After researching various vendors in the area, we landed on We Need Merch screen printing. I loved every single interaction with this company. Ben is so accommodating, he helped bring our design of life and delivered our T-shirts in record time. We are now going to buy more shirts as well as add sweaters to our inventory. If you are looking for value and customer service, please consider this vendor! PS another thing that Ben did was put our logo on different items, so that we could see how our image would translate on a different color or style!! you can't beat this service!

Tom and Michelle are nothing short of amazing!…read more Our softball organization recently had jerseys ordered for the team, and unfortunately, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong number for one of our players. I realized the mistake and immediately drove down to Pro Image Sports, honestly not knowing if there was anything that could be done on such short notice. From the moment I walked in, Tom and Michelle treated me like family. They listened to the situation, understood how important it was to get this corrected for our player, and found a solution without making me feel like I was a burden or that my mistake was an inconvenience. What impressed me most was that they had the jersey corrected with the proper number within an hour! I walked in stressed and frustrated with myself, and I walked out with the problem completely solved and one very relieved coach. Customer service like this is becoming increasingly difficult to find, especially in a world where so much business is conducted online. Tom and Michelle genuinely cared about helping me, and it was obvious that they heard the urgency in my voice and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond. This is what great customer service looks like. If you are anywhere in the Brentwood, Antioch, Oakley, or Pittsburg area, GO SEE THEM! Whether you need team uniforms, customization, or anything sports-related, I highly recommend giving Pro Image Sportswear your business. Thank you, Tom and Michelle, for saving the day! You guys are the best!
