I love this business! They are family owned and that's how I was treated! Jay his uncle and their NASCAR team of mechanic got busy working on Poppy when we rolled up! I appreciate their commitment, kindness, assistance with Poppy and her issues. It was touch and go but they revived her from her pitiful state! I'm glad I called and came in. They did not disappoint. If you're looking for a trusted, kind and helpful team that do their BEST and then some go see Jay, his uncle and the team at Sonoma Auto Tech in Vallejo, CA

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Was recommended by our friend Peter who owns a great sushi place in Benicia (https://yelp.to/qTKq/XKsuh5mOHT) for service of our VW, saw the other reviews and went there. Terry was great right off the bat. I wanted to drop it off the night before since I had to work before they opened. I expected to call Uber but he dropped me off so he could see how it drove. So we pick it up the next day and it runs great..........but, now the headlights don't work and they worked when we got there. So my wife takes it back a few days later and they find that coincidentally the bulb burned out just as we took it there, and they fixed it no charge. Soooo we take the car home and a couple of days later we drive it and when we come out of the store the whole headlight housing is gone. I'm like WTF. So now you're wondering why the 10 stars? Well I'm glad you asked. So we call up Terry and tell him what happened and he tells us to take it down there. He looks at it and says "no problem, we'll take care of it". WOW, now that's customer service. I'm from old school and when a owner owns up to their mistake without even a second thought and just smiles and says "we got this" then they get a return customer. Stuff happens, I get it and obviously Terry gets it also. What great work ethic and honesty. I'm sure if i was at another place it'd be a different story. We will definitely be back and you should also

So my suspension was making some odd noise and my tire was wearing out early. Originally took it to an alignment shop on Broadway next to Chevron. That guy gave me back my Toyota w the steering wheel cocked to the left just to drive straight. Took it right back. Now my tire is doing the exact same thing. Went back again and he tells me to take it to a general mechanic to figure out if I need a tie rod or not. Anyways I just saw Shack and he let me know my bearings in my axle are bad, yeah the one I got from AutoZone. So he basically told me to replace the axle first then come back for an alignment. To be honest I was willing to pay him for the alignment today but he didn't push or suggest it. You talk about an honest and reputable location! This is it.

I then called another mechanic that had serviced my car in the past, only to find out he was booked. I was under a time crunch and wanted to get my brakes taken care of that day; my solution was to turn to Yelp. I found B&B Tire and gave them a call. They said to stop by and indeed I did. They were friendly, efficient and honest. I was told my rear brake pads needed to be changed soon, but it wasn't necessary that day. They fixed my front brakes and changed my wiper blades just in time for rainy season. I definitely recommend B&B.

There was the same person that gave me great service before her name is Kenahdee. She went under the car and immediately addressed the issue. She then checked the air in my tires and oil. No charge for the follow-up. If you have not tried Jiffy Lube in Vallejo, I strongly Reccomend you do. Ask for Kenahdee!

As soon as I parked, one of the technicians came over to greet me. I told him I was there for an oil change, and he asked if it was my first time visiting. When I told him no, he asked if I wanted the same service as last time. I said yes, and he replied, "Have a seat in the lobby, and someone will be right with you." I really appreciated that he already knew my service history and got straight to the point. It made the check-in process quick and easy. I waited in the lobby for no more than three minutes before my name was called. That actually caught me off guard because I had forgotten they already had my information in their system. The advisor confirmed the service I wanted and let me know it would take no more than 30 minutes, which I thought was a very reasonable wait time. The lobby is on the smaller side, but that's not a big deal since they only service three or four cars at a time. There was a TV to watch while waiting, along with complimentary self-serve water, which was a nice touch. The only part of my visit that left me with mixed feelings was at checkout. After my oil change was finished, the technician asked me when I had last had my brakes serviced. She mentioned that my brakes felt unusual when she was moving my car. Since I had my brakes done about a year and a half ago, her comment made me wonder if something was actually wrong. I asked how much a brake inspection would cost, and she explained the price and mentioned it also included a tire rotation and would only add another 30 to 40 minutes. Based on what she told me, I agreed to have it done because I didn't want to take any chances. When everything was finished, she told me my brakes were completely fine. While I was relieved nothing was wrong, I couldn't help but feel like I had been talked into an additional service that I probably didn't need. I'm not saying she intentionally tried to mislead me, but the way the conversation was presented made it seem like there was likely an issue with my brakes, and that concern is what convinced me to authorize the inspection. I think the experience would have felt much better if, after finding nothing wrong, there had been some acknowledgment that the concern turned out to be unfounded whether that was waiving or discounting the inspection or simply apologizing for the unnecessary worry. Instead, I left feeling like I had paid for a service based on a possible issue that didn't actually exist.
