Pack your patience with these folks. My niece's new school uses Ad Special T's as their vendor for…read moreuniforms. I used the link the school sent us, which could be improved, but whatever. I placed an order for five children's shirts on July 20. It was weird that they asked for a mailing address, but the confirmation said the order was for pickup only. On July 27, I called the store and spoke with Nick. Nick was my point of contact and very responsive, but not proactive. During the call, Nick told me that they received the order but not the payment. Considering it was seven days later, the transaction had already posted to my credit card. I forwarded the order and the cleared credit card transaction to Nick, and he told me he would send it to his boss for verification. On July 31, I had to reach out to Nick to follow up. He confirmed that they were still waiting on the payment processor to confirm receipt. On August 3, the payment was finally confirmed, and at that moment, the shirts were ordered. No further context on the timeline of this order. On August 10, I reached back out to Nick to check the status, and he let me know that the last shirt had arrived that day. On August 11, I received an email stating the shirts were ready. I told my sister to go pick them up, and when she arrived, she was greeted by an unfriendly last who brought up the order issue. My sister didn't get a good feeling from her. Overall, the experience took longer than it should have. School started on August 17, and I ordered the shirts almost a month in advance only to receive them seven days before school started. I'm not sure if they need to work on their payment processing, order tracking, customer service, or proactive communication, but this was not a pleasant experience. Also this was a kindergartens shirt. They grow like weeds there was no time for sizing errors because of systemic delays. Honestly, if the school had another vendor, I would have gone with them.

The good news is that when I went in to inquire about getting some postcards printed in a hurry,…read morethey said they could do it I emailed them my files and was told I could reduce the price from $200 to $44 if I ordered "Quick Postcards" online, which I did. It was downhill from there. When I uploaded my artwork to the FedEx site, it looked like the art would be cut off, even though I had sized it exactly with no bleed. I called the store and they said not to worry because they would use the art I'd emailed while at the store. They only referred me to the online store so I could get the great price. A few hours later, they called to say the job was ready. I went back to the store and the job they had for me was not my job. Oops! Mine would be ready the next day. I never got a call saying my job was ready, but when I called them, they said it was. So off I go to the FedEx store again. The job was ready, but only half the quantity I ordered. They said they'd have them in 45 minutes, but I decided to go home and pick them up the next day. When I came to pick them up, the were not ready! They'd had a power outage last night, so they said. (But they were supposed to be done yesterday afternoon!) So I'm standing here at the counter writing this review while they do the job as I wait. Then, they're trimmed wrong, but I let them off the hook and just had them trim them a little more. It's been an adventure! The quality of the printing is okay, and they refunded me the cost of the cards that got trimmed wrong.
