Spectacular service start to finish! Got my passenger door fixed thru another parties insurance. I walked in to a friendly atmosphere where conversation followed easily with the business talk. That's a big deal for me with severe PTSD and issues with social interactions. But I felt good and left happy. They did 100% communication with the insurance company so I didn't have to worry about that at all plus they called my rental for me to pick me up from their shop. They estimated 5 days and had it done and immaculate in 2. Easy 5 stars here. Big recommendation and will return, if for nothing else for my next smog. read more

My family has been bringing our vehicles to Rose's since 2002. I recently had to bring my car in again, right when I walked in I was greeted by Tim, the owner who always remembers us. The work done here is amazing, I can never tell that there was damage to begin with! Tim has always taken the time to explain exactly what they'll be doing to my car, and how its done. My bumper was smashed. Danielle was amazing. I came in on Monday & it was fixed by Friday. I also expressed to her how i work M-F & Friday was my last day off due to have taken 2 weeks off already. Hello everyone out there, if you are looking to get your car repaired in anyway. This is the place. Not only do they do good work, but it is also a helpful and friendly environment. This is a late post, but i had to get on here eventually and say what needs to be said. I had an issue with Graton Casino, there valet broke off my door handle and they didn't want to admit to it but in the same breath agreed to pay for the damages. Anyway, it was hard to collect funds from them so the work could be done and I think her name is Katie from Roses Collision keep in contact with them and me to make sure that paid for the damages...and once they got my car it got in & out in no time. Took my wifes car here to get the front bumper fixed after getting hit in a parking garage. First off they did a great job fixing the initial damage, but on top that they fixed all the other imperfections on the bumper at no charge, so we basically have a brand new front bumper, and on top of all that they detailed our car inside and out, at no charge. They took my insurance estimate and said they were going to purchase the bumper and call me in 2 days. 3 days passed no calls so i follow-up and they said they were going to call me the following week once the part has been purchased. More than a week passes no calls. I think they were giving me the run around. If they didn't agree with the estimate why not tell me upfront? Greedy shop. The stars must come down. Recently I was involved in a major accident. I was pretty devastated and majorly upset. The insurance company gave me several repair shops to choose from so I chose roses collision repair center. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with both Tim and Katie and the work they did to repair my truck. You can't even tell that I was in a major accident. My truck was in pretty bad shape and I did not think it was repairable. Now my truck is as good as new. Tim and Katie are really good people and they really made me feel they would take care of me and my truck and they did! Totally recommend them! They did an awesome job!!! I bring my car to this shop because of the 5 star review. I was able to pick up my car after two weeks and when i check my car and my garage at home the lower hose was not connected to the radiator and the plastic cover for the air intake is missing. I have my car towed back to the Rose's shop and they need to keep the car for a day just to fix the connection in find the missing cover. I pick up the car the next morning at 9:30 and he said everything is ok now and was check really good . I open the hood and found one tools they left on top of the battery . The only good thing is the damages bumper was fix almost ferpect thank you for that but i dont recommend this shop. read more

My Lexus SUV was stolen, stripped, and trashed by the time I got it back. I took it into Rose's knowing my baby would be in great hand with them. They have repaired one of my previous cars and I knew they would take care of me just like they did in the past. The service I received was outstanding and they are just great people, they make sure you are taken care of. My insurance company insisted on ordering replacement parts which took longer than expected. What was supposed to be a 5 day job turned out to be 2 weeks, but they always made sure I knew what was going on. When I went to pick up my baby she was clean as a whistle and I couldn't have been more please. They pay attention to detail down to the last screw, the next time I need repairs done they are my peeps for sure! (Knock on wood - I really don't want to have to go back) So if you want to be in good hands and know you are being taken care of and not taken advantage of, then you need to take you car or truck to Rose's...NOW! read more

Family ran,family orientated,and love and care threw out every detail of the business they run.I first came in the the door and Katie was sweet and very professional.They took care of my every need and even went over the mountain because there was a little scratch on my tail gate they accidentally put there when installing it.So what did they do,fixed it,didn't try to hide it because time was more important.I even had some tint on my window that was going bad and he fixed that to with no charge.They go over the mountain to get the job done right and Tim is a protectionist with the work he does.The work he did was out standing and I would go no where else but with the best at Roses. read more

This place is great. Had to bring one of my cars in to get fixed as I got into a minor fender bender in a parking lot. I walked in without an appointment to get an estimate (insurance pay) and they got me in right away. After seeing the car they got me scheduled for repairs right away.
