I love, love, love my new MagnaChrome art! I expected it to be beautiful but it's even better than I thought! I submitted an electronic version of the artwork on their website and provided what I wanted the final measurements to be, including the frame. They sized the images so the final frames were 16x24. My 50th metal print and I am still in amazement to the continual quality of Magna Chrome's metal prints I receive. I was introduced to this amazing company eleven years ago and have been 110% satisfied as to the products they create and deliver. I show my photography strictly in art galleries as an art association member and for the past two years have been asked to show my work in exclusive art gallery exhibits. Magna Chrome has never let me down. Their work is exceptional and I still remember the first time I used them for an exhibit and I had several members at the public gallery reception tell me they have never seen photo paper as brilliant as what I was displaying. I had to tell them that no photo paper was involved and that my images were printed directly on metal (LOL). This created such a buzz that I had several photographers inquire as to who created such wonderful works of art in which I replied "Magna Chrome". I know for a fact that several of the local photographers have switched from using high quality photo paper to now using Magna Chrome and have all their work displayed from this wonderful company and now print on metal. I've used MagnaChrome three times for printing several of my images for exhibition. Each time the images looked gorgeous and got lots of compliments! Their customer services is stellar - they are so accommodating, trying their hardest to meet my tight deadlines and shipping requirements. If there is an issue, they work with me to make it right. (For example, black & white images are very hard to get neutral - they often come with a slight color cast - so they worked with me to make sure they checked the images before they shipped them to me. I find it helps to give very specific instructions in the Notes section when you upload the images and then call to discuss.) I was so surprised to read the review complaining about Magna Chrome's quality and service. My experience with them has been just the opposite. I just received two new metal prints- one 24x36 and the other 20x30. Colors matched my submitted files exactly and the quality of the framed work was fantastic. Whenever I call and speak with Josh he has been extremely helpful. He will suggest a finish when I am unsure and he is always right on the mark. I have used Magna Chrome on two separate occasions, for a total of three prints. I was very happy with the quality of each print. Each print looked stunning. I am planning on using them again for at least 4 to 5 new prints. Not only do they deliver a good product, they have great customer service. My only word of caution is to ask for extra protection for the delivery. One of my prints was slightly bent during one of the deliveries. read more

Magna CHROME does absolutely AMAZING WORK!! My first order was put in 2016 and I was blown away at the quality of the work. I love how they offer such a diverse lineup of finishes. You cannot go wrong with the white gloss and this is my preferred choice for most of my colored pieces. For my black and whites, I chose the white satin finish and it worked out perfect! I've only uses the silver gloss on one of my photos so far and this one stands out in a unique way because the abstract I chose has a metallic presence already and the silver gloss makes it more three dimensional the way it reacts to light sources. A super vivid and bold choice which also worked out just right! Everyone on staff at Magna Chrome has been very professional and patient with me and all my complicated orders, Lol. In the last order I put in around two weeks ago, I explained to Teresa, one of the staff members, that I was going to be showing my prints at a local gallery and that I needed them done by a certain date and they made the deadline spot on. I attribute a lot of the success I have had recently to Magna CHROME, the magic they perform through the muse of aluminum has personally propelled my volume of work out into my local community as well as on social media.
