This was the best customer service in the auto business I have experienced in a long time. I called Friday looking around for window tinting to be done ASAP. I was able to get an appoinment the very next day at 9 AM. Upon coming into the business, I was kindly greeted by two gentlemen. The owner was very kind,very approachable, explained how everything was going to be, and the pricing, you just cannot beat. It was affordable and the service was quick. I loved how he explained the warranty and the after care. Also, I am someone who was worried about making sure I wouldn't get a fix it ticket for window tinting, he did such a good job to reassure me and teach me the legal tints and the questionable ones. That right there, was amazing so again thank you for the explanation!! For a busy mom on a Saturday running errands, I was able to go groccery shopping in our family car while my work car got serviced in about 2 hours! Just like the other reviews say, the customer service from Tint Masters is unmatched. We called to request a quote for our home windows and received a fair, competitive estimate the very same day. Robert was incredibly helpful, taking the time to listen to all of our concerns. You can tell right away that Robert is someone you can completely trust in your home. Even though he didn't have our exact tint in stock, he still came out to install a temporary tint so we wouldn't have to wait--at no extra cost. A week later, he returned to swap it out for the correct one, and it turned out absolutely beautiful! Even after the tint was installed, he followed up with us a few days later to ensure there were no issues which we greatly appreciated. To top it all off, Robert came out on two separate Sundays, working around our schedule and crazy kids--and the second visit was actually his birthday! Extremely disappointed in this business if I could give zero stars I would. I made an appt a couple days before dropping the car off at 9:30 am and I was told that would be a good day to bring it in. Brought it in that morning and never got any updates letting me know that they have been "backed up" that day and on top of that they supposedly didn't get there tint film on time and I never got notified about it whatsoever. I had to personally call myself and this was about almost an hour before closing time to only find out about my car was not even being worked on. They told me they would finally work on it but won't be don't until almost 6pm OR told me to pick up the car up knowing the tint wasn't going to be installed. Waste of time. I didn't want to go too dark and limit useful visibility. 30% was just right to help knock down heat exposure. This is a family owned local business which was great to support.
