What a great experience at 7 Flags in Fairfield!…read more From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure my car was taken care of. Jesse did an excellent job with my oil change and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Russ checked my tires and took the time to make sure everything looked good, and Jeff, the downstairs technician, thoroughly checked everything under the hood to make sure my vehicle was in great shape. On top of the excellent service, my oil change came with a complimentary car wash and interior cleaning, which was such a nice surprise! It's not often you find a team that combines excellent customer service with quality workmanship, but that's exactly what I experienced today. Thank you, Jesse, Russ, Jeff, and the ladies who vacuumed my car for treating both me and my car with such care. You've definitely earned a repeat customer, and I'll be recommending 7 Flags to my family and friends. Keep up the amazing work!

I've been coming to this 7 Flags location for years now. Since my husband and I have a little one…read moreand a fur baby, the back seat of my current car has gotten very dirty (including stains from our dog's rear end when she had an infection). As you can imagine, especially since the weather has been getting hotter, my car also had a stench in the interior. Today, I requested for the exterior and interior to be cleaned. I explicitly asked for the seats to be shampooed/cleaned due to the stains in the back seat. For good measure, I requested for the floor to be cleaned as well. I was quoted a price, which included my member discount and agreed to the service. I was told ahead of time that the wait time for the service would be 1.5 to 2 hours, which I truly appreciated. After about an hour and a half wait, I was notified that my car was done. The gentleman walked me to my car and explained exactly what was done while he allowed me to check out their work. All of the pet stains were gone! The coffee stain that I had on the seat for years was nearly all removed as well! I was very impressed with the attention to detail that the staff gave on my car. Not only was my car clean, but it smelled amazing as well. I wish I caught the name of the gentleman that assisted me today, as I forgot to give him a tip. Customer service was amazing! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the services they provide. During the wait, I talked with one of the staff members in the wait area for quite some time. She was very nice and made my wait time fly by. I'll obviously continue to take mine and my husband's vehicles here in the near future.

While there is never really a positive aspect of needing to get collision work done and worrying about how bad it could look afterwards, the reason I went out of my way to drive an hour to Fairfield was because he did similar excellent work on my 2007 Corvette over 14 years ago. As soon as it happened this time (idiot teenage son of my neighbor backed into the car and was about to drive away) I immediately told the insurance company that George was the only person I wanted working on it. After calling to tell him about the accident, he said he was backed up at the moment but would be able to squeeze me in since I was a repeat customer. He also surprised me by remembering the exact details of my Corvette from all those years ago. He got the repair done very promptly and sent me progress pictures along the way so I could see how it was coming along. I was also kept in the loop with regards to him communicating to both the appraisal and insurance companies. The driver's door was what got damaged and although it would have been quicker for him to probably order a new door, he took the time to fix it knowing the car would hold its value better with all the original parts. He also managed to limit the amount of painting that was required to just the fender and half of the door by blending it. I was skeptical at first about having blended paintwork but as you can see from the pictures you can't tell the difference. Additionally, he made sure that both the color and texture of the replacement paint matched the factory paint which is something I don't believe most shops care about or even know how to do. The car hadn't been waxed or polished in some time so I was worried about getting it back with only a couple panels that were shiny and the rest, not so much. No problem thanks to George as he gave me a great deal on detailing and polishing the entire car so the whole thing looks as good as shown in the pictures. Hopefully I won't need his services again anytime soon, but I would absolutely go back again as I would highly recommend him.
