I bought my bike from Ray's Cycle and quickly fell in love with biking; thanks to Ray's kindness and support. My admiration for Ray lead to me naming the bike after him. I wanted to represent and decided on decals. I called JC Graphics and Anna answered. The journey began. I expressed all the things the bike represents in my life. She was attentive, kind, professional, patient taking in every word. She worked with the graphic designer and their creative thinking along with their ability to bring thoughts to "life," was reflected in the final product. My husband got his tailgate wrapped. His artwork had to be re-pixellized because the artwork didn't have enough pixels. Basically, they had to re-design his ad & then it was applied to his tailgate the next day. Being OCD, I noticed they misspelled a word on the ad the day he had the tailgate wrapped, so of course, I mentioned it to him. He's too nice of a man 2 go back & complain. Luckily, I'm not (8 Opposites attract, right?! LOL JC GRAPHIX corrected the problem with no hiccups & obviously at no charge whatsoever. Had a bad experience with their salesman. The man does not know when to stop and listen to the client. I emailed my request for a quote and instead of responding he came in person, which is fine but I think he had thought he could close the sale without addressing my questions and concerns. Have heard from other clients of bullying and pressing for prepayment before installing on their schedule as opposed to the client. I'm not saying don't work with them, but I am saying be on guard and stand your ground. Remember you are the client, meaning you are in charge. read more

This is long overdue rating. This shop provide the best quality vinyl decals. I purchased a windshield banner of my car group. It was custom designed and provided it with a JPG file. They got the work done in a timely manner and I'm very satisfied of the quality. Shop is clean and customer service was outstanding. The reason why I minus one star is because it was a complete rip off for them to charge $30 for installation for a windshield banner. Several of their competitors (other graphic shops) install it for free and I was told I was taken advantage of on the price. But the quality is great, they just don't need to rip off first time customers. I did agreed to the price at first thinking it was standard but after finding out the other graphics shop made it a courtesy to install windshield banners, that's was very low. So my family recently brought in a jade jar to get engraved and we came in a total of 3 times for my grandma's funeral urn. The first time to get a request and see how much the price would be, if it would be done in time, how it would work if we were using non-English letters (we used Chinese), how would be easiest to send the content and lay it out etc. They were very friendly and understanding of our situation and patient with us even with all of the little nitt-picking my mom had on the object. The second time we brought in the picture and the jar and tried to see how exactly the engraving would be laid out on the jar, the guy even spent some time putting the letters in his program to help get it the way we wanted and then we agreed on everything and a price and paid and he said he would have it done in a couple weeks or by the next week or so (I don't quite remember what he said). Afterwards, we were shopping that same day, we got a call to say he finished it that day and we could pick it up before they closed! So when we went to get the urn, my parents were very very pleased and the price was pretty decent. All in all - five stars for speed, patience, price and flexibility! read more

I brought in a decal to install and was told $140.00. I asked how long it would take and they told me 30 minutes. They have a one hour mimimum. $140.00 for an hour cmon really. Brought it to a body shop who installed it for $45.00. No thanks I would not come back here if that is what kind of fee they charge. read more

NOT HAPPY with these guys! I purchased a sign for my business over a year ago. I was very upset after it was installed and saw the split in the mirror plexiglass. I spoke to owner and told him I was never informed the sign would look like that. They have refused to correct the sign. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone! TERRIBLE SERVICE !! I stopped in and obtained an estimate to install graphics on the hood of my Spyder. I was given a quote and a time to bring in. I brought the hood in a day early. I was told two days. When I went in to pick up the part it wasn't touched. Told maybe in a few more days. The young man behind the counter has no customer skills.
