Dropped off my car to have the hood repaired. I was shocked that I got my car back so quickly. They finished 2 days earlier than expected. Not to mention the commutation was phenomenal. I was getting text updates the entire time, which I loved. Lets put it this way. From the day I called my insurance company to file a claim 4/1, to the estimate 4/3, to drop off 4/7, until the vehicle was back in my possession 4/9. It was so fast! will definitely be coming back for any paint and body work I may need in the future. Also Nicole at the front desk is amazing!! I just want to send a BIG MAHALO to Wilbert A. for going beyond the excellence of customer service. He took care of us from beginning to end and answered all of my questions, also gave me updates on my wagon while it was being worked on. But to top it all off, he waited for me to pick up my wagon, the business closes at 5:30pm and I got there around 5:32ish ;) I'm just happy he waited couple more minutes for me to show up and that my friends is what you call extraordinary customer service. I walked in on November 15, 2021 and made an appointment for November 16, 2021 at 2:30 pm. The receptionist was very polite and welcoming. On November 16th, I walked in and was told a service person would be with me shortly. I waited maybe 5 minutes before a service person came to greet me. I showed her the scratches on the driver side of my vehicle. She inspected my vehicle and told me she would be right back. She came back with a towel that had some type of solution on it and the next thing I knew the scratches were gone. I was so pleased to know that I didn't need to have my car painted. I was heading in to pay for the service and she said there is no charge. I have never gone into a collision repair business and left out without paying for service. The service was excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I didn't get taken advantage of. I feel blessed!! You can't get better than that. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends. read more

I have (unfortunately) had a great number of autobody repair jobs done on our vehicles over decades and even at other Caliber Collisions. This place is head and shoulders above any of my previous experiences. I had three incidents over the past year and each time they provided a stress free experience that exceed all my expectations! Their prices were lower than others I had gone to for quotes (Cooks Collision and 2 Mikes Auto Body locations), but aside from that, they were honest, informative and really seemed to care about service. Each time they communicated during every aspect of the process, provided detailed information during quotes and updates, gave me additional pricing options, and even once delivered my car to me at the hospital where I work as an essential worker because it was impossible to get away. Because of COVID they changed up some of their staff at this facility between first and second of my inicidents. None of the first staff were there and I thought for sure the service would not be as good on my second experience. Still, due to the quality of the prior work, the friendliness of the new crew and the price, I decided I would continue with this facility. My assumption was proven wrong and I was so pleased with there service that when I had a THIRD incident only weeks later I knew exactly where to go first. This time the experience was just as excellent. Service is obviously woven into the company's work ethic, hiring and training! While I hope to been done with all my autobody needs for a long time to come, I would never go anywhere else for autobody work based on my prior experiences at this site. read more

My husband called three times to schedule an appointment for repairs. First they were waiting for our insurance company to send over information. Then we were told that a manger needed to access our file in the system but that person wasn't available at that time. We were told we'd get a call back but nobody reached out to us. If I could give this place a 10 star rating I WOULD. I was in a bit of a bind due to a stupid move on my part and really needed to have a piece on my car painted today before my boyfriend finds out what I did to his car. Of Course the part I needed from the dealership doesn't come painted so I raced over to Caliber in Fairfield. I was greeted by Michelle I informed her I had called in Friday to have this part painted, she already knew what I was talking about so I didn't have to go into the whole spiel of what I did she had Dustin come over and look at the part for me. Dustin was AMAZING he worked me in that moment and had one of his guys paint the part and I was back on the road good as New in just a couple of hours! My new RDX had a rock chip on the drivers side just below the gas fill. So of course I would see it every time I get in to drive. I was sure my insurance deductible would be more than the cost to fix so I looked on Yelp for highly reviewed body shops. Caliber Collision is nearby and I called them. They invited me to visit and get a quick quote. Glad I did! They looked and mixed up a match to my new paint color, for the model year 2019, and made the nick disappear. All while I waited in their customer lounge. In less than 30 minutes my baby was ready and I can't see the blemish any more. Thanx Caliber, I'm now happy to get in to drive again instead of being bummed about a ding in my car with less than 5K miles on it. read more

Not a good start Caliber. Came in 10min early know one at the desk to great me. Then after someone came out. Still know one took care of me. A couple came in before me and got a little frustrated as well. So far not great or even good customer service. I hope you can get me to change my mind. Unexceptionable!! My son had a chip on his door, called and spoke to The manager Dustin, so nice & helpful! Said to bring it in, my son tried to do the touch up paint himself and made it so much more worse! So instead of bringing it in just for the chipped paint, also needed to fix the mess that was made on top of the chip. Brought it in and he said he would bring it back, we waited not long and he brought it back to the front. They did such a good job of removing my sons terrible touch up paint job & re-applying to where you can barely see it! Very impressed! Their work was so good! The Staff, waiting area & manager are sooo nice! You rarely find all that in a repair place. That will keep us always coming back for everything we need! I'm so glad We found them! re: Service Technician: Cary @ Caliber Collision En route to South Lake Tahoe on Hwy 80, single woman driving alone w/dog, exterior driver's side mirror being held together w/duct tape (recent sideswipe) literally was coming unglued. The mirror looked like it was about to take flight and I had real concerns it could soon become a dangerous flying object. Not familiar with the area, saw a row of high end dealerships approaching and figured they would have reputable body shop among them to assist. As soon as I exited had the good fortune of seeing Caliber Collision. The shop was pristine clean, classy looking and high class cars parked waiting for repair. Looked like a good place to pull in for a 1998 Lexus SC300. I had the good fortune of encountering Cary. He came right out, removed my very fractured driver's exterior mirror and above and beyond, found a spare previous owned exterior mirror in much better condition than my own. He proceeded to very securely attach the mirror with duct tape. This was a temporary fix until the real repair but that fix made it to Tahoe and back + around town in SF Bay Area until today when I was able to have the mirror replaced. It was a HUGE safety hazard having the defective exterior mirror + unsecured. Cary was an Angel not just to myself but for all other drivers on the highway. His Good Samaritan actions prevented what could have been a collision. He did such a good job and I was so impressed with this body shop I actually inquired if I should return 2 hour drive to have the actual work done (I'm very selective). If not for the long distance, definitely would have. Thank you Cary, you were in Angel in time of dire need. Very classy auto body shop and very classy move the way you take care of your customers with such integrity. read more

A few weeks ago my wife walked out to our vehicle and saw that there was tree sap on the rear passenger door, rear fender and drivers door. My wife being a great person and loves to keep things clean she decided to use a dish pad to scrub the sap off the car. The next day I noticed several scratches in the areas that she cleaned. Keep in mind we have had this car for a year and a half. After controlling my emotions I stopped into Caliber Collision to get an estimate. I was nervous because I didn't want to go through my insurance company because I didn't want to pay a deductible. I brought my vehicle in for a complete repaint. No dents, they gave me a quote of 12-15 thousand dollars. That was ok I could handle that for a quality paint job. However they told me my car was not worth that amount. How can someone place a value on a vehicle that the customer loves. They than told me to go to Maaco. I told them the estimate was fine. I was than told they were busy and did not have time to perform the work. When I left and the parking lot was empty no cars in front of the bay doors and the bay doors were all closed. I called for an appointment with the manager, Dustin, and saw him the next day.
