Juan is an amazing human being! I contacted him to inquire about the best way to fix the swirl marks on my truck. He invited me to come to his shop so he could assess the situation. I came the next day, he was very welcoming, explained the process, educated me on the benefits of ceramic coating, and explained what each product he uses does for the paint. He made me feel like he cared, and that he just wanted to make sure that I do what I need for the truck. Then he explained the different options that I could choose from, in order to meet the outcome I wanted for the paint finish and protection. He's extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I initially called shiny Auto detail after doing a search on Google. I didn't get a response the first time I called but I called back later and I believe I spoke to the owner. I wanted to do a virtual estimate but the app would not allow me to. I got a hold of somebody later in the afternoon and I was asked about my car type and year model making us color. I was given a rough estimate anywhere from 3oo to 400 dollars to wax and put a clear coat on the car. I recently purchased this 2008 Cadillac CTS .
