Just like the other reviews say, the customer service from Tint Masters is unmatched. We called to request a quote for our home windows and received a fair, competitive estimate the very same day. Robert was incredibly helpful, taking the time to listen to all of our concerns. You can tell right away that Robert is someone you can completely trust in your home. Even though he didn't have our exact tint in stock, he still came out to install a temporary tint so we wouldn't have to wait--at no extra cost. A week later, he returned to swap it out for the correct one, and it turned out absolutely beautiful! Even after the tint was installed, he followed up with us a few days later to ensure there were no issues which we greatly appreciated. To top it all off, Robert came out on two separate Sundays, working around our schedule and crazy kids--and the second visit was actually his birthday! He never tried to upsell us or tack on hidden weekend fees. If you are on the fence, please give him a chance. Finding a business this honest, hardworking, and high-quality is rare. You won't regret it! Thank you so much, Robert! read more

This was the best customer service in the auto business I have experienced in a long time. I called Friday looking around for window tinting to be done ASAP. I was able to get an appoinment the very next day at 9 AM. Upon coming into the business, I was kindly greeted by two gentlemen. The owner was very kind, very approachable, explained how everything was going to be, and the pricing, you just cannot beat. It was affordable and the service was quick. I loved how he explained the warranty and the after care. Also, I am someone who was worried about making sure I wouldn't get a fix it ticket for window tinting, he did such a good job to reassure me and teach me the legal tints and the questionable ones. That right there, was amazing so again thank you for the explanation!! For a busy mom on a Saturday running errands, I was able to go groccery shopping in our family car while my work car got serviced in about 2 hours! I am a big supporter on family-run businesses and they just gained a new customer so I will be back and sharing this company with everyone else!! 5 STAR HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! When is the last time you had great customer service? Today! And before that? Monday! From the first point of contact Robert and his Team (Vice) offered the best experience for me and my NUBOO2. They scheduled me, tinted my ride, and then made sure I was pleased with my service. It's my first tint and it's all Wow for me. No bubbles, no watermarks ... if you know you know. Looking forward to bringing the next one to TINT MASTERS VACAVILLE! oh btw- go check out that auto detail. Thanks guys! read more

My husband and I took my car to Vacaville Tent Masters to get my windows slightly tented as a gift for myself. I was greeted by Robert Sr who provided a warm and welcoming greeting and took the time to confirm what we had already researched. Robert Sr. offered me an appointment the very next day, surprisingly! I went back to meet Robert Jr. who also provided that same refreshing and warm customer greeting and who was also so down to earth. He reconfirmed what we wanted and put it as a priority. They took great care of my car and did an amazing job. I couldn't be happier! My husband and I appreciated the quick response and turn around of three hours work! Amazing! This type of service and quality is something of a rare find these days. The price was well worth it and the comfort of knowing that if any issues arise, I can take it back with no worries literally sealed the deal for me! I will have my other vehicles done very soon and I thank God for finding this business for me! I pray their continued growth and success! Looking to tent your windows, I highly recommend this location! read more

Robert did a fantastic job for me! I have been a customer for two years. And if you ever have an issue, you bring it up to him he does his best to fix it every time. He is by far the best in tinting business I have ever dealt with and also has very competitive pricing. He does a very good job of working with your schedule and getting you an appointment time that works best for you. He did my brand new 2025 Toyota Tundra tint it looks AMAZING! I got tint on all side and rear windows and sunroof I'm loving it. He tinted with the ceramic tint cars look fabulous and will definitely cut down on the temps in car and uv rays. Going to be great as soon as summer is here! Thank you Robert! read more

Robert was absolutely amazing! I came to get my tint done back in 2019, got all four doors and back window done. A couple years later got my car broken into so had to get one of the windows redone. He was able to get the job done on very short notice, super quick, and even gave me a great price for coming back! Highly recommend coming here to get your tints done. You're in great hands! Vacaville Tint Masters & Robert are so great I wish I could give him 10 's. I called Robert on Thursday right before closing and he was able to get me in that Saturday morning which was great! I told him which time I would probably needed it by and got my car earlier than the time. The process was so smooth, the finished product is so amazing and he did such an awesome job. Overall he just so incredibly nice and caring!! Robert took such great care of my brand new car. Definitely recommending him to all my friends and family, thank you Robert!!!!!! read more

Extremely disappointed in this business if I could give zero stars I would. I made an appt a couple days before dropping the car off at 9:30 am and I was told that would be a good day to bring it in. Brought it in that morning and never got any updates letting me know that they have been "backed up" that day and on top of that they supposedly didn't get there tint film on time and I never got notified about it whatsoever. I had to personally call myself and this was about almost an hour before closing time to only find out about my car was not even being worked on. They told me they would finally work on it but won't be don't until almost 6pm OR told me to pick up the car up knowing the tint wasn't going to be installed. Waste of time. Extremely unprofessional. read more

Robert at Tint Masters is awesome! The customer service was next level! He was fast, friendly & efficient! He made us an appointment within a week! He walked us through all of the color options. I will recommend you to everyone I know:) read more

I cannot say enough good things about Tint Masters. I have been a loyal customer for years and today in my time of need Tint Masters came through. My wife was driving the Tahoe to work on I-80 when something hit her passenger front window and shattered it. The only thing that protected my wife and kids from getting glass all over them and possibly injured was the window tint installed by Tint Masters. I called tint masters and explained what happened. I got my window replaced and tint master tinted the window the vary same day to make sure my family was protected. I was 16 years old when I got my first vehicle tinted by Carters tint in Vacaville (the OG). And since then they are the only ones that touch my vehicles for tint. I highly recommend Tint Masters for all your tint needs. They have been around forever and will be there for you when you need them. read more

Always an excellent experience at Vacaville Tint Masters!! We have had about 4 vehicles tinted here and they do an amazing job every time. They are a small business and are super friendly and helpful in helping decide what to get. An absolutely great value for the price. They complete the tinting in a timely manner. Never any issues!! I would highly recommend them over and over! read more

This is a great shop. I was able to call up and get right in the next morning. I chose 30% tint on a one week old 2024 Rubicon X. I didn't want to go too dark and limit useful visibility. 30% was just right to help knock down heat exposure. This is a family owned local business which was great to support. I got the opportunity to hang out and chat with the owner and his son during the install. Support local businesses and get to know your community. I recommend Tint Masters and I'll bring my other cars here next. read more

Robert the owner of Tint Masters has done excellent work for me and all my family and fiends over the last 17 years. He is one of the most personable and motivated individual I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. His business skills are the old school way of doing business, some might say it's with his handshake that you know everything is going to be ok. Not only does he beat his competition with his price's, he beats them with his quality and integrity in his workmanship. I came to "Tint Master" way before Robert took over the business from his father. His father who ran the business prior to Robert, won me over with his attention to detail and competitive pricing, he did three different vehicles of mine and all of them were done excellent. This company is a family ran business that has been in Vacaville for over 25 years. Over the years this family ran business has done my 1992 Honda Accord, my 2003 GMC truck, my 2005 Infiniti G 35, my 2010 M 35, and our recent purchase of our 2022 model S ... Which Robert did to perfection!
