I took my car in right away and I'm so glad that I did! I picked this place because they were a recommended shop through my insurance, USAA. I'm so glad I did pick them. They made the whole process seamless. Using their online system to book was a breeze. I dropped my car off and they explained everything to me in detail. They checked out my car and gave me an estimate. Called me a couple days later to let me know what they found as they started the repairs, which was more internal damage than the outside. Their system sent me a link to track the progress of my car repairs which also had an estimate of when it would be done. Abraham called me every couple of days to give me an update on the progress of my car. They truly over-communicated in a good way! The process of how they worked with my auto insurance was truly seamless and made the process so quick and easy! I thought I needed a ride back to the car rental place to drop off my rental car, but they told me I could leave the rental with them and they would let Enterprise know they received the car and would come and pick it up. I was rear ended and had some tailgate damage. I took my vehicle to caliber collisions and not only did they do excellent work but the receptionist was a superstar. She helped me navigate through my insurance on what needed to be done l, could've just left me to deal with it myself but she took the time to help me through it. On the day it was ready I was going to Uber over to them as I am in a rural part of town, but they insisted that I save my money and they will send their courtesy shuttle to pick me up and bring me to my vehicle. read more

Caliber Collision in Vacaville, CA 41 Union Way did an amazing job in customer satisfaction. Their management team went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of throughout the entire process. I was extremely surprised and happy that they were able to provide with me a rental car the entire time. The management and staff ensured that I was provided with the most up-to-date information. The Manager also ensured a a thorough quality check of the final paint job was accomplished and corrected any defects before final delivery and I was kept updated. This really helped me gain their trust. Furthermore, I brought the vehicle in to correct defects I noticed from the paint job they did several years back. Without question, they took the vehicle in and did what they could to correct the flaws, honoring their warranty program, no questions asked. That really made a lasting positive impression on me. Lastly, the final quality of the paint job is outstanding and appears to be an exact match from the day I got the vehicle. The team also corrected/repaired a dent totally unrelated to the original work going above and beyond to their requirements which is just something you do not find these days. There are three specific items I took issues with. 1) The passenger side forward door, interior door handle was not connected properly leaving it inoperable. 2) The passenger side aft door, interior door handle was also not connected properly leaving it inoperable. 3) Upon initial inspection, I found a dense smudge/abrasion on the aft passenger side truck bed near the tail light. I never reported the inoperable doors to the company as I had no issue in reconnecting the the interior door handles myself. The smudge was also expeditiously corrected on the spot by Juan. Overall I would recommend the company to friends and family in the future and rate the overall performance a 7/10. read more
