Just wanted to say thank you to Matt for his responsiveness to my questions and willingness to help me get my job done. In the end, I went with a different vendor who my GC had suggested, but I am confident that Sequoia would've been an awesome local company to work with to provide an excellent finished product. read more

I worked with Tom and his team on replacing some lightbox panels, and I frankly cannot think of a single thing to complain about. From the very first time I called and spoke to Megan (I think that's her name!), to reviewing artwork (we provided the artwork but his team reviewed it to make sure it'd work on the sign) with his design person, Billy, and working with Tom himself on measurements, production, and the actual installation, everything was seamless. The team was professional, competent, responsive, efficient, and genuinely helpful - everything you look for when it comes to hiring a vendor. I would recommend them without hesitation. FYI, before going with Sequoia, I spoke with several sign companies and got quotes from 2 companies, and although the prices were similar, Sequoia did come in slightly higher in terms of price. That said, the difference was negligible to me, especially given how headache-free this job was. Nothing annoys me more than saving a few bucks but having to hound and harass someone to get the job done, and there was none of that with this job! Like I said: no complaints and highly recommend. read more

I'm extremely satisfied and happy with the entire team at Sequoia Signs & Graphics! I first contacted and reached out to Megan and explained to her my fiancé's business HealthBay Medspa & Wellness which at the time was going through construction in the heart of Downtown Walnut Creek. We wanted a sign that was going to stand out, be classy, professional and one of a kind so that it would match our business! The communication on the build out, time frame, install, updates was 5 star!!! Everyone at Sequoia Signs & Graphics was so helpful and reassuring making sure all of our needs and wants were being met! We get so many compliments on our beautiful sign both during the day and at night time since we have the LED backlit lights on each of our letters. Thank you so much again to everyone at Sequoia Signs & Graphics as we will be using you again for our future locations and other needs when it comes to our business! read more

Great service and quality signs for the East Bay. They have talented graphic design and quality printed printed materials. They were easy to work with and very personalized for my needs. They created a Wizard logo window sign for my van. Then they came up with the brilliant idea to attach the Wizard's wand to the wiper. It works great and now I have a 3D, moving ad that makes people smile when they are driving. Great work. I highly recommend them. read more

As the Executive Director of a Chamber of Commerce, one of the most often referrals I give to our members and the community is a recommendation for really good sign company. Tom and Megan Schnurr are two of the nicest people on earth. Their attention to detail and professional approach to business is unmatched. They cover all aspects of sign making, banners, wayfinding and special cover special regulated design such as ADA compliance. They have helped numerous businesses in the Lamorinda area with monument and building signs, vehicle wraps and items used at trade shows and gatherings. They have also been extremely generous in working with non-profits. Sequoia prints dozens of signs for the chamber each year for our many outdoor events, concerts and of course our annual Art & Wine Festival. Happy to recommend Sequoia anytime. read more

Pacific Workers' was opening our new location in Concord and needed signage for the walls, doors and the outside on the building. The first company we contacted, the preferred vendor of the building couldn't get it done. With only a few weeks before opening, we found Sequoia. Meghan, the owner, had proofs to review and quotes within hours. They have been on it, tweaking, getting it done and got the main stuff installed before we opened. Looks great! Definitely worth 5 stars for us! read more

Handshake agreement on a Friday to get to work Monday AM. Monday at 1pm rolls around and crickets. I had to pick up the phone and call THEM. Then I get notified that they are 2-3 weeks out. FastSigns is five days. Stanworth Signs is seven. After investing MY time in THEIR cue I got a "refund" and notification that "not all clients are a good fit". I see, like the clients you ran credit cards on and committed to start Monday AM? I feel like three days to proof ALREADY PROVIDED ARTWORK is not good turn time. Please call around there's a list of 10 firms with great reviews in the immediate area. I was clear about my timelines up front. Full price customer who didn't look at their prices twice. read more

We had Sequoia do our signs for our company box truck and they did a great job. Tom was very responsive and got the work done in a timely manner. He did exactly what we asked for and we couldn't be happier. There company is located on the same street as ours. We were referred by another company across the street who used them and was happy with their work. We were very excited to see our logo on the truck. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. read more

Sequoia Signs and Graphics put in 5 different signs for our office. The installer did an outstanding job making sure everything was properly installed. As we went around for the final inspection the installer spotted a small flaw on a window graphic. Even though it would have been acceptable to me, he insisted on bringing another in to install. Tom, the owner, also came to our office to make sure the new sign and all others were done properly. You will not find a more professional or ethical company for your signs or graphics needs. read more
