Kenny is the best! The hinge to my trunk broke last week trying to close it with tall luggage in it. My friend did a quick fix but it wasn't fixed enough that I can re-open it. Looked on Yelp and since Kenny had 5 stars I decided to go with him. I called Kenny and explained what happened over the phone, shot him a text of what the hinge looked like and made an appt to bring my car over. We were both on time which was was great because sometimes I have to wait. He took a look at it and took his time studying it to make sure what he does is wont do more damage. Just got my Audi Q5 back today from Kenny. What's there to say? The man's a gem! He's extremely knowledgeable but easy going about his craft which includes detailing and body/paint work. I needed a couple of doors straightened and painted which he performed flawlessly! He actually ended up spraying them twice because he felt the paint could've matched better after the first time. I highly recommend Kenny to anyone wanting excellent paint correction at a phenomenal price. His workmanship has far exceeded my expectations. I took my recently purchased 11-year old car to Kenny to get a quote for addressing significant window trim peeling, multiple chips, dents and scratches on the bodywork, and unsightly curb rash on the alloy wheels, without the cost of doing a full respray. After discussing options for about 25 minutes I knew that I need look no further for someone to fulfill my request to "make my car look as good at 6 ft as it does at 16 ft at a reasonable price". The car bodywork has been transformed to near showroom condition with a mixture of selective spraying and touch-up paintwork. Kenny even scanned the brightly colored paint and then custom mixed it himself to get a match because the California sunshine had significantly faded the original color. He possesses an obsessive attention to detail, has the patience of a saint when you field him endless questions about his process, is transparent in all regards, supremely polite, and the consummate professional. I brought him a Honda that had various paint issues and scratches throughout the body as well as a dull interior that needed freshening up. Upon picking up my car, I was overcome with confusion because I wasn't sure the car he was returning was even mine because the car was left in immaculate condition and looked brand new. I had to check my cars registration against the car Ken returned to me to ensure it was *my* car. Ken is legit the patron saint of auto detailing in a sea of greedy, morally bankrupt auto shops that want to charge thousands for simple fixes. For example, I had hair like scratches along both passenger doors that 3 body shops wanted to charge me $1200 to fix. Ken told me that wasn't right and said the scratches could be polished away for about $75. This man simply doesn't charge enough for his level of execution. I hate tipping. I tipped Ken such was the final result and attention to detail that it simply warranted said tip and I felt compelled to tip, couldn't resist tipping in short: I could not NOT tip. CON: NONE! Originally I passed up Kay's World for a mobile service that to me, was money directly down the drain. With tip and Lyft travel I paid slightly less than $300, still less than the $500 I paid for a rushed and horrible job from my previous choice. I didn't say a word to Ken about my concerns and yet EVERY expectation was reached and beyond. Keeping my extremely light colored cloth seats clean, even from water is extremely difficult and even with previous details, water rings show back up on the seats by the next morning. The whole experience is awesome. I got 3 quotes from different detailers and he won my business over. The way he answered my questions showed that he knew what he was doing and more importantly he was going to put the time and care into my vehicle that I felt the others would not. He really made me feel at ease. I was new to ceramic coating and he walked me through the whole process. He also showed me how to take care of the ceramic coating so it can last longer. He gave me 2 bottles of his own mix that would help preserve the coating. One was a quick detailer and the other was a protectant that I would apply every 4 months. He even told me to bring the car down in a few weeks so he can wash my car and so I can see how to properly maintain the coating. My poor Infiniti crossover had not been detailed since before the pandemic. The amount of dust, debris, clutter, and food particles from hauling two young children around was really unacceptable. Kenneth gave me a quote over the phone for interior and exterior detailing. He also took the time to review multiple options for paint repair on my rear bumper. Another detailer only sent their pricing sheet. It's great to see an at-a-glance preview, but I had multiple scuffs and scratches on the exterior that I wasn't sure could be attended to or warrant extra charges. Kenneth requested pictures and gave me a price range based on his assessment. He ultimately only charged me for the lower estimate. This was more than reasonable for the amount of time and meticulous work he spent detailing my vehicle. And he came out and did all of this on my driveway! This was extremely convenient since I was working from home.
