5 stars honestly does not feel like enough for this place. You can immediately feel that this is a family-run business because they treat you like a person, not just another customer walking through the door. Everyone was welcoming, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me through a stressful situation. My vehicle needed collision repairs, and they did absolutely incredible work. The attention to detail was amazing, the communication was consistent, and they were transparent every step of the way. They answered all my questions, kept me updated, and made the whole process feel so much less overwhelming. When I got my car back, it looked beautiful. You would never even know it had been damaged. The craftsmanship and care they put into their work really shows. It is rare to find a shop that has both skill and heart, but this family absolutely does. Definitely the best experience I've had in a repair shop. My vehicle was stolen and damaged so I chose Rose Auto Body to have them assess my vehicle was a total loss or not. The owner Chris was incredibly thorough, transparent and kind. His wife Lorrie at the front desk was understanding, caring and friendly. When I was waiting my Uber to pick me up, Lorrie gave me a little history about how Rose Auto Body was founded. These guys are truly living the American dream by providing the community outstanding service with smiles. Dealing with the insurance company and not having a vehicle out a huge load or stress on my shoulders, but these guys definitely made the process a lot smoother. I unfortunately was involved in an accident and State Farm referred me to Rose Autobody. Best referral ever! Chris brought me in gave me a reasonable time frame to bring in my car, and when I could expect to have it returned. They have an automated system that text me about un updated time of completion when the project was delayed. This was fine by me as I was provided a rental car by State Farm, the insurance of the party that hit me. The Rose Autobody team was fantastic in servicing my needs and returning my car in pristine condition. They're were excellent with communication, extremely helpful and friendly. Their waiting room was welcoming and comfortable. They offer many services and I plan to come back to resurface my rims and will highly recommend them in the future. Chris, the owner jumped right into action and assessed the damage for me. Because the driver didn't leave a note, Chris knew I was determined to turn the damage into insurance or pay out of pocket. I brought my 350Z here to have the front and back bumpers repainted. Rose Auto Body fixed some minor damage on the front of my car from someone backing into it. They did beautiful work. My car looks like it just came off the showroom floor! They even detailed it inside and out. They also have excellent communication, sending text messages with updates on progress, and phone calls only when they needed to discuss something. in November, on my way to Reno , a bear came from across the freeway and smashed into my car. I was towed to auto body. They were very caring, very supportive annd very professional .
