I just finished working with Vaca Printing to produce a program for a memorial. My dealings were solely with Nicole. She did an outstanding job and I am so appreciative. The final product was exactly what I wanted. While I provided the necessary content, Nicole handled the rest. She was patient, had a positive and empathetic attitude towards my situation. I needed to make a couple of last minute changes and she was understanding and made the changes without hesitation. She was easy to work with and the printing cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Nicole and Vaca Printing. Thank you Nicole. read more

Excellent customer service and quality. They communicated well and produced very quickly. I would definitely recommend

Today 11/20/25 I went to this business to have documents printed. I was told, "we're busy I can't do this, and the last time you came in to do this we had nothing but problems! She was extremely offensive, rude, and insulting. My husband asked her, "well aren't you a printing business? "She said, well we have funerals and other things to do right now."He then said, the next time I come here I'm going to ask to speak to the owner regarding this issue." She said, I am the owner! He ended up leaving very upset because he was treated so rudely and unprofessionally. This never happened previously when we've used them before. We will NOT be returning to this place ever again. I suggest you take your business elsewhere. read more

Fast friendly service. Printed something from my phone and the lady explained how to do it. She got my print out and used the change from the extras to pay for it, instead of using my debit card for .16. Great customer service. read more

Highly recommend Vaca Printing! They're honest and will work with you to get what you need. I was getting quoted insane prices upwards of $80 for a simple sign for my engagement party, but Vaca Printing was able to do it for $27 and it looked great! It took about 2 days turnaround time which was also perfect. read more

Amazing and quick service! I contacted them through Yelp, and they were quick with their response. My prints were done in a couple of days. I am so happy I found a local printing near me instead of purchasing online. They also give military discounts. I will be definitely coming back, thank you so much!! read more

Drop what you are doing right now, and go to this place. I sent what I thought was a good product for printing, I showed up and it was terrible. They took the time to size and adjust my images on a book cover I needed for a gift. And they did not charge me--I even tried to pay for the copies I made that were botched and they wouldn't take my money. I will never go any other place for anything that they can do for me. Thank you! read more

Nicole and Robin deserve more than 5 stars. In a sea of greedy, morally bankrupt people that won't lift a finger unless they are paid Nicole and Robin demonstrate such kindness, professionalism, and competence. I needed proofs to see how a packaging project would render and both were so knowledgeable and guided me on what I needed to do when files weren't printing correctly. Thanks to their help I was able to finally correct the files with a graphic designer and printed the second round of proofs without issue. Both went through such great lengths to help me and print how many samples I needed and refused to charge me despite my insistence. If you need reliable, quality, knowledgable, professional printing services I couldn't recommend more Nicole and Robin who work tirelessly to deliver such amazing customer service and results! read more

Robin and her daughter are wonderful. I had a poster for school that I had to have printed. I searched online and it was going to cost over $100 to print not including shipping. I decided to look for a local print shop. Turnaround time was super fast. Robin even printed a draft for me to make sure the formatting was correct!! I even recommended to my other classmate who also printed her poster here. Great prices and awesome customer service!!! read more

I can't comment on the price, as my local printer (SFO Reprographics in Campbell) has unbelievably amazing $/sq ft rates on their prints.. But I want to rate this shop just on the level of service. I had a last minute need for 24x36 blueprints and sent out quote requests to 4 or 5 shops the night before. Vaca is over an hour out from where I normally do business, but it was one of the shops nearby the building department where I planned to drop off my prints. By 8ish AM the next morning, Vaca would be the only shop to have responded to my quote requests. I emailed back and asked if it would be possible to pick up within an hour of placing my order. They said yes, I headed over, and within an hour or so was out the door with prints in hand and on my way to apply for my permit. Very tight schedule that day and I was very glad to have been able to squeeze in a last minute permit application and save myself a 2 hour drive back. I appreciate the quick and courteous service from Vaca Printing. read more
