I worked with Tom and his team on replacing some lightbox panels, and I frankly cannot think of a single thing to complain about. From the very first time I called and spoke to Megan (I think that's her name!), to reviewing artwork (we provided the artwork but his team reviewed it to make sure it'd work on the sign) with his design person, Billy, and working with Tom himself on measurements, production, and the actual installation, everything was seamless. The team was professional, competent, responsive, efficient, and genuinely helpful - everything you look for when it comes to hiring a vendor. I would recommend them without hesitation. FYI, before going with Sequoia, I spoke with several sign companies and got quotes from 2 companies, and although the prices were similar, Sequoia did come in slightly higher in terms of price. That said, the difference was negligible to me, especially given how headache-free this job was. Nothing annoys me more than saving a few bucks but having to hound and harass someone to get the job done, and there was none of that with this job! Pacific Workers' was opening our new location in Concord and needed signage for the walls, doors and the outside on the building. Handshake agreement on a Friday to get to work Monday AM. Monday at 1pm rolls around and crickets. I had to pick up the phone and call THEM. Then I get notified that they are 2-3 weeks out. FastSigns is five days. Stanworth Signs is seven. After investing MY time in THEIR cue I got a "refund" and notification that "not all clients are a good fit". I see, like the clients you ran credit cards on and committed to start Monday AM? I feel like three days to proof ALREADY PROVIDED ARTWORK is not good turn time. Please call around there's a list of 10 firms with great reviews in the immediate area. I was clear about my timelines up front. Full price customer who didn't look at their prices twice. read more
