We decided on an ExPel windshield film to protect My BMW convertible's expensive windshield from the many rocks and debris encountered commuting via the I-80 freeway. At the end of its journey and its time for replacement, the film when removed revealed that it had been pretty well beaten. There was only one tiny "star" near the cowl on the windshield. The ExPel had done its job! Under the ExPel film was a $2000 OEM windshield. Protecting the windshield with the Ultra Protective Film from Brian and crew was a WISE choice!

I'm so busy during the day so text communication was a must. UPF's commitment to customer service was big plus for me. Also if you ware looking for debt repair they do that too. Yep, that's when I left them in the car. I finally decided to deliver them but unfortunately the excessive heat forced the corks loose and my seat became a pool of deep dark redness. To compound the issue my interior is Parchment, a very light tan. Called HD Custom from their recommends on Yelp and that was best decision I made all month. Dustin was polite, did not call me stupid at least, and said he could try but never experienced a mess like that. Well the next day he delivered the RDX and had a smile as big as my grandson when you let him go outside and play in the sandbox. I couldn't tell there was any damage at all. (See photo) Nada. Clean as the day I brought it home from the dealership. Then I noticed he also cleaned the outside of the car as well. So obviously I will recommend to anyone who will listen to me to use HD Custom. I'm not embarrassed to admit I used AI to gather information regarding the type of body shop I needed to do a ceramic coating, as well as red flags to watch out for. I was doing my search on Sunday, and ended up on Yelp to look for a reputable site. I sent a text message to VK and to my absolute surprise I received an answer shortly after sending the text. I didn't expect to receive a response so soon, especially on a Sunday. So I was doing double- duty... texting Paul from VK while making inquiries on AI to see what questions I should ask. AI told me Paul was giving me A-plus superior service and providing accurate and honest answers, so I took the deep dive and made an appointment. When I arrived at the shop I felt like I was meeting old friends. The guy who initially greeted me was incredibly kind and gave me honest answers about other questions I had. Paul arrived about five minutes later and he was so incredibly friendly. As a woman going into any business, especially where I am spending a large amount of money, the way I am treated speaks volumes about their customer service. When I returned several days later, Paul showed me the vehicle and I hugged him. My car looked amazing and I was so pleased with the work these guys did. I met the guy who did the ceramic coating and it was obvious these guys take tremendous pride in the work they do. Per my request Paul also sent me links to the products I could purchase to maintain the integrity of the work they did. As I am moving put of state in a few months I plan to return so they can tint my windows. These guys exhibit high integrity and it shows in the way they treat customers and the quality of their work. I literally want to bake cookies for the entire crew! If you're on the fence about where to take your valued vehicle for ceramic coating or tint, hands down this shop is definitely the place to go.

I plan on coming back for my fourth year in the near future this year as well. I'm gonna check them out. Received a response from this place within 30 minutes with a ton of information about their options and pricing. I had gotten my original window tinting from another establishment, so I decided to call to make sure that they could match the existing tinting. Spoke to Joshua (I think that was his name) over the phone and he answered all my questions and was able to get me scheduled a couple of days out since it was the weekend already. When I came in they were ready to take my car as scheduled, and Joshua didn't try to push the most expensive option on me, which I appreciated. The job took less than an hour so I decided to comfortably wait in the lobby. Once they were done, they made sure to inform me of how long to wait before rolling down or washing the window. They even put a sticker on the inside to remind me. The tinting looks amazing and I can't even tell that it's different from the rest, especially since they were able to match the tint percentage. This place is within minutes of my house, so will definitely return if I end up needing more tinting done. Fingers crossed that I don't though.
