The first time I came to A&B I was looking for advice on a framing project for a fine art print. I…read morewanted to use a brass trophy placard for the name of the print that could then be mounted to the mat board beneath it within the frame. She helped me pick a size and style and within a week it was ready and I couldn't have been happier with the price or craftsmanship. The second time I needed her services I was working on a 30th bday present for a dear friend of mine who lost his parents when we were young to cancer. His mom and dad were animal lovers and when they died he inherited their appreciation for nature and the family macaw that they rescued. Unfortunately, Rocky (his macaw) had gotten really sick and had to be put down, but before her cremation I asked the vet if they could save me a few of her feathers so I could have a custom decorative arrow fletched with them since he and I are both avid archery hobbyists. I'll spare you the details of what it took a millennial that didn't have woodshop in high school to finish this project, but the finishing touch was another custom brass trophy plaque engraved with a quote he often said to Rocky. A&B makes it and it looks perfect, but when I go to mount it my flathead slips from the screw and I scratch it! It's the middle of the holiday season and now my gift is going to be late. I take it back to A&B, explain everything and she rushes it for me, looking just as beautiful as the first and she didn't charge me anything for it. In the end my gift was late but It wouldn't not have turned out quite as lovely had I not received A&B's help. The next time I need her services I know where I'm going! Thank you
