Please be careful before trusting this shop with your car. I had a very bad experience after finding them through Google and Yelp while looking for a place to do my window tint. The owner explained that his "new shop was under renovation" and said he was temporarily doing work from his house. I decided to give him a chance and brought my car there. Unfortunately, the tint job was done very poorly -- peeling at the bottom, chipped edges at the top, and a lot of bubbles throughout the tint. My mistake was paying cash before fully inspecting the work. When I pointed out the issues, he admitted he didn't have the proper tools at the time and promised to redo the tint later with a "lifetime warranty." Since then, he has completely stopped responding to my calls and texts, and I've been unable to get the problems fixed. I'm sharing my experience so other people don't end up dealing with the same situation. Be cautious before letting this person work on your vehicle. read more

I took my car to Ace Auto Lounge to get my calipers painted, and the experience was a complete nightmare from start to finish. They showed up over an hour late to my appointment, leaving me waiting around for no reason. When they finally got started, they used cheap paint that flaked off within days and wasn't even close to the color I asked for. I tried to reach out to the owner, Sunny, thinking we could work it out -- but instead of making it right, he basically told me to go "fix it myself" and refused to issue a refund or even attempt to correct his work. Thankfully, I found another shop, Wraps by Dre in Suisun City, who stripped all the bad paint off and did an absolutely flawless job the way it should've been done in the first place. Surprisingly enough, it appears that the owner of Ace Auto Lounge tried to copy their phone number by changing it one digit, almost as if he's trying to take their business. Bottom line: do NOT waste your time or money at Ace Auto Lounge. Unprofessional, cheap materials, and an owner who doesn't care about his customers. Plenty of better shops out there -- this is not one of them. read more
