I definitely recommended the Shop. They do everything by the book they treat you fairly . I'll let you know before they charge you anything and have charges unexpected charges. They informed you first. But what I wouldn't do is go to Vince Miranda at Audio export took him to court. Got me for approximately give or take a buck or 26 grand over charges without informing me without approving. The charges took him to court filed a complaint with the bureau of automotive. They said he owed me approximately 5800 to 6 somewhere in their approximate I would steer away from Audio export Vince Miranda total Connor artist. read more

WINDOW TINTING: Audio House Jag and his team offer a combination of the best products, such as 3M Nano Ceramic in various % of darkness, and highly-skilled installers (Mike did my car) with 35 years of experience. The finished job was a work of art. The 2008 Mercury looks great and is now cooler in the hot California sunlight. BTW my 2005 Mercury that was done in 2010 (5 windows) still looks great. No signs of delamination, bubbling, or scuffing despite 2 GSDs riding along and the car "living" outside 100% of the time. I am the first owner of a RV 2012 Holiday Rambler Vacationer. The original stereo system has seen a better day. I have been searching a reputable car stereo shop in Solano County without any success until I was referred by a good friend of mine. I was told that the Audio House in Napa has been known for its great workmanship and customer service. Upon arrival at the shop, I noticed that the shop was super busy and had quite a few customers waiting in line. The person who was taking care of the customers before me was actually an owner whom later I learned his name was Jag Rattu. I was immediately impressed how attentive and patient he was interacting with his customers. He was very detailed and thorough in explaining all the products that his customers were asking making sure that his customers understood what products they were getting. I who was waiting patiently recognized that Jag was actually not trying to sell the products making a quick profit but rather, he was taking his time trying to educate his customers on the products that he offers for the good and the bad. At that moment, I knew I have found a right shop. Jag would take care of me like he would with all of his customers. Installing a stereo system on a motorhome requires some Improvisation and customization, I had full confidence that Jag and his crew were able to meet the challenge. What was more impressive with Jag was that giving how busy his shop was, upon the completion of the work, he spent at least 30 minutes with us going over all the functions and features of the system making sure that we can immediately enjoy the system without any challenging. I had a dashcam installed here back in January. I actually wasn't fully satisfied with the job and I brought it up to Jag who immediately wanted to, and did, make it right. He had a follow-up appointment set up for me shortly after during which the installer, Luis, addressed and rectified all my concerns. I was very happy with the outcome. Recently I needed my windshield replaced so I called Audio House to ask what I should look out for. Not only did Jag tell me exactly what to tell the windshield technicians, he also told me to bring my car back to Audio House when it was done so he could have the dash cam remounted and the wiring cleaned up. And this was free of charge with no appointment needed. I dropped in this morning and Luis took care of everything. My actual job is analyzing customer service, and THIS is how it's done. This place is busy! Parking is limited so it was a little challenging to drop the car off, as there's many other people dropping their car off too. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was done by the afternoon. Prices are competitive for the area. I was up sold on the ceramic option. Service was very quick! I had requested an installation/troubleshoot for an amp and subwoofer, as I couldn't figure out fully and safely do it. Only took about 5ish hours, and was priced fairly. I brought in most equipment, and the shop had the rest to enable proper installation. Friendly staff, and helpful. Very informative, and let's you know how the progress of the vehicle, and the call to appointment time was also super short, ~3 days. read more

I had a dash cam installed here on August 5th 2025 and they damaged my headliner during the installation. The board was bent and the fabric was peeling away at the edges on the passenger side. Jag made two attempts at repairing the headliner but it wouldn't hold. After just a couple of warm weather days, the adhesive had failed and the fabric had peeled away yet again. I consulted with several upholstery shops and decided to have the headliner replaced. I offered to cover the cost of labor if Jag was willing to pay for the replacement headliner itself. The cost of the part was 1,900 but Jag was only willing to pay for 1,100 of it. I asked for a compromise of 1,500 and that is when negotiations stalled. For the next 3 weeks I would be met with endless excuses as to why Jag could not answer the phone. Finally, after much frustration, I asked Jag via text to just cut me a check for the 1,100 so we can be done with this and he agreed. The camera itself works as intended and Maddie at the front desk is a total sweetheart. With that said, I would not recommend Audiohouse. read more

Originally, I had posted a three star review, given that I had twice responded to advertising on social media by Audio House, for a quote for window tinting, with no response. I immediately received a friendly yet professional response to my review from the owner, who explained that that advertising platform was new for them, and they missed a few messages, so I removed my review. I intended to get my windows tinted and then review back on how the actual service was. Well, admittedly I didn't reply right away, as I had other priorities, but I did attempt to follow up later to confirm a few details about the tint they used and when I could make my appointment. I was again ignored. I really don't get it. I think it's great if they're busy, that probably means they are doing well, and that's awesome for a small business. But to drop the ball on communication three separate times now? Kinda frustrating, and I think there needs to be some process improvement or additional staffing to respond to quotes and social media requests. I understand that is time consuming, but why spend money on advertising when you aren't going to follow up with the clients to actually book the services? Three stars, again, and please don't follow up with me - I will seek tinting services elsewhere. All the best. read more

Going about fixing the situation, I was contacted when questions were had and the job was done within the time period they had mentioned. When I booked the appointment, I was told there was a waiting area, and the diagnosis would take about 2hrs. If it was an easy repair, I said go ahead and fix. If not I would come back. Almost 3 hrs later while I sat in a single chair in the showroom, no communication. Not even a "How ya doin'" When I finally asked what was happening,, I was told my car was torn apart and I had a bad amplifier. My patience was over. Then I was told it would be another 45 min to put back together. As far as I could discern, there was no communication between the front desk and the back about my request and that I was waiting. They just didn't care. Prior to the appointment the girl at the desk took my name address, etc over the phone. When I came in, she asked me again for the same info. I said I gave all the info on the phone to the girl I talked to. She said "that was me". We were 99% finished with paperwork when she said "I'll be right back. I have to go to the bathroom" What?? When she came back she had me sign a waiver that staff could drive my car if testing was needed. Then she said. "Ill be right back" She actually was gone quite some time. when she returned, I asked where she went for so long. She said I went and got your car and drove it to the back. You signed the waiver. Why didn't she say that?? I asked where was the waiting area. She showed me a lone chair in the showroom. She said I told you that. No, I said you said there is a waiting area. So I sat there for 3 hrs thinking any minute someone will act like they care. What is going on?? Then (jag) said it will another 45 min. to put the car back together. Now we're talking 4 hrs., I lost it. I said just put the damn car back together as fast as you can. I have to get out of here. I'm 80 with white hair. I have never been treated with such disrespect. When I went to another installer to hook up my new amplifier, it took him 1 hr and 30 min. They also tested the components before installing. I will be sharing my experience with the technician here in town that recommended them. Sadly, I didn't look at reviews as I trusted my local technician. Audio House have quite a few "one stars". My contractor told me the same thing happened to him but he didn't "review" the incident How many others" They also grossly overcharged me. I'm dealing with that separately. read more
