This was great from start to finish. I requested a quote through yelp & received it quicker than expected. I compared with two other bids & decided this was the best option for our family. We have 4 kids & two large breed dogs. I vacuum my car regularly but had not detailed the inside in 2 years. It hurts me to write a review like this, but unfortunately it's the only thing I can do. I found Antoine here on Yelp this morning. I reached out and had him detail the interior and exterior of my truck. When he wrapped up, he gave me the cost. I paid him $50 extra. When he left, I noticed a long 12-15 scratch down the right side of my windshield. The scratch was not there before the wash. I immediately called Antoine to prevent too much time from going by. My call was intended not to accuse him of doing anything intentionally, but to point out that the scratch was not there before the wash. I called to discuss what could possibly have happened. I sent him a picture to show him the scratch. Antoine told me that he really doesn't look at the windshields when he cleans cars. He told me that it could probably have been there and I might not have noticed it because my windshield was so dirty. I've driven this car every day for the last 5 years.. the scratch was not there. He then says, he will pay for someone to come and look at the windshield and he is certain that it started from a small scratch and it got worse because it was so hot outside, either way he's not responsible. At the end of our conversation he told me to cut my loss. And that's what I'm doing. I'm out $250 for the wash, and another to replace the windshield. Here's where I'm taking responsibility. 1. We didn't sign any terms before he got started. He never gave me a receipt for the work. I paid him on Venmo. 2. I should have did a more thorough inspection before letting him leave. I really wanted to give a small business an opportunity and I'm the end, I'm left high and dry. If you choose to do business with Drip Mobile Car Wash, here's what you should know. There are no terms before he starts the job. No paperwork, no policies, no receipt. This may workout for you, until there is an issue. The business owner accused me of trying to get over on him. I have footage on both my and my neighbors ring cameras that show everything that happened once he left my house. I'm not that kind of person. Good luck everyone. read more

It's 7:45AM and my fiancé comes into the bedroom. "I think someone's outside washing your car!" "Yeah" I said groggily, "I haven't been able to get to a carwash in weeks & I reached out to a mobile service... Please say 'Hi' to him. I'll be out in a couple of minutes." A good 15-20 minutes later, I stepped outside, rounded the corner, and followed the hose from our garage wall over to my car. Antoine had already washed the exterior and was bustling away with his Shop Vac. Not wanting to startle him, I went back in the house and started checking work emails. Antoine is a beast when it comes to detailing. I wish I was smart enough to take before and after photos of the back seat and the floor mats, but he made it look like I didn't own a Corgi that sheds relentlessly and that I don't regularly go to a dusty range that constantly has dirt, debris, and rocks everywhere. I'll attach some obligatory interior and exterior photos, but it doesn't do his work justice. Seriously, I recommend Drip Mobile over the conventional brick and mortar car wash. He's extremely communicative and will get back to you ASAP via Yelp Messages. Schedule in advance & he'll meet you anywhere. Antoine has a well-labeled work vehicle and looks smart with the Drip-embroidered polo shirt (it won't look like you have some rando washing your car). If you have a water line (typical garden hose connection), he's got the pressure washer and all the other equipment to get your car/truck/RV/18-wheeler looking shiny. To be honest, I'm more impressed with the inside detailing job and how kind he was when my derpy dog jumped into the back seat after he'd JUST finishing vacuuming. Where other people might show annoyance, Antoine just chilled, waited for me to get the Corgi out of the car, and re-cleaned up without question.
