So that we were not left without a car, they suggested we leave our truck first and they told us they would call us when to come back to collect the truck and then they would tint our car. Minimum of four hours later, I decided to call because I have tinted my windows in the past and it's never taken that long. They told me it'll be ready in 30 minutes and they would call me so no need to come down and wait. I relayed this message to my husband and he decides he's just going to go down there anyway. Well he sat there for another three hours. They obviously hadn't even started our tuck. Clearly they are overbooked and will take everyone who walks in. Long story short, they worked on our two cars, while obviously taking a bunch of other cars, from 11 AM till after 8 PM on a Sunday. We had to work the next day, we were so mad. There were tons of little bubbles and imperfections in the tint, some of it has settled. When we called to come back, they told us to give it a little bit more time. We will be bringing it back to have the adjustments made as they claim they have a lifetime warranty to any of their locations. We paid for the most expensive tint they offer. I'm embarrassed to even say how much we spent. They have a sample of all of their tints and they put a heat lamp in front of it to show you how much of the heat it will block. Ain't NO WAY the tint they put on our windows was the same one that they showed us and we paid for. My car is so hot, and we paid a ridiculous amount of money for the "best" they offered. Don't be fooled, just get the regular tint. It's a scam their little heat trick. I'm a business owner myself and I don't take lightly writing reviews for a business, I try to only spread positivity, but the amount of money we paid and along with the experience we had and what we are left with....totally not worth it.

The owner explained that his "new shop was under renovation" and said he was temporarily doing work from his house. I decided to give him a chance and brought my car there. Unfortunately, the tint job was done very poorly -- peeling at the bottom, chipped edges at the top, and a lot of bubbles throughout the tint. My mistake was paying cash before fully inspecting the work. When I pointed out the issues, he admitted he didn't have the proper tools at the time and promised to redo the tint later with a "lifetime warranty." Since then, he has completely stopped responding to my calls and texts, and I've been unable to get the problems fixed. I'm sharing my experience so other people don't end up dealing with the same situation. Be cautious before letting this person work on your vehicle.
