Had my vehicle repaired here a year ago, noticed my door lock sensors were not working so I took it back and they plugged in whatever sensor they forgot. Today I took my door apart to change my speakers and find both of my front door plastic water barriers were not installed correctly and torn. Also my door light was never connected. As an automotive technician I've learn these door water barriers are crucial for the vehicle and if not sealed correctly can even cause your airbags to not go off. I had my truck repaired here after an incident I had earlier this year. I immediately had been back and fourth to them after the work was completed for major clear coat runs. I'm not quite sure how they were able to call me and tell it's done with the runs that were on it. It was almost impressive. Multiple spots on the paint that still appear to have missed the "polishing" portion of the job. Oh and I also had to re work my electrical trailer wiring myself. It was completely wrong from their technicians and guys who had done that part of the job. Communication was decent, the estimator was good to deal with. Took my truck for a minor fender bender and a few months later I noticed the license plate light was out so I go to put a new one in and there's rtv all over the mount. They had broken it during the repair and instead of putting a new one in, these are less than $20, they did a hatchet repair attempt. Just ridiculous and amateurs acting like professionals. Update: after seeing the review the manager reached out and switched out the bumper. The new oem part fits perfectly. It is unfortunate that I had to post a negative review in order for the shop to change the bumper, but regardless I'm thankful. Joke of a auto repair shop. Tried to lie to me that they installed an oem bumper when they didn't. The price estimate showed it was a non-oem part. Didn't install it correctly and or the bumper didn't fit correctly. Still they choose to return the car to me with a poor fitting bumper. Bumper got scuffed because they didn't install it correctly/ it didn't fit well. Came back showed them the bumper wasn't installed correctly. They "fixed it", the bumper was still not fitting correctly, but refused to do more. They said the bumper had been scuffed so they couldn't do anything else. It only got scuffed because they didn't install it correctly in the first place. The photos are after they "fixed the front bumper" This place lacks professionalism, integrity, and pride for their work. The establishment values their customers. When you walk in the environment is neat, clean well organized. Very nice relaxing deco as well. My husband usually handles all of the service while I'm working. This time I had the pleasure of handling all of the repairs to are Durango. Brian listened to my story & even remembered when I returned for pick up. Brian was kind to offer me a ride home w/one of the staff members. I got a text letting me know when the Durango was finished. Dropped off on Tuesday at 2:45 pm & it was finished by Thursday 10:12 am. Plus I receive a text asking if I needed a ride back to the shop. Went to G and C per a recommendation as the clear coat on my hood was starting to peel. Met with Josh and even before an estimate he advised me that I could maybe have the clear coat repaired but they do not do that. He could of just said yes and not given me an option.I told him I wanted the hood re done and also if they could clean up the fogged up headlights again he said they do not do that but gave me a place to go to have the lights cleaned up. I decided to have them just install new headlights. He was very upfront and honest.They took my truck in on Wednesday morning and I got it back the next day. They were fantastic. Came in with very minor damage. Only went here because they are a Geico partner. We checked twice to make the parts would be there when we brought in the car to assure a quick turnaround. They confirmed that was not a problem and the tech gave us a two day timeline. The very next day, after we dropped off the car, they extended the estimated time to a week! Why? It took over two months to repair my car from vandalism and most of that time nothing was being done. If I had not followed up with the dealership, I would still be waiting for my car to be repaired. They straight up lied to me about the status of my car and I had to go chasing down information from the dealership. I came in to fix a dent due to a hit an run, the staff at G&C did a splendid job on the fix, I can't even tell where it happened the car looks brand new. Brian even took an extra step to repaint my bumper due to some spidering free of charge and still got my car back to me a day early. They also handled my rental and took me to get a rental on their time so I wouldn't have to take an Uber. I must have had just horrible luck with this shop as it blows my mind they have such great reviews. AAA recommended the shop and saw reviews so went with G&C Oct. 29 went in for quote followed up that day and the rep. didnt "lock" whatever in their system so that the quote goes thru to my insurance. Oct 30th followed up and had to push them to lock. It was approved. Nov 6th was the soonest they can get me in and said they will be done fixing the car in two days mind you the damage was not even bad and quoted me 1k which I found to be a stretch but did not stress it because insurance was covering it. Nov. 9 car is not ready said they had to replace the whole door now stretched to 2k! projected to be done nov. 13. Nov. 13 called and they said it will be done for sure nov. 14 and pick up 530 mind you they close at 6 so I had a funny feeling bs. nov 14 I asked if on target to be done and they said yes and they will call if sooner. it kept getting close towards time. each time they said it will be done I'm arranging time or ppl to make a pick up happen which is frustrating in itself especially because the time and date keeps changing. I called kept speaking with a guy named danny and this time jackie advised the car can be dropped off. it was 630 and still no car of course I called but hello they close at 6 how convenient. I really pray that my insurance or rental fee doesnt have any surprises for me or comes up with some shit since the cost to fix and how long this taking is increasing the cost. I really wished I went with someone else but because of time originally I just stuck with them hoping to get my car sooner. Praying tomorrow goes better by far the WORST service ever. I was really trying to be patient as I work customer service and I get it things happen and wait until I got the car back to see how the job went, but after them lying to me that they will drop the car to my home i lost it!!!
