading money onto the computer, trying to troubleshoot the printer, emailing the file, and waiting, only to leave without getting the documents printed. The staff seemed very uninterested in helping with a simple printing problem. The customer service was extremely disappointing.
