I took car in for a full tune up. Picked it up without looking under hood. 6 wks later my car broke down, looked under hood and spark plugs were so old! Oil was bone dry and I have no leaks. Put a quart in and the tip registered with tiny speck of black oil. There's no way a tune up was done in my car. Not a chance. read more

Looked on Yelp for auto shop and went with V Tech and so glad I did. I called on the 4th of July and he picked up the phone and said to bring it in the next day. He had me on the road by 2 pm on the 6th. Great service , great price and really checked out my car . I especially appreciated him taking to time to repair my windshield wiper bottle rather than order me a new one for 200$. He saved me some money all the way around . I had the timing cover and gasket, spark plugs, windshield wiper bottle and some light bulbs replaced or repaired. He's got a lifelong customer now. read more

Car light engine was on for my 2106 VW Jetta so I searched Yelp for some automotive places who performed diagnostic tests. As the dealership for VW is WAY over priced. So glad I found this awesome spot and decided to go with it! Vince was very professional, honest, kind and pleasure to work with. After discovering the issue. Which ended up being the gas cap wasn't locked into place all the way. I went to pay him for the test. Which by the way I was more than glad too! As he will probably beat any other spot in VV and FF with the price. More than reasonable. He graciously declined my payment and said no worries. Don't worry about the payment. I tell you! I will be going back to Vince for any car issues from now on. He is a straight cat and a great business man who believes in superior customer service! Thank you Vince! 0 stars if possible. I took my Odyssey to Vince for 3 jobs....Timing belt, front pads and power steering pump. I had to take it back 3 times. The pads were squealing very loudly after he supposedly did the job. He changed them out again. Fixed. The power steering pump has and still is whining. I told him the reservoir fluid was bubbling after his first replacement of the pump, sign of air in the system. Air in the system could also be reason for the whining. I took it back twice for the same problem. He says he changed it out each time. Finally he said the whining was coming from the alternator. I hesitantly accepted his diagnosis. The whine is back full force and I smell fluid in the cab of the van. He charged me twice for this job. I am super nervous about the timing belt now. I asked him if I should be concerned and he sheepishly smiled and said don't worry about that. I spent close to $2k with Vince. He ripped me off. Gives mechanics a bad name. 0 stars if possible. read more

The best mechanic shop in Solano county!!!! Every time I came here the staff is always so friendly, accommodating and they get the job done right and fast!!! I took my 2013 Audi s4 to him to fix a water pump, thermostat and a water pump pulley wheel and I was quoted by other shops that it would be between 8 hours and a day and why he got it done in less than half of that time!! I've seen so many videos and reviews of shady shops but this shop is 5 star top notch, I will be coming back and I absolutely recommend his shop as the best in Solano county, thank you for the outstanding work!! read more

The'll totally give you the low down on your car and what they suggests. For only $285, I got new brakes, rotated tires, fluid flush, full inspection and they fixed my leaky gasket (I was at my 60K checkpoint). His prices are extremely competitive and reasonable. My car's transmission recently went out. He fixed it and she runs great! I am extremely pleased with his work. Ladies, this is a mechanic you can feel comfortable and safe in taking your vehicle to by yourself. I wrote down all my questions and he was patient and honest in answering them. He explains what the job entails. I am a female and I have been taking my cars to him for years. When Vince quotes me a price I know that is the best price and I trust his quotes. Vince is professional and strictly business. He does not look to ripe anyone off or try to get over on them. At least I've never experienced that. I have never had to return my car to him for the same problem. When he fixes it, it is FIXED!
