Communication was terrible from the start. Marvin and his team kept making promises that were never delivered. Sheila, who seemed to manage some of the customer interactions, was evasive and dismissive when I tried to get updates. Their son Dominic seemed more concerned with looking busy than actually helping anyone. What made this worse was how shady everything felt. I still haven't received proper documentation for the work done, and I've spoken to others who've had similarly sketchy experiences. They drag things out, make excuses, and in the end, you're left with more stress than before. I've since gone elsewhere for repairs and was told that half of what Auto Rehab claimed was wrong with my car was either exaggerated or completely false. I feel taken advantage of and want to warn others before they fall into the same trap. Do yourself a favor -- avoid Auto Rehab. You'll save time, money, and a whole lot of headaches.

Shout out to their detailing team as well. I'm big on taking care of my car aesthetically, almost OCD about it, and it came back cleaner than I left it, including interior. Another shout out to Kaitlyn at the front desk. She's very accommodating even when she's pretty busy. I can't say anything about the value since no money came out of my own pocket, but because both accidents happened to the same door and only a week apart, I'd say the invoicing was pretty fair. $2k-$3k to replace the drivers side door and fix the fender.
