Professional!! Price is right! Took my 2023 Bronco sport to Regal on 8/21 and it was done in 4 days. The journey was not that easy. Let me start from the beginning....sorry for my wordy review due to my frustrations with my insurance. They're great at charging late fees but not great at paying out claims!!! I called Regal and explained to Jim (owner) what happened. Called my insurance (Travelers) to start the claim and told them the body shop I would like to use. They approved Regal and told my agent to send the check to Regal-not to me. Dropped it off 8/21 and Jim said my EOM part will be in soon. Cool!! I only want OEM part because my car only has 10,000 miles and Jim will only put OEM. I know most insurance will approve after market-it's cheaper. Picked up my rental same day. Kept in touch with Kurt and Jim to see the progress and left the rest to my insurance adjustor. Wrong!! Do not rely on their words!!! My car was done as promised by Regal but Travelers took a long time!!!!! I called my adjustor to let him know my car is ready and Regal is just waiting for the supplement. So, I returned my rental on 8/27 because I did not have rental in my policy. I was told the 1st check was on 8/22-great. The 2nd check was sent 9/4-great! In between these checks, Regal kept me in the loop, they repeatedly called Travelers to send the supplement but for some reason they my adjustor was such a snail. Jim and Kurt felt my frustrations with my adjustor. They did their part, fixed and it looks like nothing happened-flawless! My adjustor kept saying they sent the checks. Today, 9/9 I asked them to email me a copy of the payments (per Jim's advice). Finally, they sent the last check!!!!! Emailed that proof to Regal and I picked up my car. I paid my deductible and took my car home. Yes the final check is on its way and my car is home. No more asking for rides. Regal is the best!!!! Would keep using Regal for my future body repairs. I hope not anytime soon.

So I got in my first automobile accident at the begging of the year; luckily it wasn't a major accident, but it still felt like something I'll remember forever. I reported it to my insurance, filled a claim, then they told me I could choose the repair shop of my choice and proceed with scheduling the repairs. I looked in my area, found this shop, gave them a call, and they told me they could do the work. I took my vehicle in, and the insurance agreed on the work, and estimate provided by the shop. Initially It was about a $9000 repair and would take about 2-3 weeks to do the work the regal said. I waited about a week and gave the shop a call to get an update, they said they were waiting on the insurance to approve more supplements. Ok. I called 1 or two days later. More supplements. Ok. I called another day or two later. Apparently more supplements. Ok I called a day later, and the same thing, apparently there was so much back and forth between the shop and insurance. I would call the shop they would tell me one thing. I called the insurance they would tell me another thing. This went on for days, even weeks, it got to the point where I was calling everyday for an update. This was SOOOO STRESSFULLL! I thought it would be easy, but I felt like I had to become an expert on vehicle repairs and insurance policy. This became the most STRESSFUL month of my life... Apparently the insurance was not approving all the supplements either because they believed it was excessive, lacked invoices, or some other reason. I tried my best to get my insurance the repairs, but after the 7th or so supplement I was done. I just NEEDED MY CAR BACK! After about 1 MONTH I went in and just agreed to pay whatever was not paid by my insurance. This was over $800 dollars plus my $250 deductible; I ended up paying over $1,000. I was a bit annoyed at my insurance but once I realized they paid over $11,000 themselves I was just grateful for all the work they did approve. I was grateful that shop was able to repair my vehicle, but disappointed in them as well. Especially since the work had been done in the first two weeks, and they made me not only wait, but work everyday basically calling my insurance so they could approve more money. Remember they had me calling them, and my insurance for about two weeks straight; meanwhile my vehicle was fixed and ready to go!! I was really starting to doubt this was a $12,000-$13,000 repair, but alas there I was picking up the bill. When I picked up my vehicle Jim understood my FRUSTRATION, and told me to file a complaint with the department of Insurance. JIM specifically told me if I did that I would get the money I paid out of pocket back. JIM said if I did that and still did not get my money back he would pay me back that money.I believed him. As a young Mexican Immigrant I was always told America was the best country, and I chose to believe in him and Regal Collision Repair. I filled the complaint and after a couple weeks I got a letter they were discussing the issue with my insurance. Soon after, I got word from GEICO, my insurance, and they said they reviewed the inquiry, and that the repair shop had used excessive paint material, and unless they got more evidence they would not approve more. The department of insurance said that they reviewed my claim and we're basically agreeing with GEICO. I went back to the shop, went to talk to Jim, told him about what the department said and he said he would write to the department. I still believed him. But Okay I waited a couple weeks went back again, talked to Jim, and he told me he still needed to write to them. I was about over all this but Ok I waited and went back days later, that's when Jim told me he still needed to write to them; SO I asked about giving my money back like HE HAD SAID, but he just said he was going to write to them, and that he was NOW going to go on a VACATION !!!!!! I never heard back from him..... That's when I realized they just wanted to get as much money as they could, from you or your insurance. Their word DOSENT mean ANYTHING!!!! In the invoice I got it says they replaced the headlight but it doesn't even look damaged in the first picture Additionally the sensors on my vehicle were not properly calibrated as my car tends to overcorrect to the right lane when using cruise control( I didn't realize initially cause I don't really use CC) making that feature unusable. I've been reluctant to go back cause I feel like they lied to me, and only really want money... but yeah check your sensors and feature if you get a repair here.

Family owned and run by Shellie and Jim for 42 years! Fast, honest and know their business and work effectively with Insurance companies (which helps you). We love our beautiful car back! Yes, we will return!

Parts not replaced!

Regal Collision is not a trustworthy Auto Repair Shop. We took our car in for what should have been a simple sunroof leak repair but in the end, our car had to be TOTALLED by our insurance company! We even took our car back to Regal three times and they kept saying they had fixed it. Our insurance paid them for this "repair" but when we were driving, we kept hearing a whistling noise from the sunroof. Again we took it back to them. Each time Regal said it was fixed. And then it RAINED and the inside of our car was soaked. AAA recommended we use a shop in their network and when we took it to the new shop, they discovered the parts for the sunroof had never been replaced and the "black mold" that was inside the car was from water that had collected under the back seat. Our beautiful car was gone!!! REGAL COLLISION didn't do the job and it's NOT a shop WE RECOMMEND!!!

I had to work with them for about a month because of back to back accidents (neither of them my fault but just really bad luck) and warranty work. The warranty work was for a whistling sound coming from my drivers side door/window and the shop receiving incorrect parts from Honda. The shop did admit they missed a couple things on their end one of the times I brought my car back (this is where Matt stepped in to work on the vehicle himself) but the fact that they took accountability made me feel better about continuing to work with them. Shout out to their detailing team as well. I'm big on taking care of my car aesthetically, almost OCD about it, and it came back cleaner than I left it, including interior. Another shout out to Kaitlyn at the front desk. She's very accommodating even when she's pretty busy. I can't say anything about the value since no money came out of my own pocket, but because both accidents happened to the same door and only a week apart, I'd say the invoicing was pretty fair. $2k-$3k to replace the drivers side door and fix the fender. While they're great people, and from my experience, do quality work, god forbid I have to see them again cause that means I have to have work done on my car/something is wrong with it. I will definitely recommend to others though!
