Horrible customer service not only do the employees not wear gloves the store is too busy and packed with no social distancing. I mailed a notarized letter and the end user never received it and the Store manager said he could not do anything about it or give me a refund for 15.00. Sent regular mail. But not that the employees are not trained on what notarized to use and you will have to wait inside the crowded location for help. Go to another location as this location has poor customer service and will not assist with lost packages or mail. read more

I have used their Notary service multiple times and they helped me with overnight packages. They were very helpful when I needed multiple copies and faxing certain pages ( yes places still require faxes) and overnighting others. Patient, helpful and always giving good advice. read more

Went to this UPS store the other day to ship a needlework pillow my wife made. The employee (forgot her name) measured the box and then asked can the pillow be in a little smaller box. It would save you money. I said yes it could be squash down some or it could be put in a mailing envelope. I was willing to buy one. She said no I could cut down your box and make it smaller. With my consent she unpacked the pillow and used a razor blade knife to cut the sides of the box to make side flaps. She did some magic and made the whole box smaller. She repacked the pillow. The shipping cost of the original box was $34. The new smaller box cost me $14. She saved me $20! Even though this store is further away, I will now use this store for all my shipping, notary and copy needs. Goodbye to my closer postal store. I never had this type of customer service there. read more

Update: Thank you, Tricia, for the reply. I'm more pissed at Amazon than anything, but The UPS Store has a contract with Amazon, which is why you ship Amazon returns. Any mistake by one falls on the other and there should be a system to take care of the customer. Incidentally, you were not the only UPS Store I visited that day. The UPS Store on Treat Blvd refused to package my return as well. I could tell you that Amazon and UPS have the ability to easily fix this so it doesn't happen again, but we both know that's not going to go anywhere. read more

Highly rude & not knowledgable in notarizing documents. Kid in the store today acted like a spoiled kid when asked to notarize a document. Through the book on the counter and then asked for us to go through documents and pull out the ones he needed to sign. He was complaining the entire time about # of documents. He did not understand how to identify what should be signed by signing party vs notarized. He then proceeded to say he did not feel comfortable notarizing. I asked for his managers name and he told me he could not provide but that he would be telling her that I tried to force him to notarize something he did not feel comfortable signing. I left my phone number and am hoping the manager cares enough about developing her employees and/or saving her business to call. However, after reading the other reviews I'm not overly hopeful. read more

Tyler Guffie really cares about the customers at this UPS Store where I have been coming to for the past several years. I am here a lot for important shipping of parcels and especially Amazon Drop Offs. Yesterday I had an Amazon Drop off but had no shipping package for it and I told Tyler I would gladly pay for one of theirs. He said no problem they keep customer's discarded shipping packages and use them for customer's like me without at NO CHARGE! This was entirely TYLER'S idea....people like Tyler are "Game Changers" I have encountered them rarely and they always excel at everything they undertake! Thank you TYLER!! Unfortunately this location is under new ownership. Employees are truly great and it's obvious they care and do their best. This location is under staffed and poorly managed. I often have to wait 15-30 min just to get a package. I'm looking into moving my mailbox to a new location. Very sad. read more

We shipped a package from this store that they packed and they stated it had $100 insurance automatically. The item was broken during shipment and they refuse to take any responsibility for it. We are not only out the shipping costs, but the value of the item and the the reimbursement to the buyer of the item. So it's like paying for it twice, plus shipping costs etc....VERY DISAPPOINTING. This is my go to UPS location and customer service wise they're great. Unfortunately they are sadly under staffed. More and more I go in and have to wait 10-15 minutes to drop off my amazon return. I find that excessive. It's certainly NOT the employees fault they are always hustling but two employees for a store that often has one tied up doing notary and the second handling faxes is not enough man power. Tried this UPS Store late on a Sunday afternoon after we missed the closing time of the store we usually use. As we pulled up, we saw staff closing up and exiting as we had missed their closing time by about 10 min. The manager saw us and happily offered to reopen the store and processed our shipment. This kind of customer service is hard to find and we'll be back. read more

This was my UPS store to go to for Amazon returns and everything has been fine until lately. I've returned several items, different vendors and different months and for whatever reason, those vendors do not receive the items until past 30 days and I'm constantly calling Amazon to rectify these issues. It's become more often than not that the packages are delivered late to the vendor. I don't know if it's a UPS issue or if there's an issue with the vendor receiving it? If it's a vendor issue, why are different vendors receiving it late? Regardless, I'm trying a new UPS location. I did like this location since it's much closer to me, but it's a hassle to fix it with Amazon since I don't get my full refund if they receive the item late. read more

I ship UPS frequently. I told the employee, normal ground no insurance. The item I was shipping was less than 2 pounds and going to zone 2. He quoted me over $20!!! I told him this was not the usual cost and he stared at his screen and agreed it seemed more expensive than normal. I asked him if he was sure he entered everything in correctly. Again just stared at his screen and seemed confused. I left and went to the post office. $8 at USPS! I think he was charging me for 3 day. He measured the package and normally for ground a measurement is not taken. He is definitely not trained well enough to be helping customers independently. I was a customer of theirs for many years when I first started my business, I needed a mailing address in the beginning till my store opened. I used their mailbox service to do this. It's actually been several years since I've been a customer, but this is one of those places that where you get such great service, they really deserve to be recognized. Even after a few years an occasional screw up of a delivery will happen and something of ours will get delivered here. Trish the owner, still remembers us and looks out for us on those occasions. Several times now, she has gone out of her way to hunt me down and contact us to let us know we have something important to pick up. This happened just the other day and reminded me of what great service they have and provide. Thank you Trish! So I had to return a pair of work shoes that didn't fit, and I came here super last minute in hopes I could get the package out of my hands and on the road. I was greeted by the UPS professional there by the name of Erin. She was so nice and helpful. I knew it was after closing, yet Erin proceeded to go above and beyond to help me out. I didn't have a shipping label, but Erin helped me with that little dilemma, and in a few short minutes, we were able to successfully get the package ready for shipment. Lastly, and because I'm so disorganized, I was just going to ship the shoe box. Erin recommended I get a plastic bag cover thing, because shoe boxes are prized items for theft. She wasn't trying to sell me something I didn't need. I could tell she honestly cared about my package getting there safely. Erin stayed late, helped me with tech solutions to get shipping label printed in store, and she recommended products that would ensure the safety of my package. Erin deserves a raise and she should be store manager, if she's not already. Thank you Erin for your awesome service!! read more

Shout out to Tricia at this store! After my mom passed, I had many pieces of china that her brother had gotten for her in Germany. My mother's sister wanted the china as it was purchased by her twin brother who has since passed away. I took the china to this UPS store and Tricia took all of my information and the china was packed up, insured and ready to send. Tricia kept in touch with me by email, sending the tracking numbers. I paid for the shipping and packing and off the china went to Connecticut. It arrived on the day Tricia said it would and my aunt was thrilled. She said she had never seen anything packed so well. The post office had a very long line so I thought I'd try this UPS store. A friend told me they ship US Postal and goes to this UPS store once in awhile. When I went there, they had a line but not as bad nor as slow as the post office. The service was great! The young man that was helping me suggested packaging for my stuff that saved me some cash. Stopped in to mail a comforter to my mom, asked for a quote was told $5 for the box and $10 for shipping, okay so they box up the comforter it's all taped up and she begins to process...she says the shipping cost has gone up from $10 to $22...no idea why? Closed at 1pm on Christmas eve - seriously? I was notified last minute that my nieces and nephews were going to be in town for Christmas so I bought some presents on Amazon and paid ridiculous prices for expedited next-day shipping to get them in time for Christmas to find out that on the day they arrived, I couldn't even pick them up on my lunch break because this UPS store was already closed. I understand that most businesses should close early on Christmas eve, but my mailbox? I feel like I'm in the twilight zone! I will not be renewing my mailbox here. This is the first time I've had this experience at a UPS store; this, being the 4th I've rented a mailbox at. My experience elsewhere has been superb. Wow, terrible service!! I asked for some tape to tape up my prepaid package to return, the girl put a very little piece of tape on it and said it was a dollar for a tape charge. I said "well I'm going to tape it up good then," so I took some more tape and then they complained that I was using too much tape and that they didn't have enough tape. Well I guess I'll take my business elsewhere in the future. You can't charge me for tape and then tell me that you don't have enough. Seeing as how this is a UPS postal store, I would see having a deficiency of tape to be a competence problem. read more

If I could give this location a zero, I would!! My BF and I have gone here numerous times and every time it is a huge hassle. They constantly say they'll charge you 1.00 for tape, wth, you're the ups store!! The manager is always arguing with customers and tries to get you to pay more money by being unhelpful and dishonest. I wouldn't blame the employees here, they've been helpful when I went in but it is the manager that has created all of these crazy rules that they MUST follow. Do not come here. Worst service ever and the owner/manager is constantly looking over her employees shoulders trying to correct them and scrutinize everything they do, which makes you feel uncomfortable as the customer. She needs to learn to constructively criticize her employees when customers are not present. She also tried to tell her employees the days tasks in the middle of your transaction, extending the time I had to be in the store. I brought my packages in untaped and in need of postage. They tried to charge me $1 for tape, which I absolutely refused. The owner was rude and she tried to look inside my packages to see wat i was sending. I actually had to ask her, "Do you want my business? I'm trying to pay you." For her to stop being rude. This place is not worth it, takes too long and had terrible service. Once you go in you will be waiting for the chance to be done and escape. read more

I had come to this store a few times to use the computer and print some Stuff. The last time was two weeks ago. Turns out I'd left my wallet there. I didn't notice until a few days later because I had only needed my ATM card and that was in the small pocket of my backpack which I use everyday. Finally I realized my wallet was missing and when I called this UPS store they told me it was there. I felt happy and relieved. That is until my husband went to pick it up and returned with my wallet--MISSING--- a Macy's gift card. At that point I couldn't help but feel anger. At that point I t became a matter of THEFT! I was especially angry -at myself too!- because that gift card was given to my husband in October for his Birthday. I had had it in a drawer all this time and had just very recently put in in my wallet just in case I went to Macy's to maybe get something for my parents since I'm planning to visit in Mexico this June. I can recall so clearly several times going shopping and seeing the gift card in my wallet each tim e as I only carry about 5 cards n the gift card was right behind/top of my ATM card. The point is I used to rely on this store for printing and I don't think I can go back. Someone in that store thought it would be ok to take my gift card. Probably thought not too much harm done. I called the store and Ofcourse they don't have cameras! And they have not "found" it! I despise the act of theft. To take someone's property just cause you can... so low. Shame on whoever took my card. Just cause you didn't take my ID my credit card or even my hospital medical Cards doesn't mean "little" harm done. It's not right. People beware: there's at least one Dishonest employee working there. read more

I had a horrible experience in this exact location. I'm a college student who came in to print my study guides for a test. I would have went to the library but it was Presidents' Day. When they rang me up for 8 pages they rang me up for $9.00. The manager calmly explain to me that they had a sign that said charge by time use of using the computer. I said I understand for next time but I'd like to not be charged this time because I was short on cash and didn't know. I still needed to buy books afterwards. She was happy to help me. I told her maybe a verbal would be nice from the staff to avoid misunderstanding. I was embarrassed. All a sudden a staff member (named Tyler) runs up and screams in my face "This is all your fault. Maybe you should work on your visual awareness, you jerk" The manager began to yell at him "Let it go, Tyler. I handled it" It was honestly just a really weird scene. Tyler shouldn't be working with the public. Although I wasn't aware of the policy I'm still a customer... I won't be returning... read more

I usually just drop off a package that I've prepaid online but the staff here, especially the manager, are very helpful. She pointed out that a package that I was sending to Canada required a special customs disclosure form and she let me know that it wouldn't be delivered without it. If she had not intervened I would have run into big problems. read more

The Concord UPS Center dropped off the packages below our driveway right out in the open on our street. Anybody could've taken it. I spoke with "Stacey" from Customer Service in Concord regarding to my concerns. Her response was that their driver doesn't need to drop off at the front door. I explained to her that we have packages delivered to us from other carriers,such as Amazon and United Postal Services without problems. Also, the notification from UPS indicated that it was dropped off at the front door which wasn't true. Stacey was irritated and said that their drivers have discretions on where to drop off the packages under UPS's policy. She blamed that we have overhanging trees along our driveway from "google map" which prevented the truck from driving up our driveway. Again, our trees were above 6 foot clearance for trucks to drive up our driveway. Nevertheless, she was rude and defensive. I would not use UPS or recommend anyone to use UPS as a carrier. read more

I was supposed to receive my package the next day and it's been 5 days now. They've gone to the wrong address and have made their customer service long, painful and useless. I need my item for work and how lost out on work opportunity do to their lack of ability to perform their job. I will never use UPS again as they are unreliable. I tried using their UPS My Choice to switch the delivery address to my job but as I followed the commands and prompts to make this happen, it would lead me to a dead end every time. It just kept leading me to a link trying to sell my on UPS My Choice. I called the customer service line and I followed his directions and it led me to the exact same place. He was even puzzled and couldn't figure it out. I am sorely disappointed in UPS and would not recommend this company to any sensible person who needs their package. read more
