We recently had an object strike the "A" pillar on the passenger side of our vehicle while driving down I-680. It sounded like a meteorite hit our vehicle when it happened. Now that we had this big dent to fix we went about trying to find the best body shop in our area to fix it. After asking a friend of a friend they said Integrity Auto Collision Center was the cleanest and best shop in the area and they have probably the best painter in the area especially when it comes to matching paint. After reading all their reviews and a bunch of the reviews of other shops in the area I called and set up an appointment with Integrity to do a free shop tour they offer so I could see if what was being said was true or not. This was when I got to meet Mariano the Operations Manager and I got to take a 15 minute tour of their shop and was able to see how clean and meticulous everything was and all the separate areas they had set up for different types of repairs. When I say this shop is clean I mean it is spotless and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their shop. Everything is super clean and very well organized. Mariano let me ask any question I could think of and he took his time giving me very thoughtful replies and didn't try to rush me at all. Mariano is very personable and makes you feel at ease. You can tell he's been doing his job for a long time and he takes great pride in all he does. The next stop on my journey was meeting Maggie who is a Collision Estimator & Customer Relations expert. She was able to take all the necessary pictures of my car and get them submitted to my insurance company to get the ball rolling as to what everything was going to cost to be repaired to perfection. Maggie is excellent when it comes to texting, calling, emailing, etc. You can tell Maggies is very good at her job and is excellent at communicating at every step of the process. Maggie will make you feel at ease and you feel that she has your back at every step of the process. It was true pleasure having Maggie as my Collision Estimator. All in all we were able to get our car fixed to perfection and you can't even tell that there was a huge dent in the "A" pillar after all was said and done. They also took the time to cover my car seats, gear shifter and steering wheel to help protect the vehicle from any dust and dirt that might get in the car during the repair process which was one of my biggest fears since our car was almost brand new with only 8,000 miles on it. I don't know the name of their detail person who did my car but when I went to pick it up it was spotless. The tires had been dressed and the paint felt as smooth as a baby's bottom. Our car looked like it had just rolled off the assembly line both inside and outside. They also put a big red bow on the car and had it sitting under some super bright lights so I was able to go over the car inch by inch to make sure the gaps looked good and that the paint was perfect and it was. Their painter also did a fantastic job of matching the existing paint on the car. This was no small task since our paint color was silver with metal flake in it. I have gone over this whole area inch by inch and their painter did such a fantastic job I can't find where the new paint and old paint meet one another. That is skill not many people possess in this industry. Hopefully we never have another car incident but should I ever have one I won't be using any other shop then Integrity. They are truly one of a kind and if you are looking to have your second biggest investment in life repaired I wouldn't look anywhere else. This place is truly the best of the best. We are lucky to have them in our area. I just want to say thank you to Integrity for taking such good care of our baby and making it perfect again. Sadly, I was in a very minor incident where a woman barely sideswiped my Commemorative Edition Camaro leaving a few scratches on the front fender and drivers side door that needed repair. The issue surrounding the whole thing was that I had recently had the entire care wrapped and failed to notify my insurance carrier as to the edition. As such, E-Surance refused to cover the wrap. Nonetheless, that is for another review. I was very fortunate to have been referred to Maggie and Oscar at Integrity Auto Collision Center in Fairfield, CA. From the first conversation with Maggie I was put at ease and assured that they would do all in their power to bring my car back to life and as easily on me as possible. I had the pleasure of speaking to Maggie, Oscar and a few of the staff members, all of who made the entire process seamlessly pleasant. Only a week or so later, Maggie called and told me that my car had been finished. Upon showing up to their location, I hadn't seen my car out front which is typical at picking your vehicle up from any shop. I was led to the back part of their shop when I had seen my car which I have to say looked better than it ever had. Once we got to the stall my car was located in, they opened a curtain where the entire shop began clapping in unison and thanking me for my business. They had even taken the time to print out a sign that said Thank with my name on it. Frankly, I had never been so pleasantly surprised by any staff, at any shop. I recently had my 2019 Corvette ZR1 undergo extensive body/suspension repairs by this facility and cannot say enough good things about their front office and technicians staff, from dropping off vehicle to delivery and all step in-between. I was regularly updated, hard-to-find parts were procured/installed in a timely manner, and they went to-bat for me with a very difficult-to-deal-with insurance company. I highly recommend them for first-rate auto collision repairs; would give Oscar, Renatto and the rest of the crew 6+ stars. The opposite was my experience with Safeco/Liberty Mutual insurance: 3+ months to "resolve" their repeated denials/delays, including safety-related issues; reconsider if you have them as your insurance carrier... The Auto Insurance Industry has certainly taken a turn for the worse, and without a doubt Integrity Auto Collision Center is the beacon of light. In June 2023 I had the terrible misfortune of having to file a claim with my insurance company State Farm. State Farm was pushing me to pick one of their shops to do the work, but I wanted to make sure I chose a shop that would be best for myself and my truck. It was obvious that State Farm was pushing me to use their shop due to the fact that they have an agreement amongst themselves to save money for the insurance company---not necessarily be a "good neighbor" to their OWN clients. Integrity is an independent shop, meaning that they do not have an agreement/contract with any given insurance company. Hence truly looking out for their clients like myself, and my truck. I called Integrity and right away I was connected with Renatto. After giving Renatto my information, he became my estimator. I set up an appointment to drop off my truck the following week, so that the damage could be assessed and fixed. I had no idea that this would be the beginning of a difficult battle with State Farm. State Farm reviewed my claim information and decided to send me a check to cover what they assumed would be the cost. Upon the damage analysis report that was prepared for me by Renatto, it was resubmitted to State Farm. During the whole process Renatto was extremely patient and helpful. When I had to communicate with him, he was efficient, thorough and honest. I had no loyalty to Integrity at this point, and yet they had their best interest at heart in regards to me and my truck, unlike State Farm who had been my insurance carrier for the past 9 years. From Renatto, my estimator, to Mariano the blueprint reader, to Meggy, a fellow estimator who also assisted me, all the way to their administration-Integrity's owner Oscar----they were nothing short of the ideal dream team in customer service. They guided me every step of the way. Without compromising the safety of my truck , and INTEGRITY of their workmanship-- the team restored my truck to its original state prior to my claim. As if that was not enough on Integrity's behalf, they also took the time to educate me on how to move forward and advocate for myself against State Farm. This review is LONG overdue. On 6/27/19, my car was broken into and vandalized while I was at work. At the end of my shift, I walk out and see that my right front passenger window was broken and my car was sitting on top of a brick and a spare tire (all four tires were stolen from my brand new 2019 Honda Accord). After dealing with the nightmare of contacting the tow company and then giving me the run around, my awesome appraiser from AAA was able to coordinate a vendor to put tires back onto the car. I didn't feel comfortable driving my car back from my job back to Fairfield and I didn't want to go through the hassle of finding a shop in the city that I work in to do the repairs on my car. I got on yelp and found Integrity Auto Collision Center. I called the shop while I was at work waiting for the tires to be put onto the car. I spoke with Oscar and told him about the situation that I was in and my location. He was very accommodating and provided me another number to call once my car is dropped off by the tow truck. I left my job past 4pm and the tow truck driver stated that they would drop the car off in a few hours (to allow for traffic to die down). I get a phone call close to 9pm and tell the driver I'll be there in approximately 10 mins. I contacted Oscar after getting off the phone with the driver and he met me at the shop to look at the car and start the processing of the paperwork. Photos were taken and my insurance information was taken down as well. That act alone was very personable and reassuring. This was absolutely the most stressful situation that I've been in, and this shop took care of me and my car! I'm beyond grateful to Oscar, Jennifer and the entire staff of this shop! They got me back on the road and I was able to enjoy my new car again. A few days later, warning lights came on in my car while driving to Vallejo. I returned the car to the shop the following Tuesday and was able to pick up my car from the shop. Everything about my experience with Integrity was amazing. I had a very small job: the Ford dealer had replaced my broken door handle, but the replacement part was unpainted (because my extended warranty didn't cover paint, ugh). I called Integrity for an estimate. They were super nice on the phone, and texted me a link to their website where I could submit some information about the job and pictures of the affected area. They got me a quote within hours, and it was very reasonably priced. I called back to book an appointment, and they were able to fit me in only a few days later. They said they were booked solid for weeks, but were able to squeeze me in since it was such a small job. Super nice! While my car was there, I got text messages every day or so updating me on the status and an updated ETA. They finished the job, start to finish, in 2 days (which was exactly their estimate). Here's the amazing part: the day it was finished, they sent me a text message saying that they'd discovered a broken piece inside the door while installing the new door handle. They believed someone had overtightened it at some point (probably the Ford dealer that installed it), and broke it, making the door handle a bit loose. The dude at Integrity was able to find a replacement part at the local Ford dealer, personally drive there to pick it up, and install it for me, replacing the broken part, completely for free. They asked if I could over the cost of the part, which was like $7, but charged me no labor for installing it, nor for locating and driving to obtain the part. They said they wanted to do the job right. This is 100% above and beyond the call of duty, and I greatly appreciate it. I will be going to Integrity for any future body work. Oh, and it should (hopefully) go without saying, but they did an amazing job on the paint itself - looks perfect, like it just came off the factory floor. Thanks, guys, awesome job! read more
