I called and spoke with Joe from Hour Auto Glass, from the first call to payment, everything went awesome. The technician that was sent out was friendly and helpful. Had my windshield replaced less than an hour or so. Definitely will be a returning customer if I have to replace anything on my car and Definitely will be referring Joe and Hour Auto Glass to everyone I know. Thank you again Joe and team for handling this issue all under an hour.. read more

I had my windshield replaced by them a couple weeks ago. Everything looks fine and works the way it should but when I reach speeds of 70mph or more I hear rattling noises that I never had before. It sounds like it's coming from my a-pillars that are attached to the sides of the glass. From talking to other glass replacement places, they all were going to replace those because supposedly they break whenever they remove the glass. Doing research online, everyone says to replace the moldings. My a-pillars were never replaced and I'm wondering why I'm hearing vibration now. Also, my rear view mirror vibrates like crazy now. I get dizzy even trying to through it. There was never an issue before until it was installed on this new glass. If you're looking for one of the cheapest glass installers this is prob the guys you should call but beware it won't be 100% quality. read more

Hour Auto Glass was excellent to work with! Very communicative, and they went on beyond to come to our location "off the beaten track," for both windshield replacement and recalibration. Liane, Carlos, and DJ all excellent. Thank you read more

It took a while to get things our job done, but all got resolved. We used them back in June of 2025 and all went smoothly and perfectly. This time, there were some issues with communication, but the owner contacted us directly and all went well the next day. read more

Best windshield replacement I have experienced yet. From the prompt customer service in the office (thanks lianna) down to the speedy fast francisco and his skills that got the almost impossible back window in my truck. 2 other companies came out and left saying it couldn't be done. Lianna assured me that if it had 4 wheels it definitely could and true to her word I finally have a window in my truck. Amazing service and earned confidence go a long way!! Thank you hour auto glass read more

Chip 'repair' didn't even fill chip hole with resin and didn't pull resin into crack to make it less visible. I've done many chips repairs myself and never done such a poor job as this 'professional' repair. read more

Update: Lianna from Hourglass Auto called me later that evening and explained their system had gone down, which is why my Saturday appointment was missed and I couldn't be contacted. She apologized and offered the next available appointment at no charge. Marvin came out Monday within the scheduled window. I received an automated text with his ETA. He was professional, polite, and completed the windshield repair. He explained the crack would still be visible due to the nature of laminated glass, but the repair would prevent further spreading. While I'm still unsure if the system issue was genuine, I appreciate Lianna's follow-up and that they honored the repair at no cost. So far, the repair is holding up well. The star-shaped crack is still visible, but I've since learned that's typical with this type of damage. read more

These guys are the absolute best you can get! Lianna is amazing she was able to custom make/order some glass for our Mercedes Sprinter when nobody else would touch it. I use them for all my auto glass. They are on time, have the best price and they clean up everything perfectly. The customer service is top notch with no hidden fees! Hour Auto Glass in Fairfield CA has my recommendation to anyone wanting to replace their windshield on their car. Lucille and his cousin and the receptionist office staff are all very pleasant with exceptional service. Lucille did a wonderful job on replacing my windshield. I couldn't be more pleased. read more

I never leave reviews anymore, but will make an exception. Crazy great service, wonderful phone representative, very fast and efficient replacement of a bashed in rear passenger window with like-glass (fancy acoustic lamination and certain tint), and worked transparently with my insurance company so it was only a $50 deductible. Plus a very fair price if I chose not to claim it on insurance. This is the second time in short order the same window was bashed in. The first time, I thought I needed to take it to the dealership for replacement since it's a high-end vehicle. They charged $900+. Hour Auto Glass was only $282 with same-day mobile service!!! read more

Didn't do a good job at all. Crack was never filled, the rep noted his job was subpar, did nothing about it other than charged and asked for a tip. Really disappointed. read more

After calling safelite and several other glass repair places, hour auto not only had the best rate, my glass in stock, were able to come out next day to my work address, but the tech and phone operator were very kind. The work was performed quickly and he even paid attention to keep my oil change sticker that was on my old glass. Highly recommend their services! 10/10 would use again! Thank you guys again! read more

Saved the day. My father in law came over for a visit and his window would not go up. We panicked and looked at many videos. We really were stuck. It had a broken window regulator. I looked online and bam this company changed an extremely fair price and were lightning fast they came out and we're gone within 35 minutes. I'm extremely grateful for Leanne's great customer service. They really helped me look like a star thank you, Leanne and team for your company and wonderful work. read more

Had good service from hour glass there were quick to respond. Service was quick, and affordable.

A great experience with my Audi Q7! Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service contact and technician. Originally, I was all scheduled to use Safelite, but they had such bad customer service (absolutely horrible!) that I canceled them and called Hour Auto Glass. Not only did they do a great job, but to my surprise their price was less than half the cost of Safelite for the exact same windshield replacement, a savings of over $600. read more

Called them at 10am and they were in front of my house by noon replacing my windshield! Super quick service and an easy transaction. My husband called Safelite and they quoted us close to $900 to replace the windshield. Hourglass was half that!! read more

Installed wrong windshield, wouldn't come back out and replace it until the adhesive cured. Meanwhile my trucks down can't use it because I can't see through the waves in the windshield. Installer comes back out installs the right windshield. Puts some blue duct tape in the rain on my painted roof of my truck damaged my paint clear coat when I removed it the next day. Installer should've used auto detailing green tape safe for paint. Installer should've been the one to come back and remove the tape. If that's part of the installation process. Installer also left parts of my vehicle for me to reinstall after he left. I didn't even realize it until he was gone. Once I realized my paint was damaged and it wasn't tape residue on the top of my truck. I called the company it took weeks for the owner to get back to me. He says yes sure I will fix it. Sends me to his friends bodyshop I go there he gives me a estimate. Owner ignored me for weeks again then finally calls me with the run around about fixing my truck and that it seems like I'm a fair guy and will pay me for half the damages. I agree okay send me the payment here it is a week later still haven't received payment and I'm ready to kick this windshield out of my truck and have a real one Installed by a real auto glass company, because it's not about the money. When you do a job you do it right from the beginning and you do the job completely. You don't leave the client with parts to put back on and tape to remove in the rain and if you damaged something be ready to have it fixed to the way it was or better and if you make an agreement follow through with it as fast as you can, because people are not going to keep their mouth shut about you if you don't. So not only did this windshield cost me. To install it cost me my time and gas emotionall stress and my paint that will need to be completely repainted. read more

I was on Yelp and I called around for multiple quotes and Hour Auto Glass was the most competitive. The agent on the phone was also very prompt and professional. She was able to give me a quote right away and schedule the appointment within the hour. Our technician was San. He was prompt and called us ahead of time to let us know he was coming. My dad said he did an excellent job replacing the windshield - and my dad is a tough critic! He told me to save San's number so that we can use him again in the future. Thanks again Hour Auto Glass! read more

Great service and prices. I called and scheduled and appointment the same day my glass was installed.

Great price, great service, same-day service. Second time I've used them. Def. recommend.

I can't recommend these guys more. I shopped around for my 2019 Honda Pilot's windshield replacement (and camera recalibration...camera was already broken, unrelated to windshield issues) and Lianna was BY FAR the most knowledgeable and reasonably priced. She sent out San to replace the windshield and he was awesome then D'Angelo to do the recal (also awesome guy!) and my car is good as new now. Dealership quoted me $2.2k for just the camera and camera recal!! I bought a used camera on eBay for $187 then had the recal done for $250 by Hour Auto Glass. That's over $1,700 savings for the same quality work and excellent customer service. These are my new go-to guys for auto glass (and cameras). Thank you Lianna! read more

When I discovered our truck windshield had a few cracks in it, I knew we did not have time to take it to a repair shop so I needed to get someone out quickly to fix it. I looked on the Internet and found Hour Auto Glass. From the office to the field, they are amazing! Leanna quoted a price that was more than reasonable and their speedy time frame blew me away. I did not even bother calling any other companies. They kept in touch on the status of the windshield. And worked around our schedule. The technician, Marvin, reached out to let me know his arrival time. He was very concise on the dos and don'ts of the new windshield as it cures. He is a very efficient worker, and he was very pleasant to work with. Made sure I had his phone number in case something goes wrong. Hour Auto glass definitely has our business. Marvin fixed our windshield on our 2022 Toyota Tacoma. He let us know when he was 30 minutes out so he arrived on time. Talked to us the whole time and made sure we understood. This company was so honest about what we needed exactly, which saved us Hundreds of Dollars. Highly recommended read more

I highly recommend this company! We had a small ding in our windshield and I had hired another company who didn't show up for their appointment. Couldn't ask for more! read more

The entire team is impressive! We originally called because our auto insurance had such a high deductible on a windshield for our work van - Leanne was super responsive & got a technician out to us at a time & place convenient to us! The techs were friendly & efficient & done within an hour! At this same time we were dealing with Safelite to repair our personal vehicle back window that was shattered by thieves! Our insurance company was 'forcing' us to use safelite but trying to talk to a human there was virtually impossible & they were FAR from accommodating of our busy schedules. I called Hour Autoglass again ........ just to get a quote & again, Leanne was knowledgeable, accommodating & followed thru on the job until it was done! Such an awesome LOCAL company who we are proud to support going forward! I even have their # saved in my contacts for any future car window needs!! Thanks Hour Autoglass!! read more

LeAnn was great. She answered all my questions about swapping out cracked windshield glass with a new one. She verified what was & wasn't included, texted me a work order so no surprises, and offered a very competitive rate. San, the installer, is an auto glass OG who really knows his stuff. He made quick work of the job (45 minutes) and did a great job. Everything replaced was with genuine BMW parts (glass, upper & lower seals) and it all turned out great. I'd recommend them. read more

We have nothing but compliments!! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! They did the impossible: replacing the rear glass and spoiler on a 2005 GMC Envoy. Spoke with an arrogant lady today 2/22/24 who claimed to be the owner. Did some research and the owner is listed as Joseph Perry. I feel sorry for Joseph if this is his wife/business partner. I have been taken advantage of by several companies regarding laminated glass in the past so my radar was on. I asked several qualifying questions to this rude woman and her response was "People like you who don't trust.." This leading response is unprofessional and does not follow the guidelines of proper customer service!
