    I had the pleasure of working with Mike's Auto Body on the repair of my vehicle. The catalytic converter was stolen, so my insurance company recommended this location. I was informed each step of the way of the progress. I received the first text message when the tow truck dropped the vehicle off to their location. I received a telephone call once the vehicle was inspected. I was able to ask questions on how to prevent this from occurring again. I was given a recommendation on where to purchase the part to deter the theft. Once I purchased and received the part, they were also able to install it. This was super helpful! I will certainly use them again if needed.

    I had the best expierence with this mikes location. I have dealt with differant companies and not had great expierence but mikes never lets me down, and this time at this location i revieved the best care ever. They not only made my car perfect but a young man by the name of ninno took it above and beyond and helped me when my insurance company was being horrible about authorizing the repairs in a timely manner or in general completing the claims on there end. This place and especially this location is on my top recomended body shop places to go to i had a lot of damage and my car looks like it did before. Also ask for ninno if you can he will make you have a better day! He keeps in touch with you and assists you very well. I am attaching the pictures of when my car left there the flat bed is due to it going to VW to have a leak in oil problem that occured prior to accident fixed.

    I had the pleasure of dealing with both the Napa and Fairfield location. What can I say, both places was very professional. I wouldn't recommend going any where else. The Napa front desk person was very friendly. Nino (car appraiser) was super nice. He walked us through in details of what to expect, how long it would take, the whole process. He said it would take about 3 weeks to get my car back because they were short handed but offered to tow my car to Fairfield to get it repaired sooner. I got my car back in 1 1/2 weeks. They even brought our car back to Napa for us to pick up so we didn't have to go to Fairfield. I felt like Nino and the people at Napa took really good care of us from the beginning to the end. The Fairfield location took care of the repairs on our car. When we got our car back, our car looked brand new and it looked like it was never in an accident. That was one of our concerns was that it wasn't going to look the same. The repairs and paint job was flawless. A really nice guy called me to give me updates and what to expect when they were done. Mike's Auto body shop is not the same as other car body shops. I was always kept it the loop so it was really easy to deal with them. I didn't have to do anything because they were in constant communication with me. I received text msg to let me know the progress of my car. The employees all seem to be on the same page which was to REALLY take care of their customer.

    Let me start off by saying WHAT AN AMAZING JOB EDDIE did on my car!! He took his time and detail my car just right! They actually care about your car as if it's there own. Everyone that works there are extremely amazing super kind and helpful!! Shuttle gentleman was super kind and friendly! One thing that I loved the most is that they keep you updated on every move they make with your car! Eddie kept me updated all the time!! I will definitely recommend this place to EVERYONE!! Thank you Mike's Auto Body y'all rock.

    Took my daughters 2014 VW Jetta to Mike's Auto Body in Fairfield to have front end work done on the bumper and hood. I also had some repair work done on the rear trunk. The repair work was performed and the quality of work was amazing. The car looks brand new and showroom ready!! Thanks to all the Techs that worked on the car. Seeing it all fixed up put a big smile on my face!! Special Thanks to Nino Apostol. He explained the repair process to me and kept me up to date on the status of repairs. He was professional, courteous and honest. Even my insurance adjuster commented that Nino was easy to deal with and was outstanding. Kudos to Nino and the staff at Mike's A/B Fairfield. I will definitely return to Mike's with all my auto body needs. If Ownership and/or Management is reading this, Nino Deserves a raise. He is an asset to your organization.     I chose Mike Rose's based on the great Yelp reviews. The guy who backed into me had USAA for insurance and this was one of their preferred body shops along with a few others in town. When I dropped off my car on Saturday (8/16) morning for the estimate, everything went really smooth. Missy was very efficient and explained the process well. They were really big on getting your contact information, e.g. cellphone number for any call or text updates and email address to get a copy of the estimate. They even ask how often and when they should contact you. I filled all this out as I like to be kept in the loop on the whole process. Alex met with me briefly and promised to send me the email estimate either by the end of the day or on Monday. As mentioned in other reviews, they have a free car transfer service to Enterprise so that was much appreciated. Sounds great so far right? Well, that's about the best in customer service I received. The rest wasn't up to par. I was never kept in the loop by Alex on what the estimate was nor the time frame of repair. I had to be the one to call and follow up on everything. Now, I'm not expecting to be treated extra special or anything but a big pet peeve of mine is when people promise to do something but fail to deliver on it. Why would they ask for my information and how often they should contact me if they're not gonna do it at all?!? In addition to that, when Alex did finally call to tell me the car would be ready the next day, it turned out that it wasn't ready the following day so it ended up being ready two days after the fact. What's worse is that someone from Mike Rose's called Enterprise to say that the repairs were finished already two days before it was even ready so that created a big mess in terms of Enterprise saying I was only covered until 8/20. When I finally picked up my car, granted the repairs were done nicely. I'm not taking that away from Mike Rose's. They did a pretty good job on the body work. I received two survey calls regarding this whole experience, one from Mike Rose's and the other from USAA. I gave them both the same answers which were: Quality of the vehicle repair? 9/10 Ready as promised? No, 2 days after promised. Updates by Alex? 2/10 Would I recommend Mike Rose's? Yes, 7/10. Alex did call me after those surveys came back to him and apologized profusely about the lack of quality service on his end and for his lack of communication. He admitted there's no excuse for it and thanked me for keeping his lack of communication and actual repairs satisfaction separate. He also hoped that I would still recommend Mike Rose's. Bottom-line: Yes, I still do recommend Mike Rose's for their quality auto body work and I do hope that the experience with Alex was just a fluke and that everyone learns from that experience.

Been coming here for well over…read more15+ years for fantastic service for my older 2003 Acura before selling it, and now my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe on everything from simple oil changes & windshield wipers to breaks, struts, alternator, timing belts, water pump, transmission issues, etc. What really locked me in is when talking to the owner Khoi he made a point on telling me they have a special point of looking out for women, single mom's etc. because he knows in this industry, they're often easy targets for mechanics who prey on women. Totally admired him for that. I know the whole team Gene, Khoi, Andy, & TJ (has changed a bit over the years), but still same great service. I should have posted about them well over a decade ago, but after having my car serviced yesterday (12/29/25), TJ & I talked about an issue he specifically helped me with last year when I was in a battle with Hyundai Dealership staying compliant on fixing a "Rod Bearing Failure" recall issue that requires an entire replacement engine install due to my car was experiencing serious stalling, slowing down in the freeway, and drastic oil burning out to the tune of needing oil fills every 2-weeks!!! One of the Hyundai Service Specialist advised I NOT refill the oil and just let it burn out until the engine locked or a specific service light switched on. I told her that sound awfully drastic and dangerous, but she said that would be the fastest way for them to get the proper engine "Rod Bearing Failure" code reading they needed to warrant the engine replacement. Needless to say, no oil caused the catalytic converter to blow out. Now, the Hyundai Specialist comes to me singing a new tune that it's now MY responsibility to pay $4500 for the Catalytic Converter to be replaced NOT addressing the new engine at all. I immediately hopped on the phone and followed up with TJ at Factory Specific, not only did he fully consult & educate me on the EXACT steps to take to make them address and fix ALL issues including the Catalytic Converter but that I could take it up with Hyundai Corporate office as well if necessary, bottom line do NOT let them off the hook. TJ's ADVICE WAS AWESOME; I GOT NEW ENGINE & CATALYC CONVERTER REPLACMENTMENT AT $0 COST, PLUS A NEW 2025 HYUNDAI SANTA FE LOANER CAR FOR ABOUT THREE WEEKS!! My Auto-Guardian Angels! ;-) Sorry this review so long, but I had to put this story out that might help someone else facing a similar recall issue and having difficult time in getting the dealership to keep their word! FACTORY SPECIFIC - Always fair pricing, awesome friendly fast customer service with a smile- good group of guys. I will refer them ALWAYS!

After arranging the inspection on a Friday morning, I waited to hear back from the mechanic after the buyer told me the car had been inspected--NOTHING for hours. I tried calling Jeff (the mechanic) several times, leaving messages each time without so much as a callback. When he finally called me back, he didn't tell me anything about the car except "it looked good". I asked if he had taken any photos of the car or if he had any kind of report he could email or text me and he said "no". I asked if there was anything specifically about the car that I should be aware of for the future--something every mechanic can comment on--to which his reply was, "Not really." As someone who has had several PPIs from different mechanics over the years, I've never been told that there was no inspection report at all--nothing about the tires or the brake pads or the filters or fluid levels or the body of the car or the interior. NOTHING. So, by the time I rescheduled anther PPI with a different mechanic on the following workday in the area, the owner ended up selling the car I planned on buying.

Jeff's shop was recommended to me, Ironically, by a tow company. They said he worked on European exotics, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Took my car in for shock replacement on a Thursday. Got my car back Sunday morning, which included a new shock being overnighted, delivered and installed Saturday. Jeff did a great job. 3 things stood out regarding this shop. 1.his outgoing voicemail message is updated daily with the day, date and next appointment availability. That is huge because you know The approximately lead time you're looking at. 2. he's open on weekends, which is fantastic. Most shops are closed on weekends which is when bad things happen. LOL. 3. Genuinely good customer service. He takes time and explains the issue and the solution. That's invaluable. Great job Jeff, keep up the excellent work.
