Update: Lianna from Hourglass Auto called me later that evening and explained their system had gone down, which is why my Saturday appointment was missed and I couldn't be contacted. She apologized and offered the next available appointment at no charge. Marvin came out Monday within the scheduled window. I received an automated text with his ETA. He was professional, polite, and completed the windshield repair. He explained the crack would still be visible due to the nature of laminated glass, but the repair would prevent further spreading. While I'm still unsure if the system issue was genuine, I appreciate Lianna's follow-up and that they honored the repair at no cost. So far, the repair is holding up well. The star-shaped crack is still visible, but I've since learned that's typical with this type of damage. read more

I never leave reviews anymore, but will make an exception. Crazy great service, wonderful phone representative, very fast and efficient replacement of a bashed in rear passenger window with like-glass (fancy acoustic lamination and certain tint), and worked transparently with my insurance company so it was only a $50 deductible. Plus a very fair price if I chose not to claim it on insurance. This is the second time in short order the same window was bashed in. The first time, I thought I needed to take it to the dealership for replacement since it's a high-end vehicle. They charged $900+. After calling safelite and several other glass repair places, hour auto not only had the best rate, my glass in stock, were able to come out next day to my work address, but the tech and phone operator were very kind. A great experience with my Audi Q7! Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service contact and technician. Originally, I was all scheduled to use Safelite, but they had such bad customer service (absolutely horrible!) that I canceled them and called Hour Auto Glass. Not only did they do a great job, but to my surprise their price was less than half the cost of Safelite for the exact same windshield replacement, a savings of over $600. read more

Had a huge crack on my windshield that has been growing by the day. Found Auto Glass through a community post that I follow. Called them at 10am and they were in front of my house by noon replacing my windshield! Super quick service and an easy transaction. Dispatch who gave quote and scheduled my appointment was friendly and helpful. The guy who repaired the windshield was really nice and did a great job! Installed wrong windshield, wouldn't come back out and replace it until the adhesive cured. Meanwhile my trucks down can't use it because I can't see through the waves in the windshield. Installer comes back out installs the right windshield. Puts some blue duct tape in the rain on my painted roof of my truck damaged my paint clear coat when I removed it the next day. Installer should've used auto detailing green tape safe for paint. Installer should've been the one to come back and remove the tape. If that's part of the installation process. Installer also left parts of my vehicle for me to reinstall after he left. I didn't even realize it until he was gone. Once I realized my paint was damaged and it wasn't tape residue on the top of my truck. I called the company it took weeks for the owner to get back to me. He says yes sure I will fix it. Sends me to his friends bodyshop I go there he gives me a estimate. Owner ignored me for weeks again then finally calls me with the run around about fixing my truck and that it seems like I'm a fair guy and will pay me for half the damages. I agree okay send me the payment here it is a week later still haven't received payment and I'm ready to kick this windshield out of my truck and have a real one Installed by a real auto glass company, because it's not about the money. When you do a job you do it right from the beginning and you do the job completely. You don't leave the client with parts to put back on and tape to remove in the rain and if you damaged something be ready to have it fixed to the way it was or better and if you make an agreement follow through with it as fast as you can, because people are not going to keep their mouth shut about you if you don't. So not only did this windshield cost me. To install it cost me my time and gas emotionall stress and my paint that will need to be completely repainted. read more

She was able to give me a quote right away and schedule the appointment within the hour. Our technician was San. He was prompt and called us ahead of time to let us know he was coming. I can't recommend these guys more. I shopped around for my 2019 Honda Pilot's windshield replacement (and camera recalibration...camera was already broken, unrelated to windshield issues) and Lianna was BY FAR the most knowledgeable and reasonably priced. She sent out San to replace the windshield and he was awesome then D'Angelo to do the recal (also awesome guy!) and my car is good as new now. Dealership quoted me $2.2k for just the camera and camera recal!! I bought a used camera on eBay for $187 then had the recal done for $250 by Hour Auto Glass. That's over $1,700 savings for the same quality work and excellent customer service. These are my new go-to guys for auto glass (and cameras). Thank you Lianna! read more

We originally called because our auto insurance had such a high deductible on a windshield for our work van - Leanne was super responsive & got a technician out to us at a time & place convenient to us! Came the day after calling on a Sunday late afternoon. Was given a 4 hour window with a 30 minute heads up call and did as promised. Price was fair and a bit cheaper than Safelite and came to me. Installer was professional and did the job efficiently. One part was missing and was assured they'd come back and fix it. Driver didn't have the part but would make it right at a later date. Part isn't necessary but just an accent piece. Would use again if in need of a new windshield. read more

Spoke with an arrogant lady today 2/22/24 who claimed to be the owner. Did some research and the owner is listed as Joseph Perry. I feel sorry for Joseph if this is his wife/business partner. I have been taken advantage of by several companies regarding laminated glass in the past so my radar was on. I asked several qualifying questions to this rude woman and her response was "People like you who don't trust.." This leading response is unprofessional and does not follow the guidelines of proper customer service!
