WINDOW TINTING: Audio House Jag and his team offer a combination of the best products, such as 3M Nano Ceramic in various % of darkness, and highly-skilled installers (Mike did my car) with 35 years of experience. The finished job was a work of art. The 2008 Mercury looks great and is now cooler in the hot California sunlight. BTW my 2005 Mercury that was done in 2010 (5 windows) still looks great. No signs of delamination, bubbling, or scuffing despite 2 GSDs riding along and the car "living" outside 100% of the time. After you visit Audio House your car's interior will last a lot longer without the UV ray bombardment and a hot interior. The cost... surprisingly reasonable. read more

Great service and very helpful , will be back with my other vehicles, very impressed with the outcome

Just picked up a brand new Civic Si and one of the first things I wanted to do was get the windows tinted. I went back to Audio House and they did a great job. I'm a repeat customer. I had my last car tinted here when it was brand new and the tint held up perfectly for 13 years with no issues. That's a big reason I came back. The new tint looks great and the customer service was excellent. Maddie was super helpful and made everything easy. Definitely recommend Audio House if you're looking for quality tint work and great service. read more

I am the first owner of a RV 2012 Holiday Rambler Vacationer. The original stereo system has seen a better day. I have been searching a reputable car stereo shop in Solano County without any success until I was referred by a good friend of mine. I was told that the Audio House in Napa has been known for its great workmanship and customer service. Upon arrival at the shop, I noticed that the shop was super busy and had quite a few customers waiting in line. The person who was taking care of the customers before me was actually an owner whom later I learned his name was Jag Rattu. I was immediately impressed how attentive and patient he was interacting with his customers. He was very detailed and thorough in explaining all the products that his customers were asking making sure that his customers understood what products they were getting. I who was waiting patiently recognized that Jag was actually not trying to sell the products making a quick profit but rather, he was taking his time trying to educate his customers on the products that he offers for the good and the bad. At that moment, I knew I have found a right shop. Jag would take care of me like he would with all of his customers. Installing a stereo system on a motorhome requires some Improvisation and customization, I had full confidence that Jag and his crew were able to meet the challenge. What was more impressive with Jag was that giving how busy his shop was, upon the completion of the work, he spent at least 30 minutes with us going over all the functions and features of the system making sure that we can immediately enjoy the system without any challenging. If you have a vehicle or a RV that you are considering to have the stereo system installed or windows tinted, his shop is highly recommended. Jag is super professional, transparent, and straight forward. He will stand behind his work. More importantly, he is just a great person that actually values the relationship. If Jag's shop ever performs any work for you, you will not be disappointed. read more

I had a dashcam installed here back in January. I actually wasn't fully satisfied with the job and I brought it up to Jag who immediately wanted to, and did, make it right. He had a follow-up appointment set up for me shortly after during which the installer, Luis, addressed and rectified all my concerns. I was very happy with the outcome. Recently I needed my windshield replaced so I called Audio House to ask what I should look out for. Not only did Jag tell me exactly what to tell the windshield technicians, he also told me to bring my car back to Audio House when it was done so he could have the dash cam remounted and the wiring cleaned up. And this was free of charge with no appointment needed. I dropped in this morning and Luis took care of everything. My actual job is analyzing customer service, and THIS is how it's done. Thank you, Jag and Luis! You won't go wrong trusting Audio House with your mobile electronics needs. read more

I definitely recommended the Shop. They do everything by the book they treat you fairly . I'll let you know before they charge you anything and have charges unexpected charges. They informed you first. But what I wouldn't do is go to Vince Miranda at Audio export took him to court. Got me for approximately give or take a buck or 26 grand over charges without informing me without approving. The charges took him to court filed a complaint with the bureau of automotive. They said he owed me approximately 5800 to 6 somewhere in their approximate I would steer away from Audio export Vince Miranda total Connor artist. read more

I had a dash cam installed here on August 5th 2025 and they damaged my headliner during the installation. The board was bent and the fabric was peeling away at the edges on the passenger side. Jag made two attempts at repairing the headliner but it wouldn't hold. After just a couple of warm weather days, the adhesive had failed and the fabric had peeled away yet again. I consulted with several upholstery shops and decided to have the headliner replaced. I offered to cover the cost of labor if Jag was willing to pay for the replacement headliner itself. The cost of the part was 1,900 but Jag was only willing to pay for 1,100 of it. I asked for a compromise of 1,500 and that is when negotiations stalled. For the next 3 weeks I would be met with endless excuses as to why Jag could not answer the phone. Finally, after much frustration, I asked Jag via text to just cut me a check for the 1,100 so we can be done with this and he agreed. The camera itself works as intended and Maddie at the front desk is a total sweetheart. With that said, I would not recommend Audiohouse. read more

I purchased a Rydeen Rear View Camera that was faulty from the dealer. Jag at Audio House fought side by side with me to get a brand new one, and got it installed for free! I highly recommend this business, and i'll be returning for any needs I have. Thx Jag! read more

I stopped by Audio House yesterday morning to install a new radio in my car, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service I received. Maddie was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. She quickly realized that I had purchased the wrong radio and thoughtfully guided me toward the correct one. Her advice was clear, honest, and focused entirely on what was best for me. She even offered to give me a ride once her boss returned from a meeting if I was willing to wait -- an incredibly kind gesture that truly stood out, even though I had already arranged a ride. Later that day, Maddie personally called to inform me that my car was ready. When I arrived, she introduced me to the owner, Jag, who was equally impressive. As someone who has spent much of my life managing top hotels around the world, I understand what exceptional customer service looks like -- and this was it. Jag was friendly, professional, and took the time to walk me to my car to thoroughly explain the functions of the new system. The ingenuity, professionalism, and genuine friendliness displayed by both Maddie and Jag reflect a level of hospitality that has become rare. Their service is truly beyond reproach. read more

This place is busy! Parking is limited so it was a little challenging to drop the car off, as there's many other people dropping their car off too. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was done by the afternoon. Prices are competitive for the area. I was up sold on the ceramic option. I'm hopeful it's worth it in the long run and keeping my car cooler in the summer. My car looks great with my new tint! read more

I purchased an voucher from Groupon for Audio House. Went in today and found out it was only for the back window. Service was very quick! I had requested an installation/troubleshoot for an amp and subwoofer, as I couldn't figure out fully and safely do it. Only took about 5ish hours, and was priced fairly. I brought in most equipment, and the shop had the rest to enable proper installation. Friendly staff, and helpful. Very informative, and let's you know how the progress of the vehicle, and the call to appointment time was also super short, ~3 days. read more

Amazing Service at Audio House in Napa! I had an incredible experience with AiduO House in Napa, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Maddie (owner) and Jag for their outstanding service. They recently installed a new radio, a front camera, and a rear camera on my Ford F-350, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and absolutely top-notch. From start to finish, Maddie was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood all my options. Jag handled the installation and did a phenomenal job -- clean work, great attention to detail, and everything functions perfectly. You can really tell they care about quality and their customers. If you're looking for honest pricing, excellent communication, and high-quality installation work, this is the place to go. My histruck has never been better equipped, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend Audio House -- five stars all the way! read more

Originally, I had posted a three star review, given that I had twice responded to advertising on social media by Audio House, for a quote for window tinting, with no response. I immediately received a friendly yet professional response to my review from the owner, who explained that that advertising platform was new for them, and they missed a few messages, so I removed my review. I intended to get my windows tinted and then review back on how the actual service was. Well, admittedly I didn't reply right away, as I had other priorities, but I did attempt to follow up later to confirm a few details about the tint they used and when I could make my appointment. I was again ignored. I really don't get it. I think it's great if they're busy, that probably means they are doing well, and that's awesome for a small business. But to drop the ball on communication three separate times now? Kinda frustrating, and I think there needs to be some process improvement or additional staffing to respond to quotes and social media requests. I understand that is time consuming, but why spend money on advertising when you aren't going to follow up with the clients to actually book the services? Three stars, again, and please don't follow up with me - I will seek tinting services elsewhere. All the best. read more

First and foremost, Jag, the owner was a really cool guy to do business with. He scheduled me in right away. I came in at 630am and Ben installed tint on all 5 windows within 45 minutes. I have had multiple cars tinted since I was 16 years old (35 now) and this tint shop is by far the one shop I would recommend. The entire process was seamless. Ben did a great job, was really nice and even gave me window cleaner which was super thoughtful and appreciated. Jag, thank you for your kindness and I will def be recommending all my buddies to get tint done at your shop. God bless you man! read more

Audio House did an amazing job on the tint for my Tacoma! I went with the M4 Nano ceramic tint, which comes with a lifetime warranty, and it came out absolutely beautiful, super clean and very professionally done. I had the work done last week and I'm already so impressed with the quality. This is actually the third vehicle I've had tinted by them and my previous two cars were done here that are 5-10 year old tint with no issues. Jag and his team did great work on my car getting electric locks! They were very good on getting me in quickly as my manual locks had began to fail. Going about fixing the situation, I was contacted when questions were had and the job was done within the time period they had mentioned. Tried to find a silver lining--any lining-- pulling this review up from a 1 star, but am unable. I detest leaving bad reviews, but cannot recommend this business, nor ignore a head's up for others. Originally spoke by phone to a cordial gent named Jack--about the only positive thing to the experience--who seemed to pass as the owner or manager of the shop. Told him I needed a Viper alarm installed on an older restored classic car. He provided a date, 2 days subsequent, which landed on a Friday. Told him yes, but I had to work a double-shift later that day. He said no problem, get here when we open (9am) and we'll have you out around noon. Friday rolls, and I'm there before the shop opens waiting. Immediately noticed an oversized truck, later learned as the owner's that is obnoxiously blocking the entrance doors; parked like literally an inch from the glass and taking up more than 1 spot of the very small parking area reserved for customers. Truck was creating a headache for early-arriving patrons trying to access the business. Upon opening, spoke with two different female receptionists who were juggling duties and having some computer issues. Finally got checked in and confirmed the narrow time constraints I was dealing with and the completion parameters agreed to previously with Jack. Ladies said they'd put me first of the line. 10:45 rolls around, nearly 2 hours after my arrival and I see my car hasn't moved an inch. Asked at this point what's up, and the ladies say Oh, we can't honor the time completion pledge. Says that Viper alarms take a long time to install and the very earliest they could complete it was at 1:30 now. Asked if I wished to reschedule after wasting a good chunk of everyone's time. No thanks. Gonna find a different shop now. And aside from this communication mishap, plus the nearly impossible parking situation for customers, there was at least 1 other customer that was calling back to complain about a recent botched install. Finally, like adding injury to insult in this cartoon-like chaos, throw in a day-laborer guy hired to strip stucco & dry-wall from the shop with a power saw at ear-splitting levels around customers...and this appointment quickly turned epic fail. Couldn't make this all up if I tried. The biggest overall grievance in my book was the business booking wayyy too many appointments and walk-in's for the amount of installers available coupled with unrealistic pledges on completion times. This shows a lack of consideration & respect for the customer's time & business. Back to the drawing board looking for someone else to do the job unfortunately. In an odd way, I'm glad they never touched my car, because trying to fix issues after the fact would've presented an even bigger incomprehensible nightmare. read more

When I booked the appointment, I was told there was a waiting area, and the diagnosis would take about 2hrs. If it was an easy repair, I said go ahead and fix. If not I would come back. Almost 3 hrs later while I sat in a single chair in the showroom, no communication. Not even a "How ya doin'" When I finally asked what was happening,, I was told my car was torn apart and I had a bad amplifier. My patience was over. Then I was told it would be another 45 min to put back together. As far as I could discern, there was no communication between the front desk and the back about my request and that I was waiting. They just didn't care. Prior to the appointment the girl at the desk took my name address, etc over the phone. When I came in, she asked me again for the same info. I said I gave all the info on the phone to the girl I talked to. She said "that was me". We were 99% finished with paperwork when she said "I'll be right back. I have to go to the bathroom" What?? When she came back she had me sign a waiver that staff could drive my car if testing was needed. Then she said. "Ill be right back" She actually was gone quite some time. when she returned, I asked where she went for so long. She said I went and got your car and drove it to the back. You signed the waiver. Why didn't she say that?? I asked where was the waiting area. She showed me a lone chair in the showroom. She said I told you that. No, I said you said there is a waiting area. So I sat there for 3 hrs thinking any minute someone will act like they care. What is going on?? Then (jag) said it will another 45 min. to put the car back together. Now we're talking 4 hrs., I lost it. I said just put the damn car back together as fast as you can. I have to get out of here. I'm 80 with white hair. I have never been treated with such disrespect. When I went to another installer to hook up my new amplifier, it took him 1 hr and 30 min. They also tested the components before installing. I will be sharing my experience with the technician here in town that recommended them. Sadly, I didn't look at reviews as I trusted my local technician. Audio House have quite a few "one stars". My contractor told me the same thing happened to him but he didn't "review" the incident How many others" They also grossly overcharged me. I'm dealing with that separately. read more
