When I asked for a key to my own PO Box the owner told me "most clients don't need a key, they just ask me for their mail." That alone should have been a red flag. Package drop offs sometimes take several days to show as scanned by the carrier -- not ideal if you're time sensitive. The worst experience was a missing package. Staff told me it was delivered on a Sunday when they're closed. I checked -- it was actually delivered on a Wednesday morning when they were open. After being told to file a claim with the sender I received a text the next day saying my package was there. When I picked it up the owner seemed confused and simply handed it over -- no acknowledgment, no apology, zero accountability. I genuinely wanted this to work. It didn't. Their prices are low for the POBox but not worth the headache. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The UPS store is in my neighborhood. I've been coming here since 2019. The service has always been…read moregood. Lately, I came here to get a DOJ background check. The staff were helpful. I didn't have to wait long. They required my drivers license and fingerprints. They forgot to give me back my drivers license, but this is a simple mistake and came back the next day to pick it up. The store is smaller than some other UPS stores I've seen. They have a limited supply of items for sell for shipping than I've seen in other stores. For Amazon packages you just have to make sure to bring a printed label or you'll get charged for print out. I think it's around $1. Also, if you bring something large back from Amazon you need it packed in a box. Get in, get out and great service this is why I will continue coming to this UPS store

This review is for the printing center!…read more I used the Printing Center to make some business cards, which in reality were cards going to be used for a best friends Celebration of Life token bags. I did the design myself on my phone. They got them done quickly and notified me right away. When I picked them up, I noticed that the printing was offset. There were two employees at the counter, one looked like a manager. I told them what happened, they jumped on it right away and was so friendly about it. It wasn't their fault, more of a computer printer error. Needless to say, they helped me re-upload my images, they insured the quality themselves on their computer, and showed me a sample before printing. They came out beautifully. I left with the new cards and nothing was a hassle. These ladies were the best!! They were so helpful and they maintained a very helpful and positive attitude. I appreciated the great experience they provided me! Thank you so much
