10/10 for 1st choice! I spoke to Jason, who was not only very knowledgeable but also very respectful and nice over the phone. I got quotes from 3 companies, and he gave me the best deal. We scheduled an 11 am drop off for a windshield replacement service, and he was done in an hour. Very happy with the result and the customer service provided. Do not hesitate to take your car to 1st Choice for your auto glass needs. This is also a local, family-owned, and operated business, so that's definitely a plus! Thank you, Jason, for the outstanding service! read more

This post is late, but came in here to get my front windshield on my 2020 Corolla replaced. First of all the communication between the shop and I was quick and straightforward. I cannot remember the young gentleman's name but once I showed up he said the job would be a few hours( mainly to let the glues set). He was very polite and professional, went to a local coffee shop shop and soon enough my car was done. They offer to pick up your vehicle if need be, but it is faster if you come drop it off. Come check them out. Help your local shops. read more

These guys have done two windshields for me over the years. They're great. Use them when you need auto glass in Vacaville or Napa.

1st Choice is more than a 5 star business. They live up to their reputation of quality service. Jason worked with me to replace windshield in a new Sonata. It also had to be calibrated for safety reasons. All new technology. Also Jason went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and picking up and returning my car. If you need auto glass or windshield replacement - this is it!!! read more

By far the best customer service in regards to automotive care. I've taken cars previously to other "reputable shops" ie safelite and I wish I can go back in time and take my cars here to first choice auto glass. I called their provided phone number and spoke to Jason, who was extremely kind and responsive. He provided an honest quote without cutting any corners. Himself and a colleague came to my house and picked up my vehicle and drove it to their shop for a windshield replacement and back within a couple hours. For liability purposes, they attach a dash cam during the process to put customers at ease. Thank you Jason and everyone at first choice auto glass for an exceptional job and top-tier transparency. I recommend them to anyone who needs their windshield repaired and or replaced and if I ever need a windshield replaced, I will definitely be returning to them! Best value for your buck! read more

This is the type of business with the slogan "pleasure of doing business with you." First impression over the phone was good communication and extremely helpful! My bf called and nobody answered, but got a callback; not many places do that. My car needed a windshield replacement (a tiny crack took over almost my entire windshield over the span of 6 months) and calibration. They offered to pick up the car as a convenience with those who WFH and have kids to take care of, I'm all for it! Picked up on time, both dad and son duo explained what they were doing and assured me they'd keep me updated via text throughout the process. Sure enough, they did. From pick up to drop off, the service took about 2 hours. The 5 stars this business has are well worth it! I'll be sure to recommend them. read more

Great service made a appointment for next day, took about 45 minutes from start to finish and reasonably priced

Nothing beats fast and efficient service in which 1st Choice Auto glass delivers. Scott got in contact with me not long after my insurance claim was made. Kept the communications open and showed up on time when he said he would. Jason (son), part of the father-son duo did an exemplary job of removal and prep for my new windshield. Jason also explained how to care for the windshield after the job was completed. Highly recommend these gentlemen to take care of your auto glass needs. (I approve this message) read more

Service like this is why I support local businesses. Quick response to request to make an appointment, open availability, excellent service and friendly employees. Took the time to explain what they had to do, made sure to put up a dash cam when they drove my car for protection and even vacuumed out the floorboards while they had it with them. Can't recommend them enough. read more

The growing crack in my windshield was too large to repair, so I was referred to 1st Choice. Scott called back quickly, and after a few questions he provided a competitive quote and we scheduled an appointment. Scott and Jason came to my location to complete the work, and I couldn't be happier with the quality and value of the service. Fast, friendly, and professional guys. They provided important information about the new windshield. I hope I don't get another crack in the windshield any time soon, but if I do I know who to call. read more

Still a 5 star service. Had to use them again for the same vehicle, as I-80 is trash and I'm constantly having rocks thrown at my windshield. Highly HIGHLY recommend 1st Choice as they are very responsive, very reasonable in price, and they come to you (huge plus). I had to have my windshield replaced due to it was cracked. I was recommended 1st Choice Auto glass after looking into windshield protection coating. I decided to give 1st Choice a call. Scott the owner picked up and was very kind and gave me a quote for my windshield. He also answered my questions and concerns. I decided to choose 1st. Choice Auto glass repair and I'm glad that I did. The windshield was ordered and they worked with Vivid tinting making my windshield protection coating easy. The day of our appointment Scott and his son Jason arrived right at our scheduled time. I really appreciate that they were punctual and educational about the entire process and even pointed out mistakes that were made by the previous replacement of windshield from another company. The installation of my windshield was very professional and clean. I was very happy with service that I received and that they were so great at answering all of my questions and concerns. I called several places to replace my windshield and got prices from $550 and up that includes supposedly RECALIBRATION. When I called Scott he explained to me that supposedly RECALIBRATING is just a up selling. He educated me on the process of changing the windshield which no calibration is necessary. I truly appreciate his honesty and educating me. It is hard to find honest business these days! And on top he came to my house and was ON TIME. read more

I highly recommend 1st Choice for windshield repair! I just had my windshield replaced here at the house on my Honda Pilot. Scott quoted me the best price (as I did my research!) and he was very professional and kind. Locally owned and operated this SHOULD be your 1st Choice!! read more

My experience with 1st Choice was great. I had my window broken (not fun) and so I needed my window replaced and fast. I'm not from this area and I was only here visiting. I didn't want to drive hours home with no window. I immediately start calling other auto glass companies only to hear that it's gonna be an arm and a leg and it'll take days for them to get the specific glass for my car. I called 1st Choice and they told me the prices (which saved me hundreds of dollars) and they told me they could install my new OEM glass the very next day. I really appreciated their customer service and their quality. read more

Great customer service, on time and fast replacement of my windshield. Called on Saturday and they came on Monday. Thank you.

We recently had them replace windshield in two of our vehicles. Awesome customer service and very easy to work with!

I was having trouble finding a windshield for an old Jeep. It was cracked by a rock kicked up by a big rig. My insurance recommended a big well known company and they came out. I have used this big company before and never had a problem before. The first technician came out and told me he didn't have a specific tool and would have to go back to his office but he never returned. Instead they rescheduled. The next technician came out and told me the windshield he brought out was broken and they would have to reschedule again! The next one came out and told me that he could not replace the windshield! I called two other companies that my insurance agent recommended but they never called me back. Scott and his company had actually fixed a side window before and I found his number. After a couple of texts and phone calls, he came out and replaced the windshield! I'm extremely happy with the service and highly recommend this company! read more
