I sent a package cost 40 for shipping 15 for the box. UPS delivered to the wrong address. The pac was stolen.I sent from this store they were VERY UNHELPFUL I will stick to dropping off my amazon returns. Went here with several Amazon returns including a dog stroller that I couldn't get back in the original box. The staff was kind, helpful and patient. They couldn't get it all back in exactly either and with the help of strong tape the box was sealed. I've been in other UPS stores, but never found staff particularly pleasant or helpful, and here they were both. I will make this my UPS store of choice from now on. Oh! FYI, made appt. for notary for 11:00 today. Rounded up docs and arrived on time. Informed notary was not there but she had called in earlier and said she couldn't go to work today because she had car trouble. I said OK (not wanting to make a scene) and as was leaving the two employees decided to chat about how it was not their fault. I assume one was the person in charge. So let's brain storm! 1. Uber. 2. Get a ride. 3. Contact appointment laker and inform. 4. Pay the difference in price to have a mobile notary handle the appointments. 5. Ask if a mobile Notary could meet me. 6. Offer a later appointment. Gee, too bad there was nothing they could do aside from congratulate themselves as I politely left on how proud they were of being inept. read more

Normally...I love UPS...but this store is just painful. Every time I come to this location it's am exercise in frustration. They charge more than moist stores for basic things... $1.00 for each single copy per page. Today, needed to send a box. Came in asked for a box, another employee runs over and says, you have to add packing charges. "No, I want to pack myself...Just need a bigger box". This results in multiple staff coming over ensuring that they pack the box. End result S23.00 for 1 box with a book, gift card & small size tea mug. 2days earlier sent same combo from Fed ex for $17. At the end of the day...the real problem with this location is LACK of pleasant employees, who try to show pleasant customer service & reasonable pricing. read more

Despite potential busyness or during times that there's limited staffing, all the employees I've encountered are consistently courteous, patient, and deliver excellent customer service. Even though I live closer to two other locations, I always choose to drive a bit further to get to this location. read more

I love the convenience of having a UPS store close by. I return Amazon items and my daughter's rental books here. The wait is pretty minimal. They practice social distancing with only 2-3 customers inside at a time. The staff is friendly. There is ample parking since it is located at the Vineyard Shopping Center near McCaulou's. read more

While I live closer to another UPS store, I prefer this one on Clayton Road -- near Lucky supermarket. Due to COVID-19, I am avoiding in-person shopping. However, I had three items to return to Amazon. Really love the partnership between Amazon and UPS. No packing or label needed. UPS reads the scanning code provided by Amazon and takes care of the rest. So easy! All stations were busy when I arrived, but I was the next in line. The clerk was friendly and patient with me as I scrolled through my phone to find the scanning codes for my items. I was a little confused about the signage for using a separate door for exiting. But quickly made the correction. I definitely felt safe for the entire time I was in the store (less than 10 minutes). That is saying a lot as I have pretty much avoided going into stores since mid-March. read more

The people that work here are patient and efficient. Rushes and rushes of people coming in to drop off amazon returns... printing... etc... It honestly cannot be easy. I've seen many difficult customers in front of me complaining about things outside of the employee's control. Give them a break. The people who work there are clearly not trained, and as I said, I've been shipping for years. I just shipped a box, that should've been no more than 25 and it was 50. The kid gave me no options. Just went into this store to buy a book of stamps which cost $17. I made the comment about how expensive that was however the clerk never said there's a markup so still bought them as I wasn't sure what the price of stamps are now and needed some. I got home and looked it up and realized they charge $3.80 more than the post office! Although I understand they need to make a profit in selling USPS services and products but to charge almost $4 more to hand you a book of stamps is literally outrageous! read more

My mother shipped out an envelope on 12/14 UPS ground to southern Calif. the gal that was helping my mom asked her if there was cash in the package of course my mom made the mistake of saying yes. 5100-B1 Clayton Rd Ever since Trisha sold this store it has been going down hill. Not only is the service slow but they are incredibly rude and lazy. The other day I was trying to mail some standard packages and the gal at the counter wouldn't communicate about what she needed from me and the entire experience went from bad to worse. I left and went to the UPS on Treat and the service there was 100% better. Night and Day. I will never go to this store again. Customer service is not in their vocabulary! Love this UPS store. Super convenient! In this day and age we'll with Amazon and all let's just be real...we all are ordering online. Doing returns here is a breeze! And when it comes to shipping...these kids just take care of you. One time I had to return an order (not through Amazon) and I could NOT print the label (the frustration is unbearable) and so I called these guys and asked them to print it. They too had trouble but BOOM figured it out and I was impressed, happy and relieved. They are convenient, reasonable and kind. This is my go to for ALL my shipping needs!!
