It sounds like it's coming from my a-pillars that are attached to the sides of the glass. From talking to other glass replacement places, they all were going to replace those because supposedly they break whenever they remove the glass. Doing research online, everyone says to replace the moldings. My a-pillars were never replaced and I'm wondering why I'm hearing vibration now. Also, my rear view mirror vibrates like crazy now. I get dizzy even trying to through it. There was never an issue before until it was installed on this new glass. If you're looking for one of the cheapest glass installers this is prob the guys you should call but beware it won't be 100% quality.

It's never a good time to have to drop a chunk of money on car repairs, but Cost U Less Auto Glass made the process seamless. I reached out via Yelp because they had great reviews and came highly recommended by a friend who had already had two jobs done by them. To my pleasant surprise, as soon as I messaged them, I got a response from Moe within six or seven minutes. My biggest pet peeve is the lack of communication in the world today--everyone is walking around with a device in their hand, yet so few people actually communicate. But not in this case! Moe was fantastic from beginning to end, giving me constant updates on what was going on with my car. He actually offered to replace the windshield the next day, but since I didn't need it that fast, we scheduled it for the following weekend. I drove up to the shop in Martinez and dropped the car off. Moe kept in contact regarding the status and when it would be ready. As soon as I picked it up, the car looked fantastic! My car is a little newer, so the windshield actually had to be calibrated for the Heads-Up Display (HUD) and the Front Brake Assist. If your car has those features, Moe can handle those updates right after he installs the glass. I've had the car back for about a week now and have had zero problems. His prices are very competitive, but nobody is going to beat his service and communication--I guarantee it. He does offer mobile service, but if you're having calibration done, I recommend dropping it off at his shop.
