Outstanding. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. The results were excellent and got it back in half the time originally quoted. Hopefully no more fender benders for me but if I do, I'd go back to them in a heart beat. read more

Very shady company. I brought my car in there. I told him it was making a noise. They told me they would make sure everything was fixed. Give my car back making the same damn noise. I told him for the value of the car I feel like it should be totaled and he was like no we can fix it for like $7000. It would have to be about $12,000 to total my car and then I just got the final bill. It was still $12,000 and they didn't fix the noise and now I just got a car that needs a bunch of work to it done still thanks a lot guys drove yet but I have a achy feeling that the back tire is gonna line up and I'm just gonna be a whole world other damn expenses but as long as they got there a little bit of money that's all they give a shit about. read more

Mo, Bash and their team at Peabody Auto Body continue to be our go to, One Stop Shop, for both of our cars. I've mentioned their trustworthiness and amazing work before and I just want to thank them again; this time for helping us with our Jeep's collision damage and working quickly with our insurance company to make sure everything was as stress free as possible. If you are in Vacaville or the surrounding area, I highly recommend them! read more

Came here for a car alignment. Definitely cheaper than Toyota. If you have a Costco membership, see if you could get a coupon. Don't know much about cars but so far, I have no problems. They answer the going and get you in and out. I was able to bring in my car in an earlier time than my appointment. read more

Very happy with the work they did on my vehicle. From start to finish, they met the expectation given.

Amazing outstanding service. Not only do they provide amazing customer service and communicate clearly with the customer so we can understand everything, they are extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable about cars. They are the most honest and trustworthy mechanics. My car was completely wrecked due to a run in with a deer and they made my car look completely brand new! My car didn't even look that good from the day I bought it (I bought it used). They did such a great job I recommended them to all my friends and family. I've used their services before when they were based in SF and as always they have been professional, efficient and honest. Please trust them with your vehicle you won't regret it. 10/10 !!!! read more

All good service , great work and reasonable price.i will highly recommend it. You will be completely satisfied.

We took our car in for a badly needed paint job. We couldn't have selected a better automotive shop. Mo and Bash were helpful, going over and explaining all the options for our car, and explaining which was best. They did a beautiful job on our car going above and beyond what we expected. Our car looks like a brand new car! They were kind, honest and run their business with integrity, something you don't find much of these days. Thank you so much Bash, Mo and staff! read more

Excellent A+ service!! Mo and staff here are friendly, professional and thorough. I called in the morning for a Brake/ Lamp inspection on my motorcycle and made an appointment for that morning, quick and easy. They even confirmed my appointment via text which was nice peace of mind since I was traveling through traffic from 30+ miles away. I highly recommend them for certified vehicle inspection services! ++ read more

Fix Auto Vacaville - 2020 GMC AT4 diesel truck - Body Shops Near Me - Vacaville, California

Utilized this auto shop instead of the usual Honda dealership. They were fast, cheap, and very interested in making sure everything was completed according to my expectations. One extra benefit is this repair shop accepts the Costco auto repair discount, so an even greater value for Costco members. Will definitely return. read more

We had arranged to go to another shop but they cancelled on us. We got in the door and they has insurance person out the next day. They worked with insurance to get additional items approved to be fixed. Fast, friendly and reliable. Definitely consider giving this place your business!! No run around and they do ALL the work in house! Way to go guys! Thank you for helping us during a stressful time and taking time to provide exceptional customer service. read more

So happy I went with these guys. I don't always rely on yelp to find services because reviews can be paid and I went on a few diff sites and they had good reviews... happy I took the risk because my car was messed up in three diff spots and they were so amazing my car literally looks NEW!!!!!! the paint is immaculate the dents under the bumper are gone and the side door, and I have to say they sanitized everything due to Covid, my car was cleaner than when I brought it in the first time. I live a little far but honestly sooooo worth it!!!!! HIGHLY Rec. Thanks again team! read more

I needed a bumper replaced , they where so quick n fast .. Great work ! Totally recommend

Not honest . Customer service has to improve their skills, how to not lye to people over the phone. Don't say on the phone that you can fix problem ( that was in detail explained to you over the phone), and make people to drive to your place, then you say " sorry we "did"a lot of this kind of repair, but we cannot do it because it is hard to fix it" . If you are not gonna or cannot do repair just be honest on the phone at first place, say that you don't know how to fix certain things, and don't make people to drive to your body shop and then say no, I cannot fix this problem. Just be honest to people and tell them what you Can and Cannot do. I wouldn't recommend this body shop. Too risky to trust them. I just wasted my time to drive there. Frustrated. read more

When getting any type of work done for your vehicle, you want 2 business characteristics at the top of the list: 1) Customer Service / Easy Communication. Bash has done a great job and can listen to you and solve all your doubts. I live one hour from Peabody Auto Body and work during their business hours. If necessary, they will work with your schedule, I try not to make it a habit, but they have always accommodated me and never urge me to leave. 2) End result If you care about how well the vehicle is put back together and how long the workmanship will last, their work is beyond excellent. The panels are perfectly aligned; in fact some panels were re-aligned better than the previous shop who worked on my car. Paint ... smooth, bright, uniform and matches in different lightings day/night. They go over their COMPLETE work with you and have photos of the process to completion. If he thinks there is a more optimal way to complete the work, especially if the suggested time frame changes, Bash will always contact me. Bash and the wizards behind him take the time to make sure you get what you want and deliver the service that exceed your expectations. (Some credibility for my review.. I do extensive vehicle detailing from wet-sanding, compounding, and polishing... I used to strip and re-work vehicle interiors for a living) The bottom line, if I can't do it myself. I'd take it here. Thank you Peabody Auto Body! ! read more
