Updating my review, as someone passed me this message through Yelp's "compliment" feature: ---[message]----- Before leaving a bad review, please check the facts first. This shop was involved a fire accident and is currently remodeling. The temporary location was displayed in your picture on the garage. ---- I'm sorry to hear about the fire, and wish them a quick remodel and successful re-opening! (Are they completely closed, or did someone not show up to work the day I stopped by? My negative review isn't based on what the office looked like, it was based on driving over and sitting there for 15 minutes trying to figure out if they were going to open that day or not.) If the Peter Pan team or someone they know happens to read this: If you click on "Edit business info" or "Work here? Claim this business", there should be a way to edit your Yelp listing to reflect temporary situations such as "closed for remodeling due to fire, expected re-opening ___ 2019". Good luck with everything! read more

Fast and quick in and out and very precessional. Communication was real good and the price was good through my insurance but without the insurance it was just 100 more read more

My wife and I have now had a total of 4 windows replaced by Peter Pan. We always get great prices and a quick turnaround! Usually Peter Pan Auto can get windows within a day and the car is ready a few hours after. I cannot recommend them enough! read more

December 5th had windshield replaced here, December 10th opened car door, carpet soaking wet, water running down pillars. I return the car to Ty on Monday, December 12th. He claims it's not his fault and my sunroof is leaking. My mini coooper clubman has never had a leak anywhere. When I go through car wash, I can hear water running out of the drains in the car, doing exactly as they are designed to do. Back to Ty, he is adamant that he didn't cause the problem, I googled the replacement process and clearly stated that windshields/seals have to be lined up with precision. Otherwise, will leak. He refused to take responsibility. I told Ty I was taking the car to my Mini Dealer for inspection. The first available appt is January 9th. Today is Jaunary 21, 2023. Mini had to remove front seats, lift carpet, and place dehumidifier in the car to dry it out as water had reached/soaked to floorboards through carpet and all padding Mini confirmed he damaged the seals around doors and pillars, not allowing a seal to be made. Mini confirmed this with him, and he argued that he couldn't have done this. After several phone calls between Mini, myself and Ty at Peter Pan Auto Glass, a resolution was reached, Peter Pan Auto Glass did finally take responsibility and paid the $2577 cost for all the work that needed to be done. The lower cost of windshield replacement ultimately left me without my car for 11 days and cost them $2577. I can't recommend Peter Pan Auto Glass to anyone. read more

Great price, did the repair immediately, answered the phone when I called. He fixed what Safelite Auto in Green Valley botched. You can read my negative review of Safelite on their page--I won't complain more about them here, but will instead say the guy at Peter Pan was reliable, affordable, and didn't lie to me telling me a non-damaged windshield needed replacing when only the rubber seal was broken. He replaced the rubber seal and was honest and didn't take advantage of me. I will be back when I need more auto glass work. read more

Recommended by a friend who got his windshield replaced here a few years back. Quote was $150 cheaper than Safelite. Guys at the shop had my windshield ordered and installed in the same day. These guys may not have the most glamorous looking shop but all I cared about and all you should care about was the A+ quality job they did in replacing my windshield. read more

Called them at 2:30 on a Thursday for a new windshield in my 64' Chevelle. Had it for me the next day and installed first thing Friday morning. read more

I called at noon. I came in at 4:00. My windshield was done at 4:30. They will come to you to do the install as well. The labor was only $40 and they didn't gouge on the cost of the new windshield. This is the only place you should go for car windows! read more

I called at approx. 11:00am to have a 1999 Toyota Corolla left driver side window replaced THAT day. Ty said that they would be able to send a repair person between 2pm-3pm. I asked what the cost would be with labor and I was quoted $150.00. Fong came to the door at 2:20pm ready to repair the window! It took him about an hour and a half. The total with tax came to $161.00! The job was well done, done the day that I called and done quickly. I am very satisfied with Peter Pan Auto Glass and I would recommend them to anyone living in the Fairfield/Vacaville area. read more

My windshield unfortunately got cracked yesterday. So today I called around a few places in the area and got quoted around $500+ for windshield replacement compared to Peter Pan auto glass price of $317 with tax total for my 2016 Toyota Corolla. The replacement was quickly and efficiently done in 30 minutes! Peter and his guys were pleasant and worked cohesively well as a team. They informed me not to remove the tape around the glass until the next day which was important information I needed to know. I felt taken cared of and happy to support a local mom & pop business. My windshield is good as new again! I would definitely recommend Peter Pan auto glass for anyone in the Solano County area. read more

I needed a windshield fixed that day and these guys were available. They did quick work, I'm still waiting to see if the windshield holds up because I haven't removed the tape yet. It's really just a few people working out of a small office and tool truck. Some people may see it as sketchy but the work gets done and that's all that matters. Windshield was done in 30 minutes or so, paid 240 (tax included) for a 2012 Nissan altima front windshield. TLDR; Quick service, decent price, small business. read more

Peter Pan Auto Glass was recommended from a family member. No disappointment here. 5star service and fast! Family owned shop with no reception desk or waiting area but don't let that stop you from getting great price/fast service/quality install. Just follow signs where it says "Office" it's ok...keep walking on in. You will see staff when you get to the office. :-) Over all experience was great and straight to the point. Lower price then Safelite. I have already referred two co-workers to get their windshields fixed as well. Oh and for those who would like to relax..walk to front of building and get pampered. I got a fantastic Gel Mani/Pedi from Opi Nails. It was nice to relax while waiting for my car to get finished. The owner of Peter Pan Auto even brought my keys to OPI nails as he finished with my car super fast! What excellent customer service!!! Location might be a little hidden if your not looking for it but very convenient next to car wash. The office is located on side of building. Highly recommend!!! read more

Very fast and efficient!!! My windshield cracked about a month a go and I kept putting it off thinking it could just be repaired...well the Crack got even longer and now it needed to be replaced. I called this place and right away they quoted me and gave me an appointment the next day. When I get there the next day they went straight to work on my windshield and replaced it within 20 mins. The only thing this guy is fast with is telling me he doesnt beat any prices like his flyer says

Needed my truck's rear door window replaced after we were robbed. Geico quoted an absurd amount for the whole thing and we were on a budget so it took a while for us to get it repaired. After a miraculous call from Toyota for Care Service reminder, the representative from Fairfield who identified herself as Mona suggested we Peter Pan Auto Glass when I told her my situation and requested recommendations. She was right. I went in for a quote, it was amazingly affordable and quick. Though I had to go twice after the incorrect part was delivered the first time, the owner quickly went out of his way to have the correct one delivered for the next day even if he had to drive himself to get it. The service was done within 45 mins the next day without hassle. Thank you. read more

I needed a third row window replaced on my 2010 Buick enclave clx and was crushed when many other places including my dealer said they wouldn't be able to get te replacement in for three days (due to weekend) when I called Peter Pan glass they not only were able to get it same day (because they didn't want me to worry about rain or leaving it out over night without a window) they replaced it the same day! They cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly! I recommend them to anyone!!!!! read more

This place is amazing!!!!!!!! I just showed up and they had my new windshield installed in less than 20 minutes. Both my favorite bodyshop and Toyota Fairfield highly recommend this place. The windshield installed is very high quality. The manager and his crew are super kind. This place is awesome and you would also be supporting a local business by going here. read more

I'd give a zero review I f I could. We called them to ask for a quote, they gave us a ridiculous price and when we told the guy so, he muttered something and hung up on us. Very unprofessional and his price was double everyone else's! We will be taking our business somewhere else nicer! read more

They did a great job. I made an appt for 4pm and the job was done by 4:30. They had my particular windshield in stock and they informed me not to take the tape off until the next day which is what I needed to know. The business transaction went very smoothly and after that I went to OReilly to get some new wiper blades. Overall excellent experience. read more

Unprofessional and rude. Just called to ask for estimate to be emailed to me, as I am applying for a AAA reimbursement for broken window glass from being stuck on the side of the road for 8 hours waiting for a tow. Called several places for estimates actually... But the guy who answered the phone today said curtly " No! We won't email you an estimate you can come in for what you want." unbelievable. Okay I will take my business elsewhere then. Several business already emailed me estimates like a professional would. I advise you to train your employees in customer service, pretty unacceptable way to talk to anyone, really. read more

The rear window in my F150 was leaking. Quoted $125 over the phone and said it would take about an hour to remove it, reseal it, and test it. It ended up taking three hours because he said the damage was more extensive than he anticipated. Didn't try to charge me any more than the bid, and was very friendly through the whole process. Highly recommended! read more

A Slightly embarrassing story: I went to Peter Pan at the recommendation a friend, who has fleet in the Fairfield area and uses them on occasion. I ordered the windshield first thing in the morning and it was installed at noon, having only dropped the car off at 11. When I drove the car home, I noticed the sound of what I thought was a little air getting into the vehicle. Slightly frustrated, I brought the car back the next day and asked that he fix it. The man the does the work informed me that it was the blue tape (which was still on) (as seen in photos) that was causing the noise. I was sure it was not and was frustrated even more. But I entertained the idea that I should at least try driving it without the tape before I forced the issue any more. Needless to say, but I will write it anyway, I owed the man an apology, and did so again and again. He is a good spirited man who is very nice and would have been happy to fix it if it were a real issue and not just a dump customer. Yes, he does good, fast work. Yes, his price was very fair. Yes, I would absolutely recommend him. Word of advise: As you drive home, if you hear what you think is air getting into the vehicle, wait the recommended 24 hours before removing the tape, then try it again. read more

If I could give them a zero I would. I can't believe dealerships refer to this place. I'm on the 3rd windshield for the same incident. The first and second both leaked and fogged. Now the 3rd has spots in the glass and doesn't ever get a clean wipe, it's a constant mist look. Can barely see thru the glass when they are on. When I took it back for a 3rd time (still under warranty) all he would do was replace the blades...which I had already done in hopes that it would solve the problem. He's refusing to help make it right or give me my deductible back. They also don't return calls. Stay away! The place is filthy and service is definitely horrible! read more
