They have never lost any of my packages so A+ for that! Customer service is efficient. Not the most friendly, or engaging, but they get the job done, so I'm not complaining. One experience that I had was coming here on a weekday and the sign and business hours said they opened at 9am. It was 9:30 am 3 other customers were standing outside holding their packages and checking their phones or watches because the store wasn't open yet. I decided not to wait around because who knew when they would actually open. I had to make a separate trip which was a bit irritating that they weren't actually open during their stated business hours. Other than that, I've had no issues.
