From the very first interaction, Maggie completely changed that. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled correctly. Maggie walked me through the entire process step by step, explained what to expect, and stayed on top of communication the whole time. I never felt left in the dark or brushed off. Any questions I had, she answered clearly and promptly, and she dealt with the insurance side smoothly, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. You can tell she knows her job inside and out and actually takes pride in helping customers. When I got my Tacoma back, I was honestly blown away. The repair work was flawless--my truck looked brand new like nothing ever happened. On top of that, it was returned to me extremely clean, inside and out, which just shows the level of care and attention to detail this shop has.     Been here a few times. Service is always excellent. They text you with updates the whole time they…read morehave your car. They make it extremely easy working with the car rental place so that you are able to leave your rental car there when picking your car up. This time I worked with Devaughn Harris he was great, very professional and explained everything in detail that was going on with my car during and after. This is the only place I will go to repair my car and I've definitely referred family and friends to them.

I had to work with them for about a month because of back to back accidents (neither of them my fault but just really bad luck) and warranty work. The warranty work was for a whistling sound coming from my drivers side door/window and the shop receiving incorrect parts from Honda. The shop did admit they missed a couple things on their end one of the times I brought my car back (this is where Matt stepped in to work on the vehicle himself) but the fact that they took accountability made me feel better about continuing to work with them. Shout out to their detailing team as well. I'm big on taking care of my car aesthetically, almost OCD about it, and it came back cleaner than I left it, including interior. Another shout out to Kaitlyn at the front desk. She's very accommodating even when she's pretty busy. I can't say anything about the value since no money came out of my own pocket, but because both accidents happened to the same door and only a week apart, I'd say the invoicing was pretty fair. $2k-$3k to replace the drivers side door and fix the fender. While they're great people, and from my experience, do quality work, god forbid I have to see them again cause that means I have to have work done on my car/something is wrong with it. I will definitely recommend to others though!
