They did a wonderful job on my GLE. The prices are super good. I paid $480 total for both front windows and the windshield in ceramic. Immediately noticed the difference with the ceramic tint because it was much cooler in the car than it usually is after it's been sitting in the sun. And it looks so so good! I'll be back for PPF! read more

Rob wrapped my hood and front end with PPF piano black. I'm stunned how perfect it came out. Should have done it 4 years ago when he tinted my windows that are still in good condition. Excellent work and great customer service. Thank you so much. read more

Service install for a front windshield sun visor. Ceramic 4% was recommended as the top film, so I agreed for its application. I waited in the shop for service, so Robert took the time to check if I was happy with the shape before the final installation. Because premium film was used, the cost would be higher than the standard estimate. I was ok with it because this place has positive reviews and fair pricing. This is a solid spot for vehicle tint. read more

I had my wife's new 2025 VW Tiguan front windows tinted at Vivid. Rob and team took the time to explain their process and helped us decide which product and shade would best match the factory VW tint. The quality of their work is excellent. Communication was great. Overall customer experience was outstanding and I would highly recommend them if you need tinting for your vehicles. Thanks for taking care of us, Rob. read more

I was in town for a work training event and had my new vehicle with me. I thought it'll be a great idea to get my windows tinted after work so I wouldn't have to try and find another day to do so once I was back in my home area. I called Vivid, they answered on the second ring, and gave me a quote over the phone. I told the gentlemen that I was in town and I had some time restrictions for work etc and I'd shop around and call them back if I decided to go with them. I waited about 15 minutes, thought about how up front and honest the guy sounded so I didn't even call around, I just called him back and scheduled the tint appointment. They were able to get me in the following day at 4:30pm. I brought my truck in for all windows including the windshield and him and his employee knocked it out in less then 2.5 hours. They were very professional, personable, and hard working. They did a fantastic job on my vehicle and I'd be happy to recommend them to anybody looking for tint. Great job Vivid Tinting!! read more

Very informative, straight forward. Easy to reach. Everything turned out perfect! Been recommending.

I was declined from a few tinting business for having a 2003 vehicle which surprised me as I didn't know some places won't tint on a car of that age. But luckily Vivid tinting accepted it, and I'm SO SO SO happy with their work. Emily who helped me was very kind and knowledgeable, she gave me good tips and ticks to keep the tint in good shape. And the car was done earlier than said. Overall, go here to get your tinting done. You won't be disappointed!!! read more

Another great service from Rob the man!!!! I just got my 2023 Lexus RC300 window tinted and gotten the rear trunk wrapped in black to match the hood and the roof. He did an awesome job. I just came in for a window tint and he suggested to get the rear trunk wrapped to match the roof and glad I listen to his suggestion. It made the car 1000% better because of the 2 tone color the car has. I've been getting my cars tinted from Rob way back since the old shop now to the new shop. Thanks again Rob!!!! read more

Is a 6th star possible? Because I want to add it. Had to come back due to getting a new windshield. Nothing has changed just got better. Rob @ vivid is the best. He uses only the nicest tint material and the warranty is for life. Sure there's places that might be a little less, but you get what you pay for. I don't think it's a good look on a car when all you see is bubbles in the tint. This doesn't happen with Vivid. read more

After some research, I landed on Vivid for one of my vehicles just over a year ago. Super professional, pricing was competitive and a great job and great warranty. Their work on my first vehicle is still holding up perfectly, so it was an easy return to tint my new vehicle purchase. Communication was quick, detailed and scheduling was easy. Both times, the estimated time to pick the vehicle up was spot on, and this turned out to be another great job. Robert is great and has a staff backing him that is stellar as well. Definitely will be back for any other vehicle purchase or changes. read more

I knew nothing about getting my car windows tinted. They took the time (twice! ) to explain the tints, what they would look like over the factory tint, and the benefits and draw backs of each percentage. Then they were able to get us in quickly. Vivid Optic Window Tinting is AWESOME!! I took my car to get tinted, at first I was skeptical, because I've taken other cars to get tinted elsewhere and I was left with permanent damage on my interior. Honestly, the product and service are great, the folks are really nice and professional. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that it took very long. I dropped my truck off around 2:30 and was told at the counter it would be ready by 5 so I said "Ok, no problem, I'll just go wait at a Starbucks down the road as I have no ride atm" 5 PM came and went by, I didnt hear anything so I called around 5:30 to see what was up and was told they're still in the process of finishing things. My truck wasn't ready until 6:15 and I believe that to be entirely because of scheduling conflicts and them just being able to start on my truck late. My feedback for the business would be, you guys are doing great work but please try to be more cautious about scheduling and with customer's time. E.g. if you tell a customer 5 PM, note that down on the paper, and if you're going to miss that time, please give them a call/heads up that it's taking a bit longer than expected. EDIT: Decided to give 5 stars because the owner replied and was very receptive to feedback. Mishaps happen, I felt bad dinging them a whole star just for some scheduling stuff. read more

I wanted to tint the windows of my new car but I wasn't willing to travel far. Lucky for me, Yelp found Vivid only 9 minutes from me. Robert answered most of my questions via Yelp very quickly and an appointment was made. Due to a late night, I was late but Robert still allowed me to roll thru. After about 4 hours, the back 5 windows were done in the ceramic tint. He showed me his other tint options and for a fair price, quoted me for my front windows in the near future. The shop is small and honestly quite cold so I wouldn't wait there. Luckily there's a lot of stores around to kill time. Or, just Lyft home like I did. The only problem I had was when they used water to clean off the rear window, they must of had the trunk open because there was some water puddles inside. Luckily I have a rubber mat so no damage done. At the end of the day, Vivid did a great job and were very professional. I will be recommending in the future. read more
