I just had my old Nissan 350z oil changed here. This family owned business is a blast from the past. Meaning they do great work and are honest. They don't attempt to upsell. This is the second car we have taken here. I have been to other shops in Vallejo and my experience was so bad I took my car to the Nissan dealer and during that time they were actually good but service management changed sadly. Then it became upsell city. Same for my Chevy at the dealer upsell city. This place is safe and plenty of places to walk to for lunch. Price is affordable too! read more

I've been coming to Vallejo Broadway for almost 2 years and they are consistently the same: kind, respectful, and professional experts who truly care. I purchased the light at an auto parts store to hopefully save some money. The auto parts store didn't know how to change the light. The jeep dealership quoted me $250 for a new light and installation (told they wouldn't be able to install the previously purchased light). I was referred to these guys from locals in town.. showed up without an appointment and left with a working light, free of charge in less than 10 minutes! David is great! I recently brought my vehicle to them after receiving an outrageous quote from a dealership. He ran diagnostics and found much more wrong with the vehicle that the dealership failed mention. David was honest and made me aware of his recommendations to not invest anymore money into the car, especially with the high mileage. Him and Nader kept me informed and were exceptional. He fixed a headlight and topped off the car with coolant so I could drive it to a CarMax. They didn't charge me a penny. These are the definition of good people and stand by their work. My 2nd time getting my car repaired from this place and the same result, outstanding service by Dave and his crew! There was a thermostat problem located by the gas tank that made the engine light come on and after replacing it with a new one the engine light was gone and my car was able to pass the smog test and thanks to them I was able too get my car registered. Once again my car wouldn't start at the most inconvenient time. My husband and I were in the middle of moving and it was a pain to have to figure out how to manage without my Honda CR-V. My regular mechanic isn't open on the weekend so I picked Vallejo Broadway. Well, I guess I have a new mechanic. They installed a new starter by the end of the day--meaning I got the call at 7:30 that it was done even though I was pretty sure I'd be waiting until Monday. I love this shop. They are committed 100% to customer service and have always been honest. I have been here twice, will be back again after the repairman told me my issue was a warranty issue with Ford and saved me a lot of money. The Ford service center could learn a thing or two from the customer service here. They're always busy, which tells me they know what they're doing, they have fair prices and give honest feedback. I've never had a problem with the repairs they've done. They've always fixed my car very quickly, a few days max. Other places have taken much longer, been pricier and never entirely fixed the issue. Best auto repair shop in vallejo. They quoted me $1000 less than honda service for suspension issues with my car. And they use honda parts. I felt like i was treated like family. The owner of the building and business is Nader Pakroo. Super nice guy and explaining in detail what exactly was wrong with the car. He and his 2 sons are all mechanics with many years of experience. The business has a contract with local toyota and honda dealer to service all their used cars. Its apparently cheaper for the dealers to outsource the service. I had an unusual problem with my vehicle and Dave carefully and methodically worked through the possible causes and then identified and fixed it. Amazingly, he almost always answered the phone and explained where he was in the process of repair. He was flexible and creative about getting parts.
