Today 11/20/25 I went to this business to have documents printed. I was told, "we're busy I can't do this, and the last time you came in to do this we had nothing but problems! She was extremely offensive, rude, and insulting. My husband asked her, "well aren't you a printing business? "She said, well we have funerals and other things to do right now."He then said, the next time I come here I'm going to ask to speak to the owner regarding this issue." She said, I am the owner! He ended up leaving very upset because he was treated so rudely and unprofessionally. This never happened previously when we've used them before. We will NOT be returning to this place ever again. They took the time to size and adjust my images on a book cover I needed for a gift. And they did not charge me--I even tried to pay for the copies I made that were botched and they wouldn't take my money. I will never go any other place for anything that they can do for me. In a sea of greedy, morally bankrupt people that won't lift a finger unless they are paid Nicole and Robin demonstrate such kindness, professionalism, and competence. I needed proofs to see how a packaging project would render and both were so knowledgeable and guided me on what I needed to do when files weren't printing correctly. Thanks to their help I was able to finally correct the files with a graphic designer and printed the second round of proofs without issue. Both went through such great lengths to help me and print how many samples I needed and refused to charge me despite my insistence. I can't comment on the price, as my local printer (SFO Reprographics in Campbell) has unbelievably amazing $/sq ft rates on their prints.. But I want to rate this shop just on the level of service. I had a last minute need for 24x36 blueprints and sent out quote requests to 4 or 5 shops the night before. Vaca is over an hour out from where I normally do business, but it was one of the shops nearby the building department where I planned to drop off my prints. By 8ish AM the next morning, Vaca would be the only shop to have responded to my quote requests. I emailed back and asked if it would be possible to pick up within an hour of placing my order. They said yes, I headed over, and within an hour or so was out the door with prints in hand and on my way to apply for my permit. Very tight schedule that day and I was very glad to have been able to squeeze in a last minute permit application and save myself a 2 hour drive back.
