My vehicle was hit by someone while it was parked. I called fix auto to possibly have my car towed to their facility to have them assess the damage . The associate I spoke with on the phone was friendly and informative. I felt at ease after speaking with them and I was able to arrange to have my car towed to their location the same day. When I got to their office I was greeted by Cheyenne. She was friendly and easy to talk to regarding the process. They were able to assess the damage on my car in the same week and unfortunately my car was deemed a total loss. The staff guided me and were informative regarding the decision. When I came on property to collect my belongings from my car they showed me and explained in detail about the damage. The staff were all so friendly and helpful during the process and even offered me some bags incase I didn't have any to carry my belongings I had in my car. They truly made a difference during a stressful situation. They had good communication throughout the whole process with myself and my insurance. Our car was a victim of a hit and run. The shop is friendly enough, but they are definitely advocates of your insurance company, not the customer. The car had damage on one side and the back quarter panel. I do not believe that an insurance adjuster came and looked at the car, as the shop and the insurance company called many times to verify the damage was inflicted at the same time. It was, and even though pictures and such were provided, the insurance company decided not to pay for the rear damage. The shop just seemed to repeat over and over it wasn't them it was the insurance company. If you're not going to advocate for the current customer , I am not going to pay you. We got such a passive aggressive stance from them we're having it repaired elesewhere. read more

I have a very good experience with having my auto repaired at this shop. The staff owner the technicians all did a fabulous job. My door on my vehicle and fender has been completely replaced. Looks like nothing ever happened. What I really was surprised with is how clean my car came back to me! Polished windows, cleaned carpet cleaned fragrance in the car. It seems as though somebody took the time to detail my car to a degree which I totally appreciate! I would highly recommend this company their price, in comparison to some of their competition on the exact same street as a fraction of the price well, at least for my issue it was. My car got sideswiped on a hit and run and I was totally pissed off. I went through my insurance agency and they help me out and getting the car estimated on the cost of repairs. I looked around auto body shops in Vallejo and here I decided that Fix Auto Vallejo was a perfect match to get the car repaired. I go in, and there is this lady by the name of Katie and her energy is awesome and inviting. She was very professional, courteous, and was very empathetic of my situation. Processing and communication was great with both parties of my insurance agent and her. A couple of days later as I'm walking to the shop to pick up my car, I was like WOW! I was totally amazed in awe on how the detail not outside where the spot was hit because I can no longer see it at all! But the detail on the inside as if I got my car washed. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience. The owner Kate is unprofessional, rude, and unpleasant. And most likely not sober, I smelled alcohol, I think she was tipsy when I spoke with Her. I expressEd frustration with the receptionist because they asked me a week later (after I dropped my car) to come in and show them the damage.. although we already went over that. The owner calls me starts yelling and cursing at me. If I could post the video I would of her crazy behavior. I would never recommend this shop. What is more embarrassing about the situation is that the owner didn't bother to hear my frustration.. her employee acknowledged her fault and gave us her word that the car would be ready by the following day. For the owner to reach out and start shouting at me when the problem was already fixed.. just show their customer service. The only reasoning for this is that they don't like to provide service to minorities... or she was really tipsy...that's the only explanation I have to this aggressive behavior? Katie, you were not there for my encounter so I how would you know how rude I was? You never heard me out nor did you give me the chance to express my frustration.. you solely took your employees word... your approach could have been professional and maybe we could have got somewhere but you completely failed to provide quality service. read more

I was very skeptical about getting my vehicle door fixed by any body shop because I have seen on the road, doors that don't match the rest of the color of the vehicle. But I was very wrongfully embarrassed about Fix Auto because they did a way beyond awesome job! It looked liked I was never hit! Anyway Cheyenne was so sweet and funny... My car was damaged by kids throwing rocks, dents and scratches on the hood. I was concerned about the cost, being really high, when I went in for an estimate, and if the repair would look obvious ( paint not matching exactly or something). They were very quick at giving a very fair and reasonable estimate . Brought the car in and they went right to work on it. When I picked it up, my car was like new! They definitely went above and beyond when working on my car, it looks like a brand new car honestly. I am so happy that everything came out perfectly. The color was a dead on match, if you looked at my car you would not have been able to tell that I got the back bumper replaced. The bumper was already cracking on the sides and with the high winds going down the highway it made both sides of my bumper lift and come off the car. My boyfriend ended taking off the bumper before it was a road hazard and hit another car. With the new piece, paint and to put on the new piece I was super nervous that it was going to cost a crazy amount of money to fix. When I received my estimate I was way off on the cost and was able to have this weight lifted off my shoulders because the cost was more than reasonable for everything that they did. read more

Yeah, I blew my engine before. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I always neglect to get an oil change on time. Tell me something I don't know. Tune-up? What's that! As the old saying goes "It's what's on the outside that counts" right? For a nine-year old vehicle, my baby is in pretty great shape. As much as I'd love to take credit for it, Rose's has saved her ass, and many other parts more times that I care to count. These guys were pretty awesome, my dear passenger side was damaged in a super negative spot. These guys took care of the entire point of damage and replaced my bumper which also had some wear and tear and spiced my baby up with some new paint. I really appreciated how they handled all of my belongings and bagged everything once I was receiving my car. Also it was clean to boot. The customer service was excellent.
