I had to work with them for about a month because of back to back accidents (neither of them my fault but just really bad luck) and warranty work. The warranty work was for a whistling sound coming from my drivers side door/window and the shop receiving incorrect parts from Honda. The shop did admit they missed a couple things on their end one of the times I brought my car back (this is where Matt stepped in to work on the vehicle himself) but the fact that they took accountability made me feel better about continuing to work with them. Shout out to their detailing team as well. I'm big on taking care of my car aesthetically, almost OCD about it, and it came back cleaner than I left it, including interior. Another shout out to Kaitlyn at the front desk. She's very accommodating even when she's pretty busy. I can't say anything about the value since no money came out of my own pocket, but because both accidents happened to the same door and only a week apart, I'd say the invoicing was pretty fair. $2k-$3k to replace the drivers side door and fix the fender. While they're great people, and from my experience, do quality work, god forbid I have to see them again cause that means I have to have work done on my car/something is wrong with it.
