Andy offers amazing service in a world with unresponsive businesses. He was at our home 25 hours from when we contacted him. Not only did he replace the broken back window of my car, he cleaned up the shards of glass inside the car! If you are ever in need of auto glass, give him a call. You will be as pleased as we are! read more

I have a 2016 C7 Corvette Stingray that needed a new windshield. I was referred to Andy's Custom Auto Glass by the service advisor at a well-respected Chevy dealership (who specializes in Corvettes). The SA said he takes his own personal vehicles to Andy, so I was confident in his recommendation. I can't say enough to praise Andy and the work that he does! Not only did he do an excellent job replacing the windshield, but he helped track down and seal a persistent water leak in the B-pillar that nobody else could find. He had a fair price to begin with and didn't charge me for the extra work. What a great guy! I highly recommend going to Andy for all your automotive glass. read more

Huge props to Andy and his able bodied assistant for traveling a good distance to replace my windshield. He was on time, polite, professional, and got down to business after we exchanged pleasantries. His work is solid and he left me proper instructions on how to maintain my windshield for the first 48 hours. I would not hesitate to call on him again should the situation arise. Thanks again, Andy. read more

I just received my 2019 Mercedes limo bus and only one day later someone broke my window to rob it. While I was making the phone calls to see who could fix it I was getting outrageous prices. Also everyone said it would take 4-5 days. When I called Andy his tone of voice was very laid back. I needed someone with some compassion since I was just violated. He apologized for what I've been through. He took my details and researched right away to get me a quote. I really needed my window fixed fast due to up coming rides. His quote was 1/2 of the others quotes and instead of ordering the glass he personally drove to go pick it up and bring it to my home to install the very next day. I'm so grateful for his fast response to my issue. Also grateful for him not over charging me because it looks like I can afford more. I highly recommend Andy's Custom Auto Glass! read more

Andy's Custom Auto Glass - Broken window - Auto Glass Services Near Me

I was in a bind after someone broke out 2 windows in my sons car & Andy jumped through some serious hoops to accommodate us. This level of customer service isn't common anymore and I can't express enough how incredibly helpful he was. I asked Andy to do some rock chip repairs. He was fast and responsive with his replies through Yelp/Email. Also, his prices were very competitive. When he got to my home, he inspected my windshield, and it turns out, the "chip" I was concerned with was actually an old previously repaired chip that I had forgotten about. There was another smaller chip, but he noted that it was superficial damage and didn't need to be worked on. So there were no repairs needed, and additionally, he took a few seconds to buff out my previous rock chip repair that had had some extra residue on it. Andy didn't charge anything for the assessment or for him having to drive out from Winters to Davis on an early Saturday morning, even though he didn't end up having any work to do on my car. So this review isn't really about the service, since I didn't really get or need it. This review is more appreciation for Andy's professionalism, graciousness, and good will. If I ever do need an actual windshield repair, I'll be sure to contact Andy! Thank you! read more
