Joe is great!! This is the second time I've come to his shop and both times he's done a good job! He's a perfectionist so he's willing to fix anything that doesn't turn out right. The first time I went to him for my Jeep Wrangler and when I was finally able to roll down my windows i noticed the film didn't go all the way to the top of the window - nothing to do with his work, the wind guard on my window was the culprit. I called Joe and he told me to just bring it in and he'd try to redo it. This time was perfect! Tint looks good, but that's where it ends. After the job, our car lit up with safety warnings--blind spot, collision sensors, engine check--you name it. Had to haul it to the dealership to get everything fixed. Contacted the guy who did the tint? No accountability, no apology, just a "was fine when it came in" shrug. Nice tint, terrible experience. Not worth the money or the headache. The owner also called my personal number early in the morning to pressure me into removing my honest review. I had to change my name afterward due to ongoing harassment. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We've taken two vehicles here for our tint and about to take a third once we get delivery of our new vehicle. Most recently, we had ceramic tint all the way around on our Wagoneer (including 70% on the windshield) and I can tell you having the windshield done also makes a huge difference in heat repellant. Our Honda accord only has ceramic on all windows except windshield - it's noticeable. Attention to detail is on point here. I'd suggest anyone to bring their vehicle here. read more

Joe was great! He got me in and answered all of my questions. This was my first time have car windows tinted. Joe explained the process thoroughly and I ended up choosing the ceramic windows because that kind of tint handles the heat of the sun better. The ceramic tint costed $50 more, but I figured it would be worth it. The process did not take long to complete. Joe gave me a sticker to remind me to not roll my windows down for five days so the tint could cure. This was great because I would have rolled the window down as soon as I got in the car. It's such a habit. Lol. Joe explained the warranty and told me to keep the paperwork. He also said that he stands by his work. I really appreciated hearing that.
