They were able to fit me in last minute for a completely cracked windshield. While they were working on it they even popped a dent out of the corner of my front bumper at not cost and cleaned up the paint transfer. Great experience for dealing with not so great cracked windows. Unfortunately, this is the third time I have needed their service. However, every time Shelby has answered the phone & had me come to the shop, and all set to go before I can get too bummed about a cracked windshield or getting bipped in the East Bay. It's always been thorough, quicker than expected (except for once, but not for any fault of theirs), & service has been great. The front desk is very welcoming, coffee while you wait, & their one goal is to just get you in and out. Can't say too much on the pricing with my experience, as they except insurance with glass coverage. But as I've waited, I have witnessed people paying their bills with seemingly no question of the amounts whatsoever which lead mean to believe there are very competitive at very worst. Thanks to Shelby and Advanced Auto Glass, I was able to get my Polestar windshield replaced without much of a hitch. I filed a glass claim through my insurance after my windshield met a flying rock on the freeway, and Shelby was able to communicate directly with my insurer to authorize the replacement and get my vehicle in out and out of the shop in just three hours. Shelby and his team are friendly and efficient, and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. The new windshield was replaced cleanly (save for a minor issue with a loose piece of trim which the shop quickly remedied during a follow-up visit). What's interesting is that I learned my positive experience with Advanced Auto Glass was not unique to me; the client sitting next to me in the waiting room had multiple successful windshield repairs/replacements done by Advanced Auto Glass, and even my Uber driver also said he's had positive experiences with windshield repairs through Advanced Auto Glass. Shelby sent me a picture of the back light for my ram 2500, showing me the damage that was done. typically they only fill with cheap foam that deteriorates easily. they filled it with a special type of filler that shiukd last the length of the vehicle, and if it doesn't, they cover anything they have worked on for the life of the vehicle! great service! thank you Shelby And advanced auto glass! read more

This place is the GOAT. It is run like a well-oiled machine. Our car was broken into while away for a trip at an airport next to SFO (see my review for Holiday Inn Express for more details, ugh). Needless to say, this was incredibly annoying and I was desperate to get it fixed ASAP - but also did not want to pay $$$$. I called 5 places in the county and most were not able to fix the window until 24-48 hours from when I called. I took my car in for replacement of a door window. They promised to have it out to me by the afternoon. Later they said they couldn't get the glass until the next day. I called the next day and they said they couldn't find the window on the West coast, but said they were getting one from the East coast and shipping would be another $40. I called after another 4 days and they said my window regulator was broken and I could get it fixed with another $250 part. I went to the shop to see what they were talking about and saw that they had caused the failure of my previously functioning regulator while drilling out a mounting rivet. They refused to make it good, handed me my keys, telling me to leave with the comment, "F**k-off"...and even lost a body trim part. I drove to Kal and son glass shop and got everything repaired in 24 hours - no East coast part! read more

I want to echo the many positive comments made here. I have owned my BMW X5 for less than two months and took a chip to the windshield which resulted in a large crack which expanded about an inch a day across the entire windshield. I was stunned about having to replace a windshield on a brand new vehicle and very nervous about have the work done properly with the right glass and maintaining the ADAS functionality. After doing a LOT of research and working with my insurer, State Farm, I called Advanced Auto Glass because it is a preferred shop with State Farm and had a lot of good reviews. Shelby immediately put me at ease, got the OEM glass ordered, and got me scheduled the next day and out the door the next day. I tested the HUD and Driver Assist and all works perfectly. I really appreciate doing business with a company does its job well and takes pride in its work. It's becoming a rarity.
