I wanted to represent and decided on decals. I called JC Graphics and Anna answered. The journey began. I expressed all the things the bike represents in my life. She was attentive, kind, professional, patient taking in every word. She worked with the graphic designer and their creative thinking along with their ability to bring thoughts to "life," was reflected in the final product. The project was simple yet, had some lighthearted importance that brings a smile to the face; especially mine.  They quickly recognized the importance of the project and added characters to the bike that are representative, reflective and celebrative. Their welcome email is warm and bubbly, and promises that they will "work on the design" until the customer is happy. Instead you wait weeks for a reply, and they completely ignore your design request. To summarize: if you want to wait months to get absolutely nothing then they are for you.

The best part is they sent a tech to the location to make sure they got a "visual" of the other signs on the building they would be matching. Attempt # 2 was much better when it came to the color matching however no frame again. I was then told it wasn't included after discussing it from day 1 and then after the first sign was messed up. I wouldn't recommend them and plan to discourage anyone from doing so as well.

The gentleman who came seemed great, but he didn't send me a quote. One week later, I hadn't heard anything from them. After calling to ask if I could get my quote, the Owner (I believe) told me that they may "take a pass," on our projects. When I asked why, she said they "do this all of the time." She sent a follow-up email blaming it on their schedule and workload, but I had not even given them a delivery schedule. It was a super disappopinting experience. My advice - if you plan on getting a quote from them for a commercial project, get quotes from competitors as well. Be aware that this company evidently chooses to "take a pass" on projects often.
